Ωραίο και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με αρκετές ανέσεις και αρκετά καθαρό, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Ερέτριας. Η εξυπηρέτηση της Γεωργίας ήταν πολύ καλή, άμεση και με συχνή επικοινωνία.

Wir waren nur über ein Wochenende da. Ideale Lage, tolle Restaurants direkt am Meer. Wir würden diese herzige Wohnung wieder buchen. Wegen der Strasse Oropax mitnehmen 😄

Absolutely adorable place in the heart of Chalkida. Perfect location, gorgeous beachfront view, and the warmest host you can ever imagine. Kiki made us feel like we are home away from home. The apartment was clean and cosy, with all the essentials and a positive aura. Would definitely recommend Kiki’s apartment !

Very friendly welcome and a lovely apartment. Very noisy, so have earplugs then it is fine. Lots of places to eat and walk along the front. Not much else to do. Ideal for a stop over, as we had.

Not a single problem! Giannis and his mother Mrs.Iris were very responsive and polite and we had absolutely no communication issues for our check in or check out.The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and we had a very nice long weekend with our daughter. We would definitely come back again especially during the summer months when someone can also take advantage of the sun and the sea that is right in front of you!

Ανετο ,περιποιημενο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα! Μολις 1 λεπτό από την παραλία της Χαλκίδας! Πολλά μαγαζιά,καφετέριες και εστιατόρια τριγύρω! Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

The host was super helpful and flexible. The place was really nicely laid out and very helpful. Would recommend.

Beautiful stay. Very nice hosts and communication was great. Super easy parking right in front of the house. One thing to note is that if you are traveling with elderly people it might be a bit difficult them to go into the tub/shower as it sits a bit high, and the stairs are a bit tricky for older people. But this was all mentioned in the description and photos so no complains 😊.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο κατάλυμα! Κάθε πρωί, το ξεκίνημα της μέρας μας συνοδευόταν από τον ήχο των κυμάτων και την εκπληκτική θέα του ήλιου που ανατέλλει πάνω από τη θάλασσα. Η τοποθεσία μπροστά στη θάλασσα ήταν μαγική, με απίστευτη θέα και ηλιοβασιλέματα που μας εντυπωσίαζαν καθημερινά. Το σπίτι ήταν πραγματικά κουκλίστικο, πολύ άνετο και ζεστό, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόμασταν για μια τέλεια διαμονή. Ήταν άψογα εξοπλισμένο και φιλόξενο, κάνοντάς μας να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η ησυχία της περιοχής ήταν ιδανική για απόλυτη χαλάρωση. Ιδιαίτερα θα ήθελα να αναφέρω την Ευαγγελία, μια καταπληκτική γυναίκα, πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μας. Παρά το γεγονός ότι το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, η τιμή ήταν value for Money. Σίγουρα θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον θέλει να απολαύσει μια χαλαρωτική διαμονή δίπλα στη θάλασσα."

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend und kompetent reagiert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön für den bereitstehenden Begrüßungswein und für die selbst eingelegten Oliven.

Vasilis jest wspaniałym właścicielem. Jego apartament jest dopieszczony w każdym calu. Żałowaliśmy, że nie możemy zostać tam dłużej, bo była kolejna rezerwacja. W sypialni bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko. Wyspaliśmy się tam we trójkę (z 2 letnim dzieckiem). Piękny widok na morze. Łazienka nowoczesna, wyposażona w kosmetyki i środki higieniczne. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, bardzo komfortowa. Okolica cicha i przyjemna. Blisko do restauracji. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, życzliwy i uprzejmy. Z przyjemnością jeszcze tu wrócimy gdy tylko będziemy na Evii. Dziękujemy za tak ciepłe przyjęcie! Polecamy serdecznie :)

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, όμορφα διαμορφωμένο και σε μια πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία, ιδανική για χαλάρωση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξυπηρετικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Το μόνο μικρό ζήτημα που αντιμετωπίσαμε ήταν με την περίφραξη του χώρου. Επειδή ταξιδεύαμε με τον σκύλο μας, θα ήταν πιο βολικό αν ήταν πιο ασφαλής, ώστε να μπορούμε να τον αφήσουμε ελεύθερο χωρίς ανησυχία. Ωστόσο, αυτό δεν επηρέασε τη συνολική μας εμπειρία, την οποία απολαύσαμε στο έπακρο. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

נסענו ישר מהשדה לאחר שנחתנו באתונה בערב, אז לקחנו לילה בדרך למטאורה , ענה על ציפיותנו , תמורה טובה למחיר, אנשים נחמדים

We had a simply fantastic time staying at Kostas and Sofia's Calypso Villa. The setting is jaw dropping... every morning I would walk out of the master bedroom and be confronted with the most stunning view, through the wide giant windows of the living room, of the sea and mountains of the mainland behind. The villa is simple but super comfortable. The main living room/kitchen combined with the deck feels huge and with the constant companion of that amazing view. The pool - very cold! - great between sunbathing stints. And our three children - one teen and two tweens - loved the table tennis. We had not been to Evia before and really loved the 'off the beaten track' feel of it, so close to Athens and yet feeling very traditional and rural. Dafni itself has one taverna, above the beach, and there's another in Neotrivia (4-5 minute drive) where we also bought bread each morning from the tiny back street bakery. Sofia and Kostas are super helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Nice, clean apartment with a spacious balcony and plenty of parking spaces right outside the door. The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Highly recommend! Super smooth check-in and check-out. Panagiotis and Donna were awesome, super friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The place is in a great spot, just a short walk to Chalkida’s center, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Perfect for up to three people and totally worth the money. Great choice!”

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Πολύ προσεγμένο, άνετο, καθαρό και μοντέρνο, ακριβώς όπως και στις φωτογραφίες. Υπήρχαν όλα οσα απαιτούνται για να έχουν οι επισκέπτες μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή. Πραγματικά δεν μας ελειψε τίποτα. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο με ανεμποδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται δίπλα σε εστιατόρια, καφέ, παιδική χαρά και απέναντι από την πλατεία και το λιμάνι. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, φιλόξενη, φιλική και μας έδωσε όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες τόσο για το κατάλυμα όσο και για την περιοχή. Θα το επιλέξουμε σίγουρα για την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφθούμε την περιοχή. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!

Great location on a quiet street with easy parking. Easy access to the apartment. Close to restaurants and the beautiful castle. Friendly place.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Το μόνο που μας χάλασε ήταν ότι δεν υπήρχε μπαλκόνι. Ωστόσο, ήταν δική μου ευθύνη, καθώς δεν είχα κοιτάξει τις πληροφορίες. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και τέλεια τοποθεσία.

Δεν έχω λόγια για την διαμονή μου στο κατάλυμα ! Η κ. Ευαγγελία ευγενέστατη και φιλοξενη ,με το χαμόγελο μας υποδέχτηκε. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλα σε μόνο λίγα λεπτά. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο και καλόγουστο , με έκανε να αισθανθώ κατευθείαν σαν το σπίτι μου. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!! 5/5
