First time to Vietnam, Especially happy that I stayed in Da nang, the area is beautiful, the locals are friendly and helpful. The apartment was close to great food place, the beach which didn’t disappoint. The location made it easy to go to ‘the must see travel stops like Ba Na Hills’. I would come back and stay here again. Met some friendly locals and found a lovely place for breakfast which we visited daily. Check out this accommodation. No Regrets amazing place.

Eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung ganz oben im 11. Stock mit einem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gibt dort oben keine Mücken und man kann mit offener Balkontür schlafen, schon alleine das ist ja in Vietnam eher selten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, mit zwei großen Pools, die sehr erfrischend sind. Am Strand gibt es kostenlose Liegen und im Garten noch einige mehr gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. In der Nähe kann man auch günstig Roller mieten, um dann die Strände und die bezaubernde Stadt zu erkunden. Harley ist als Gastgeberin sehr sehr herzlich und bemüht, damit sich der Gast wohl fühlt. Sie hat immer ganz schnell geantwortet, wenn ich etwas gefragt hatte und hat mir einige gute Tips gegeben, was in Hoi An zur Zeit los ist. Ich komme sicher wieder und kann die kleine Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Great place to stay while in Da Nang. Spacious and clean apartment.

이 숙소에 최고 장점은 뷰와 위치입니다. 다낭에서 기대해본적 없는 높고 광활한 뷰였습니다. 위치도 미케해변과 가깝고 주변 맛집도 많습니다. 그리도 무엇보다 호스트가 친절합니다. 건물 자체가 조금 낡았지만 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

Kristine was an amazing host! She was very helpful and responsive. This was the nicest AirBnB we've stayed in, especially for the price. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full size bathtub plus a dedicated shower in the master bath was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom was dark at night. WiFi was fast at 390mbs down / 320mbs upload. Kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked most of our meals. It's close to the DT Market and Moonmilk for groceries. You can walk either way along the beach to enjoy the boardwalks. The unit smells a little musty. The AC probably needs to be cleaned. The view of the abandoned Holiday Inn construction site is a bit disappointing, but it's not the first time we've had a view of an abandoned building in SE Asia. They're everywhere. This place would probably be a lot more expensive otherwise. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

Anh Tuan's condo is located right across from the main Beach and there are so many good restaurants within walking distance. it is located on the 23rd floor with a nice view of the ocean and the surrounding and it is quiet so that we feel far away from the main noisy district. All the amenities are included as described in the website and Xuan My was always responsive to our questions. This was our second time in Da Nang within 6 months and we love the city and the people are very friendly. We will definitely come back to the city and stay longer and hopefully his condo will still be available for us to stay at. Thank you very much.

Mind blowing place. Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment on the 41st floor had breathtaking views—ocean on one side, city on the other. Right in-front of the beach. Walking distance to the sea and surrounded by great restaurants, convenience stores. Bee was an amazing host and took care of everything . Absolutely worth the price. Highly recommend!

숙소 주위에 모든것이 있어서 엄청 편했습니다. 숙소또한 깔끔하고 완벽했습니다 다음번에 다시 이용 할것입니다. 짐보관고 가능하고 옥상에서 바베큐파티는 잊지못할 추억이였습니다. 옥상에 냉장고 싱크대 스피커 자쿠지 등등 매우 훌륭했습니다.

8명 3대 가족이 머물렀습니다 침대가 많아 편했고 침대가드가 설치되어있어서 안전 하게 이용이 가능했습니다. 호스트님의 대응이 너무 좋았습니다. 여행도중 안경을 잃어버렸는데 안경점을 안내해 주시는 등의 개인 문제도 해결해주었습니다. 다음에 다낭 재 방문시 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 감사했습니다.

내집처럼 편안하게 머물다 갑니다. 주변이 조용하고 조금만 움직이면 번화가라서 흠잡을곳 없는곳입니다.

We had the best visit and fell in love with the area. The Villa was perfect for our family of five with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. It’s nicely located just a short drive from some of the busier areas like An Bang or Old Town, yet still close enough to walk to the beach and some great restaurant options. Chloe was absolutely amazing and super responsive throughout the trip. She helped with recommendations, obtaining tickets, setting up dinner and delivering a motor bike to the house. Chloe even continued to help us after we checked out by ensuring a dress was delivered to our next stop in DaNang. Can’t say enough, but we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time in Hoi An ! The villa is perfect: the space is amazing, well decorated, fully furnished and very well situated. Xuan was lovely, reactiv and very helpful.

A delight to stay here. It was in a great location close to the beach, cafe's and restaurants. Spacious, clean and modern. The only disappointment was not staying here longer. Fresh breakfast made at a convenient time for us and a fridge stocked with drinks was a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again and highly recommended.

The place is great if you are looking to be distant from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Hanoi. We also had full access to the resort’s facilities which was wonderful. It is around 20min walk to the closest town and around 1.5hrs walking to the old town (or a 10-15min grab). The room is spacious and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and with a great view overlooking the sea. Kathy was wonderful and very helpful. On top of her list of recommended things to do and places to go to, she was always sending additional tips to us. I highly recommend her place.

The rooms are so clean and look exactly the same as in the pictures. There are a lot of Korean supermarkets around there. Owner responded very very quickly! So impressive!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

Our stay was just as described. Very responsive host that answered our questions right away and made it easy for us to check in and out. Our stay was clean and everything was functional. Overall a great experience!

Great condo in a perfect location! No shortage of great restaurants and beach access. The building itself has all the amenities w/ an awesome rooftop pool and bar to enjoy views of Lady Buddha, DaNang Beach and the Dragon Bridge over the Hàn River. Thanks so much for a great stay! We’ll be back!

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

Nguyen is a great host. She recommended some really lovely eateries around the area.

The apartment is beautiful; luxurious, clean, well equipped, spacious and with amazing views of the beach and ocean.
