We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location. Easy to get to by public transport or a walk around the lake. Giuseppe was a great host, always responsive to our queries and also sorted out our Lucerne cards before our arrival which gave us free transport and discounts in the area. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we can return in the future.

Everything that needs to be said have already been written by other guests. And I wholeheartedly agree!! We loved everything about the cottage! The location, the views, the garden, everything was just perfect! Regula and Sascha built the cottage themselves and they thought of and included all the comforts of home!! Their hospitality was top-notched! A 5-star hotel could take lessons from them. They met us at the train station to help with our luggage and to show us how the bus works. They also gifted us a bus pass to use during our stay. The bus stop is a mere 3 minutes from the cottage, slightly up the hill. And on our last day, they came to bid us farewell (and helped with our luggage to the bus stop). They are wonderful people. While the views, location and comforts of the cottage were perfection, Regula and Sascha were the stars! They are genuinely wonderful people and that’s what makes them special.

Ein wunderschönes und modernes Haus mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Vor allem ist dieses Haus und deren Eigentümer Kinderfreundlich. Der Garten ist super schön. Kinder Bett, Spielsachen, Kinderstuhl etc. es hat einfach alles gepasst. Dominique ist super aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Beste Airbnb Unterkunft bei der wir je waren. Ich kann Die 200% weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (9 Personen) dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es einen Volg mit Lebensmitteln für den täglichen Bedarf. Eine Ladestation für E-Autos befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

sehr schöne Unterkunft, super eingerichtet und für grössere Gruppen ideal. Die Lage ist top, man ist schnell am See, ein Lidl befindet sich gleich nebenan und der Bus fährt bis praktisch vor die Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit André war immer superschnell, freundlich und einfach. Der Garten und die wunderschöne Sonnenterrasse waren herrlich! Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen :)

Amazing house in the middle of a beautiful valley next to a lake! Breathtaking views everywhere you look. Close to all the attractions in the area but this spot provides a more authentic Swiss experience. In fact, one night the hosts, who were extremely helpful and available, served us a delicious locally sourced raclette meal with local wine! The house itself is very nice and spacious and had everything one could ask for from a bnb. Very comfy beds too. Basically a perfect bnb. A+

Wer eine helle, einladend eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse mit Seeblick sucht, der ist bei Benjamin genau richtig. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Bei kaltem Winterwetter richteten wir uns am Cheminéefeuer gemütlich ein und genossen die Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Benjamin war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Dorf bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Blumenhaus-Kaffee, Restaurants, wo man fein essen kann und natürlich viele Spazierwege mit Seeblick. Wir verweilten nur einige Tage in Ermatingen und es hätte bestimmt noch vieles mehr zu entdeckten gegeben. Das was wir jedoch erleben und kennen lernen durften, hatte uns sehr gefallen - allemal eine Reise wert. Franziska

Fabulous two bedroom attic apartment. Fantastic view! Warm, clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Very well located within walking distance of town centre, local shops and restaurants. Hot water temperature was good. It should be noted that if you are an older person or have mobility issues , there is no lift in the building and there are a lot of small steps within the apartment that could be easy to trip over. Another thing to be aware of is that there is not enough space to have a standing shower. You do have to either sit or crouch in the tub. This may be difficult for some people. The bath size is good and the water pressure is good too. Overall a fantastic place to stay and we would be happy to stay again. Thanks!

Beautiful and peaceful spot on the lake! Even in low tide (as Jos clearly indicates on the listing; the views were stunning. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and biking around the lake was so much fun. Strongly recommend!

Moderne schöne Unterkunft, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, schöne Gegend und hilfsbereite Vermieter. See sowie Supermarkt und Bäckerei in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir und unsere Hündin haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super ruhigen und angenehmen Gegend. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist super modern und hübsch (wie bei Ikea ;-)) eingerichtet. Auch an technischen Raffinessen mangelt es nicht (Großer TV, Licht , elektr. Schloss). Das Badezimmer war ebenso mega schick und sauber. Marco ist immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle bei Fragen. Danke nochmals an Marco !!! Die Unterkunft liegt nah am See und es gibt einen direkten Zugang (zum Baden oder SUP), den man in 2 min zu Fuß erreicht. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, gibt es im Ortskern sehr gute Restaurants (ca. 1,5 km). Konstanz erreicht man prima mit dem Zug in 15 min. Von dort aus kann man überall hin mit dem Schiff. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt super gut gefallen und wir würden auch ein 2. Mal die Unterkunft buchen.

Our stay at the Lakefront Duplex Apartment was fantastic! The property is a short walk from the Lucerne Train Station, boat terminal, downtown, and major attractions. Despite its central location, it’s super private and quiet, occupying the top floor of a tall building with a rooftop balcony offering stunning views of the city and Lake Lucerne. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and equipped with thoughtful features like remote-controlled blinds and an Apple TV for streaming. It was immaculate, with great showers and a washer/dryer. Tatiana, the host, was kind, friendly, and clear in her communication. She provided detailed instructions with pictures to help locate the property and operate its features, making everything seamless. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

A lovely place to stay, located in a very quaint lake-side village. Conveniently located on the ground floor with access and views out to the garden area and the mountains beyond. Would stay again and thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Ein schönes kleines Haus direkt am See. Pure Entspannung mit Sauna und genug Platz zu viert auf dem Sofa zu sitzen. Man ist schnell in der Stadt oder in den Bergen und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Sehr netter Kontakt und einwandfreie Kommunikation.

We had a wonderful visit here. A family of 4 fit very comfortably. Beautiful location on the lake - breathtaking views and access to many things to do. Check out the panoramic suspension bridge, caves and local sledging! House is well equipped to cook, beds are comfortable, and house was very clean. We would come back again!

We stayed one night here, and Aicha was a wonderful, responsive, and helpful hostess! She was flexible with our check-in and very welcoming and kind. The room was cozy, private, and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus in der freundlichen und ruhigen Gegend sehr genossen! Die Lage direkt am Seeufer ist einfach traumhaft und bietet ungestörten Zugang zum Wasser – ideal für entspannende Tage in der Natur. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll gestaltet und bietet einen perfekten Rückzugsort. Es ist ein wahres Vergnügen, hier zu entspannen und die Schönheit der Umgebung zu genießen. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Es ist der perfekte Ort für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen und die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen möchten. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!
