Katherine's place is great in every respect - cleansiness, location, value and extra amenities (like beach umbrella and chairs, etc). It is near all key areas on the island and is in a safe neighborhood. Katherine provided all needed info and communicates well throughout as needed - very helpful as it was our first time in TCI. Thank you for allowing to use your place.

Karen and Rod were fantastic as onsite hosts (they live downstairs, a completely separate space). Always available for questions, recommendations, etc but didn’t interfere with our “space”. It was great knowing they were there in case of any issues. Their pool deck is lovely and the villa was spacious with loads of beautiful views. Our party of six really enjoyed our stay!!

Great location and value for money considering that Turks and Caicos is a very expensive island. The stay was very comfortable - the condo was well-equipped and came with everything one would need for a short-term or even a longer-term stay. Beautifully landscaped and close to the beach, with a lovely large balcony. The only occasional issue - which is completely out of Chloe's control - is that you sometimes heard cars, bikes, other vehicles intentionally revving their engines at night as they drove on Grace Bay Road. Would happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea. Oscar was very responsive and gave us great recommendations and clear instructions. We were even able to get a late checkout so we could maximize our time for our very short trip. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back again!

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful pool view studio near Turtle Cove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly-check-in was incredibly easy, and I didn't encounter a single issue. The studio itself was pristine, well-appointed, and perfectly designed to make the most of the stunning pool view. Waking up to the serene sight of the water each morning was a treat in itself, The location was also ideal, offering close proximity to the natural beauty of Turtle Cove while maintaining a sense of peaceful seclusion. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

The home was exactly as the listing showed- very beautiful home a very short drive (or longer walk) to the downtown area. We loved the location. The home was very well appointed with nice extras like beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler- even small things like salt and pepper, paper toweling, laundry soap for washer- very convenient for a traveling family. You felt right at home in this rental. Great recommendations by Mallory for beaches, restaurants and other local spots to enjoy while on the island. One thing to note- The home is right next to the main road (which is clearly shown on the map) and the traffic noise does get a little loud at times when out enjoying the pool- that being said, it would not prevent us from renting here again.

Book this place!!! I can’t say enough great things, and like other reviews said the pictures don’t do it justice! You can feel the love Rochelle put into the property to make it incredible. Great location, beautiful backyard with stunning gardens. Next time we are in Turks we will be staying here!

Logement sacieux et bien équipé. Points forts: -La grande terrasse avec moustiquaire. Toutefois, la moustiquaire était brisée à quelques endroits. -À 10 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes à pied de l'épicerie.- La piscine juste à côté de la maison. -Le logement est à l'intérieur de gates avec codes. - Plusieurs serviettes de douches et de plage. -Équipements pour la plage (2 chariots, 3 chaises et quelques jouets de plage). Toutefois, pas de tente UV tel que sur la photo du logement, ni parasol utilisable (brisé). - 3 têtes pour l'air climatisée. -Lave-vaisselle avec des capsules de savon. -laveuse et sécheuse accessibles par une porte à l'extérieur du logement (10$ us par jour d'utilisation). -2 salles de bain avec grande douche. Points faibles: -proximité d'un restaurant/bar donc nous entendions la musique principalement de la terrasse et un peu moins de l'intérieur. -beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine et les salles de bain.- La rue pour s'y rendre est pleine de trous.

Jasmine was a wonderful host. She guided us to the property after Google led us astray. After initially booking the property, she reached out to answer any questions we might have which we had many since this was our first visit to the island. She had excellent recommendations about getting a rental car, snorkeling excursions and scuba diving. The property was immaculate and completely as described & photos. All kitchen appliances, flatware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans available. Beds were perfect to sleep on and ample pillows. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living space. They had beach towels and beach chairs available for our use as well as a convenient buggy to tote them to the beach if you don’t have or don’t want to use your car. Ample parking spots available and close enough to walk to the Thursday night fish fry and the public beach access. All in all, an extremely positive experience and enjoyable vacation stay. Highly recommend!!

