Awesome trip in a great villa with privacy, plenty of comforts and amenities! Villa was as described and pictured. We would definitely recommend.

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

Logement sacieux et bien équipé. Points forts: -La grande terrasse avec moustiquaire. Toutefois, la moustiquaire était brisée à quelques endroits. -À 10 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes à pied de l'épicerie.- La piscine juste à côté de la maison. -Le logement est à l'intérieur de gates avec codes. - Plusieurs serviettes de douches et de plage. -Équipements pour la plage (2 chariots, 3 chaises et quelques jouets de plage). Toutefois, pas de tente UV tel que sur la photo du logement, ni parasol utilisable (brisé). - 3 têtes pour l'air climatisée. -Lave-vaisselle avec des capsules de savon. -laveuse et sécheuse accessibles par une porte à l'extérieur du logement (10$ us par jour d'utilisation). -2 salles de bain avec grande douche. Points faibles: -proximité d'un restaurant/bar donc nous entendions la musique principalement de la terrasse et un peu moins de l'intérieur. -beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine et les salles de bain.- La rue pour s'y rendre est pleine de trous.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy’s and would happily return. The location is in a middle-class area where islanders live, and we appreciated it for many reasons. We don’t go to other countries to associate mostly with tourists. There are roosters wandering around the neighborhood, which were a nice change from our usual aural environment. And we certainly did not spend what we would have at a fancy resort, so we had more money to spend on activities. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable in the apartment. More important was Sandy herself. She is an incredibly warm, responsive and helpful hostess. Three illustrative examples: 1. Sandy went out of her way to make our daughter's birthday special for her. 2. Whenever I asked her a question about places to buy groceries, eat out, or do activities, she promptly sent me a wealth of information. 3. When I informed her that the cutting board in the apartment was not in good shape, she showed up the next day with a new one.

Our stay at The Lighthouse was an absolute treat for this family of four. You'd be hard pressed to find a more responsive, informative and helpful host than Karen. Long before we arrived Karen had plied us with endless recommendations that were perfect: restaurants, activities, car rentals etc. This was invaluable in helping us leverage our time and resources. The Lighthouse is the perfect place to unplug, relax and recharge. We loved the quiet nature of Thompson Cove, away from the bustle of the commercial Grace Bay resorts. The place is spotless, well appointed and private. A short walk puts you on stunning and empty Thompson beach. Most days you'll be escorted by the resident, sweet four legged host, Soldier. Or you can stroll out back and kayak or paddleboard amongst the turtles in the canal. A car rental is key to really explore and see other parts of this spectacular island. We loved every facet of this trip and hope to return. What a memorable vacation! Thanks Karen.

Absolutely the best place we have stayed at in TCI and we have been coming to the island for 15 years! The house was so inviting, beautiful decor, inside and out, so peaceful, kitchen was so well stocked from containers for left overs, pots, pans, dishes, etc. BBQ outside was huge and the pool was beyond my expectations. My only complaint, and not really a complaint but an observation was the bed is only a double, we are used to a king size but saying that the bed was really comfortable. Can’t wait to stay again, hoping for 3 weeks next time. Thanks to the team for this amazing 2 weeks.

We had an amazing stay. The villa is so beautiful and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (BBQ, kitchen, beach chairs etc). It was very close to the kitesurfing beach as well as many nice restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Paradise. We didn't want to leave. We loved the privacy and quiet of Gregory's Place, on a quiet part of the island. It's a small island, so everything is very accessible with a car. We loved the pool, the comfortable and spacious home and beds, the sunrise/sunset deck, and the location of the home right around the corner from the beautiful and rugged mile-long Bird walk/nature trail that takes you right to the water's edge. We did not want to leave. Thank you Gregory for a wonderful experience!!

Karen and Rod were fantastic as onsite hosts (they live downstairs, a completely separate space). Always available for questions, recommendations, etc but didn’t interfere with our “space”. It was great knowing they were there in case of any issues. Their pool deck is lovely and the villa was spacious with loads of beautiful views. Our party of six really enjoyed our stay!!

