Such an amazing property in a great, central location. The house was very clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Julie was a great host with good communication.

We loved our stay, it was everything we needed for a peaceful get away. Beautiful decor and Interiors and we thoroughly enjoyed sipping tea sat in the rocking chairs in the morning listening to the birds chirping. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for making delicious meals in the evening which was much appreciated. Evenings were spent in the hot tub or snuggled up by the fire, we would really love to come back again some time. Thank you!

Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

What a fantastic place. You instantly felt like home from the moment you walked in, really clean and had everything you needed to cook meals from scratch in the kitchen. Great location if you don’t want to drive, everything is a couple minutes walk from the house - can easily walk to the beach or the shops without driving. Bonus for us, there was an EV charger that Sue remote controlled so we could just plug in and top the car up. Would love to stay again, not sure we’ll ever get weather this good again though.

Great stay at sunset lodge, so good we extended it! Lovely spot within easy reach of some lovely parts of North Devon, nice spot on the site at Mullacott with good facilities on site, good food at the Depot and a small shop with essentials. Hot tub was a great bonus as well! All in all can’t recommend enough!

These are a really well located set of apartments with great amenities. Very comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Parking is super easy in the basement of the apartment. Couldn’t fault it though you do pay for the privilege. We were staying in middlecombe 1 and the only issue was the 6am bottle bank and refuge collection on a number of mornings which does wake you up.

We have just spent a lovely Twixmas break at Deborah’s beautiful place and I’m already trying to figure out when we can visit again. We loved the location and that the space felt totally private but was only five minutes from local pubs and restaurants. I loved being able to run down to the beach in the morning and we both enjoyed watching the sunset over the sea from the lounge. Spotlessly clean and with lots of little touches to make us feel at home - I’d highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again!

This was a family stay with elderly mum so the ground floor and general access was excellent. parking right outside. super clean. Sean was very accommodating to our needs and delivered everything we asked. loved that we had tea, coffee, milk,biscuits, sugar, ect also soap, towels shower gel, washing up liquid cleaning products. this all makes a lovely touch. Quiet ,so sleeping not an issue. would highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host went above and beyond, communicating quickly and making everything effortless. The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, incredibly homely, and so spacious. With 15 of us, including children, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The huge dining table was perfect for group meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed—loads of crockery, cutlery, and top-quality appliances. The beds were super comfortable, the showers worked perfectly, and every detail was well thought out. The location was spot-on, and nothing was scrimped on. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!
