This is a lovely home & spotlessly clean with all the full sized appliances you need-oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer/microwave & air fryer/blender/breakfast station/toaster - all top quality. It also had coffee filters, salt/pepper & laundry detergent. The deck is large, lovely & great water/sunset view-With beautiful landscaping. The unheated pool is wonderful. The area felt very safe including a gate w/remote control & parking. The property sits above very shallow & calm water perfect for kayaking. However, the path down to the water is uneven rock path & a bit of a challenge especially if bringing down the 2 great kayaks provided. I am 65 & scooted down on my bum. It was worth it. We kayaked all afternoon. We saw a turtle on our 2nd kayaking there. As others have mentioned in their reviews all the bedrooms/showers are upstairs & there’s a narrow spiral staircase. We had to leave suitcases downstairs & carry things up as needed. The house is beautifully furnished. Highly recommend

It was exactly as described. It was well stocked. They thought of everything, and even had a bottle of champagne for us upon arrival. Perfect place to spend our first anniversary! Thank you!

Robin and Donna are excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we where looking for only a 2 min drive from Grace Bay beach and the city center, with the infamous CoCo Bistro restaurant right around the corner from our villa. Robins Villa is beautifully laid out, very spacious and immaculately clean with a detailed decorative touch in every room to make it feel all the more warm and welcoming. Thanks guys for everything!!! We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!

Shirlett was very responsive and got us out of a bind when we had no place to stay with 2 young children after a cancelled flight at 9:30pm. We’re eternally grateful for her and her kindness and her place. The place was comfortable and clean.

We could not have asked for a more wonderful stay! Celebrated my husbands Birthday and thourougly enjoyed every moment. The Villa is beautifully appointment and very private. Absolute perfect spot for complete R&R. So thankful I saw the reviews for this before we booked a crowded all inclusive. We took the owners advise and provisioned at the nearby grocery which meant we rarely had to leave the beauty of what felt like our own private beach. Recommend staying here for sure and hope to come back sooner than later.

This house has a lot of space for large parties and very convenient to the beach as well as the happening areas of the town. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Providenciales. Natalie was great with communication and hosting. Thanks

We had a fantastic stay at Bryan’s place in Providenciales. The property was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials - from a fully equipped kitchen to plenty of beach gear, which made our trip that much more comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Bryan is a generous and attentive host who clearly puts care into every detail. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay. Beautiful quiet beach and pool. We are not kite surfers, but many clearly come to this beach for this purpose and it was fun to watch! Only an 8 minute drive away from Grace Bay and the many nice restaurants/resorts there, so we enjoyed the restaurants for dinner, but spent our delays relaxing near the pool and beach that was much quieter. Place just as pictured. Had everything we needed for a great visit to Turks & Caicos!

Wonderful stay in a unique location. It felt like paradise on earth. Would absolutely recommend or come back. Tox checked us in and was amazing!

Loved this place! Relaxed atmosphere, perfect location, 5 min walk from the beach and local town. The reception helped us to arrange everything from cars to boats and massages. The New Year's Eve cocktail reception was well planned and appropriate for COVID, and the host went to great lengths to ensure we had dinner reservations for New Year's Eve considering the special COVID restrictions on the island. 5 stars, will return.

Lisa was amazing. From the time of arrival to the time we left. She was so helpful. She had ballon’s, champagne,cake and soft drinks when we arrived. She was able to tell us the spots to visit while there. She checked on us constantly. She even assisted with transportation when she could. I don’t believe there is any host that can match her hospitality. Can’t wait to visit Turks again and stay at one of properties. It was also in a great location literally 10mins from everything.

Have you ever loved a place so much you don't want to do a review because you think too many people will love it and then it will be hard to rent in the future - that is most definitely this place!!! We have been renting places for years (Hawaii included) and this place by far had the best views and the most amazing host. The views that surround you are indescribable and cannot be captured in a photo - wake up to the ocean and sunrise - walk to the beach - end the day with a beautiful sunset. The home is lovely, and the infinity pool is amazing. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful with just enough to do. Ed and Candy love Middle Island and have built lifelong relationships with local residents who extend their welcome and knowledge to all guests who are lucky enough to enjoy this home. Transition from airport in Provo, to boat ferry to rental car on middle island was easy, adventurous and FUN!! Thank you for a GREAT spring break trip with my daughter - we are planning our next stay.

When you look up the definition of a 5-star AirBnB this should be the picture. A friendly and responsive host looking to satisfy all your needs—check. An amazing location with lots to do—check. In paradise—check. Our stay at CoCo Gardens was absolutely amazing. We chose to rent a car and I would recommend this as it gave us access to enjoy numerous beautiful beaches across the island. Robin answered all questions we had and was always available in the lead up to our stay and while we were there. Loved the outdoor shower, Nova is the friendliest, and we will be back again. If the house fits your groups requirements then don’t miss out and book today!

We had an amazing stay at this spacious villa, which was perfect for our girls' trip but would also be a great stay for large families or groups. The check-in process was seamless, and our host was incredibly informative and eager to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was beautiful, equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. Renting a car to explore the island is definitely recommended, but once we were back at the villa, it felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!