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful pool view studio near Turtle Cove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly-check-in was incredibly easy, and I didn't encounter a single issue. The studio itself was pristine, well-appointed, and perfectly designed to make the most of the stunning pool view. Waking up to the serene sight of the water each morning was a treat in itself, The location was also ideal, offering close proximity to the natural beauty of Turtle Cove while maintaining a sense of peaceful seclusion. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Excellent séjour chez Wilbert et Christine! Des gens très accueillants et agréables. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. La propreté est irréprochable autant dans la maison qu’à l’extérieur. La piscine en fin de journée est un beau bonus. Je recommande l’endroit sans hésiter!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

This is our second stay with Meelike and it’s been wonderful. Perfect location, close walk to several restaurants and the most beautiful beach. Meelike was very accommodating and responsive. We will be back!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Turcs and Caicos. Le logement était bien situé, très propre, avec toutes les commodités, incluant les articles de plages que nous avons beaucoup utilisé durant notre séjour. Le fair d’avoir une voiture prête à notre airbnb a l’arrivée a été un plus. Nous avons pu découvrir l’île de façon autonome. Bref, je retournerais à ce airbnb sans hésiter. Merci Danielle pour ton accueil et ta disponibilité, tu as grandement contribué à la réussite de ce voyage.

Super clean, extremely well stocked, and so convenient! 3 minutes to Bight Beach, 5 minutes to Coral Gardens and Smith's Reef. Simone's across the street cannot be beat for the best prices on the island for drinks, and the food is delish! This is our go to place from now on (and this was our fifth visit to TCI)!

Wonderful place. Exactly as advertised and what we needed to start our Caribbean adventure. Loved the quick walk to the beach, restaurants and IGA (1.6 miles). For us we didn’t need a car for this trip as we were not planning on exploring the island by land. Doing that right now by sailboat! Would recommend to anyone.

This listing is a GEM! 💎 It is exactly as described - private and away from “all things touristy.” You nearly have a beach to yourself. The National Park is adjacent to the property which means you have beautiful land to stroll through or next to while you’re on the beach. Matt and Erin were so very helpful with their recommendations. There isn’t a thing they haven’t thought of to have in their apartment.

We had a great stay here! This was a great option for our family of five that was more affordable than the larger resorts, which allowed us more of our vacation budget to get out and explore the island. The pool was wonderful, quiet and relaxing, and just a step outside the door. We also enjoyed the spa, and it was great having staff on hand at the Atrium, although we rarely needed anything we didn't have in the condo. We felt comfortable, safe and right at home here, and would recommend it highly to others! The location is just down the road from a lot of restaurants and beach activity. You'll want a car to explore, but if you have one, it is not far to anything at all! Best of all, Danielle is so responsive and helpful with her recommendations, which was so helpful when visiting a place we'd never been before.

We stayed at Adams Grace Bay Condo. It was lovely, just as described had everything you needed and more. The chairs, umbrella and cool box were very much appreciated. The condo complex has a pool and sun beds and enjoyed relaxing there at the end of day. It was a short walk to the beach and Grace Bay Strip where there are many bars and restaurants. Adam was great at communicating with us both before and during our trip. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone

Excellent host, excellent place! It was our first time in Turks and Caicos, and definitely won't be our last! Yonette's place offered a beautiful view, great space and a perfect location (near Smith's free). She was very responsive and made us feel safe and at home. Make sure you rent a car to get around the island!

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was great - it is long and narrow, good for swimming laps in the morning to start the day. The location is excellent - about 5-7 mins distance to the best restaurants, beaches, bars and shopping. Grocery store and pharmacy across the street. Easy to drive to more remote beaches if you want to get away from the crowds. The unit is modern, well-maintained, and we used all of the amenities it came with - nice kitchen, full-sized washer/dryer, fast Wifi, cold A/C, smart TV, and a small outdoor space to have coffee in the mornings. Despite being so close to the main drag, it is nestled down a small road so it is still quiet and peaceful. Sean was very responsive from start to finish, providing a list of things to do in the area a couple days before our arrival, responding to my questions when we got there. Check-out process was easy. And what a great value compared to staying at a resort!

Loved our stay at Gemma’s. Host had detailed binder prepared that answered most of our questions, and she was very responsive to any questions that did come up. We really loved having access to beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, beach towels. Also appreciated the access to washer dryer if needed. Terrace was beautiful as well. Heated pool was not heated until our last day when they installed a new heat pump, but the hot tub was always wonderful. Quick drive to Smith’s Reef, Grace Bay. A little further to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay but well worth the drive even during traffic! Loved our stay here.