Having a private bungalow on the beach in Turks and Caicos was amazing! The property is beautifully maintained and each bungalow has its own private setting, including a splash pool. Everything was immaculate! We loved that we were on peaceful LongBay Beach, away from the crowds. The water was calm which made it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Kayaks and SUPs were provided so there was no need to rent! Everyone was very welcoming and Jen was always very helpful when we needed a taxi or had questions about anything. She even brought us to the market! We have been on many beach vacations and this one is at the top of the list. We can't wait to go back. When we do, we will definitely return to Swaying Palms!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy’s and would happily return. The location is in a middle-class area where islanders live, and we appreciated it for many reasons. We don’t go to other countries to associate mostly with tourists. There are roosters wandering around the neighborhood, which were a nice change from our usual aural environment. And we certainly did not spend what we would have at a fancy resort, so we had more money to spend on activities. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable in the apartment. More important was Sandy herself. She is an incredibly warm, responsive and helpful hostess. Three illustrative examples: 1. Sandy went out of her way to make our daughter's birthday special for her. 2. Whenever I asked her a question about places to buy groceries, eat out, or do activities, she promptly sent me a wealth of information. 3. When I informed her that the cutting board in the apartment was not in good shape, she showed up the next day with a new one.

Our stay at The Lighthouse was an absolute treat for this family of four. You'd be hard pressed to find a more responsive, informative and helpful host than Karen. Long before we arrived Karen had plied us with endless recommendations that were perfect: restaurants, activities, car rentals etc. This was invaluable in helping us leverage our time and resources. The Lighthouse is the perfect place to unplug, relax and recharge. We loved the quiet nature of Thompson Cove, away from the bustle of the commercial Grace Bay resorts. The place is spotless, well appointed and private. A short walk puts you on stunning and empty Thompson beach. Most days you'll be escorted by the resident, sweet four legged host, Soldier. Or you can stroll out back and kayak or paddleboard amongst the turtles in the canal. A car rental is key to really explore and see other parts of this spectacular island. We loved every facet of this trip and hope to return. What a memorable vacation! Thanks Karen.

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

What an awesome location and condo! Me and my wife had a fantastic stay at Jason’s condo. Great location, very close to the beach. I loved that the condo was a bit more secluded but the same time very close to everything. You can snorkel all day long right by the smith’s reef and make sure you follow all Jason’s recommendations. You won’t regret! We are definitely coming back!

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

Wonderful place. Exactly as advertised and what we needed to start our Caribbean adventure. Loved the quick walk to the beach, restaurants and IGA (1.6 miles). For us we didn’t need a car for this trip as we were not planning on exploring the island by land. Doing that right now by sailboat! Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay here! This was a great option for our family of five that was more affordable than the larger resorts, which allowed us more of our vacation budget to get out and explore the island. The pool was wonderful, quiet and relaxing, and just a step outside the door. We also enjoyed the spa, and it was great having staff on hand at the Atrium, although we rarely needed anything we didn't have in the condo. We felt comfortable, safe and right at home here, and would recommend it highly to others! The location is just down the road from a lot of restaurants and beach activity. You'll want a car to explore, but if you have one, it is not far to anything at all! Best of all, Danielle is so responsive and helpful with her recommendations, which was so helpful when visiting a place we'd never been before.

First let me say that Mark was more than helpful with all of the communication from the very start. This was our first trip to Turks and I was messaging with Mark with regularity. Mark responded 100% of the time and not only that l, responded with fantastic information to which we were never disappointed! We loved the rental and loved the location. We can't wait to come back and use this place again. Mark made it easy to want to make this a regular trip on our calendar! We are thankful to have found this fantastic host and home.

Excellent host, excellent place! It was our first time in Turks and Caicos, and definitely won't be our last! Yonette's place offered a beautiful view, great space and a perfect location (near Smith's free). She was very responsive and made us feel safe and at home. Make sure you rent a car to get around the island!

Loved our stay at Gemma’s. Host had detailed binder prepared that answered most of our questions, and she was very responsive to any questions that did come up. We really loved having access to beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, beach towels. Also appreciated the access to washer dryer if needed. Terrace was beautiful as well. Heated pool was not heated until our last day when they installed a new heat pump, but the hot tub was always wonderful. Quick drive to Smith’s Reef, Grace Bay. A little further to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay but well worth the drive even during traffic! Loved our stay here.

Amazing studio within walking distance to everything ! Highly recommend . We will be back soon :)
