第一次体验当地的居民区，虽然是第一次到访马德里，但是住在一个local的区域也是一种别样的体验，能够明显的感觉到这个区域是比较干净，安全，相对中产以上的区域，与市区某些地区的脏乱差真的形成鲜明的对比，工业风的设计真的让人眼前一亮，同时很多的材料皆为废物利用，可见房东对于可持续环保理念的坚持

Great property that was private and close to the supermarket and transport links. Nacho was a great host, really went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful throughout the trip.

Wonderful apartment, clean, spacious, comfortable and well -stocked, convenient to grocery stores and the Metro. Having Kevin available for pick ups and drop offs to the airport/train station was incredible as were his recommendations of things to do and places to eat; like having a concierge. Loved our stay there. Would stay there again.

We cannot say enough good things about this apartment. It truly felt like home. Our kids loved it. All amenities were there and worked perfectly. Neighbourhood is spot on. We will be back!

Квартира обставлена очень стилизованно, много антикварных элементов и очень интересных дизайнерских решений. Вся кухня полностью укомплектована для тех , кто предпочитает готовить дома. Хорошее белье и полотенца. Отличное расположение всего в нескольких метрах от Gran Via и в пешей доступности от многих достопримечательностей

We received a warm and personal welcome from May, who was very accommodating with the check-in time. The apartment was clean and had a lovely, fresh fragrance. It was generously supplied with extra towels and other amenities. The heating in the apartment was very effective even on colder winter days. Inside the fridge were two bottles of water and other chilled beverages as a welcome, along with some muffins and coffee pods on the countertop. We particularly loved that the small fridge had a built-in freezer compartment to keep ice, something we have often found unavailable in other Airbnbs, with fridges of similar size. May has gone to great lengths to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay, taking care of even the smallest details. The area is beautiful and walkable, with lots of restaurants and shops around, as well as Retiro Park only a short walk away. A number of grocery stores nearby meant we had no trouble finding whatever we needed. We can confidently recommend a stay here!

Miguel’s place was the best place we stayed at during our 2 week vacation in Spain. Stunning spacious home with high ceilings, great decor, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities you need! Walking distance to restaurants and tons of vintage shopping. María (co-host) was super responsive the entire time and we were able to do a slightly earlier check-in as well. We loved this home so much and would book it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Great location! This place was perfect for me and my boyfriend to have enough space for a 4 day trip to Madrid. There was lots to do around the area and check in was great!

Mariano’s place was perfect for me, just as described. It was well equipped for an extended stay. And so perfectly located in the beautiful Malasaña neighborhood. Mariano was such a great host, he gave me so many great recommendations and the instructions for check-in were so very clear. I would recommend

Apartamento totalmente equipado, limpio y con detalles como galletas, café y cervezas. A 15 minutos andando de Las Ventas, con multitud de restaurantes.

We can't offer much to say, because we only stayed one night (only about 18 hours). We didn't use the apartment amenities (i.e. kitchen, shower, washer). The bed was comfortable!! We had dinner at a place that Jesus recommended, and it was great! We give TEN stars to our host. Flexibility, communication, and help was perfect!! Please note, the apartment is three floors up, and there is no elevator (not an issue for some guest, but hard on others - like us).

This is a really great apartment in a prime location. It is very comfortable by European standards -- central AC/heat is rare in Madrid, and we loved the heated floors since it was very chilly and rainy when we were there! The location is great, the building is quiet and you can walk to a million places. Having a view of the royal palace was pretty neat. The abundance of streaming options on TV was great for our young kids after a long day of sightseeing, or if it was too rainy to go out. The only issue we had was that the listing said there would be a crib, and it took three nights for us to finally get one (after opening a case with Airbnb). But the issue was resolved and the host kindly refunded us some of our money, so we have no hard feelings and can highly recommend this apartment to families or anyone else.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lila’s flat. The apartment is exactly as the photos. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Very easy to get to by Metro from the airport and a short walk from Principe Pio station. Check in was seamless with a digital lock system accessed by an app. the apartment is situated on the main road with a bus stop outside the front door, however we walked in and out of the city centre each time. Lila’s apartment is a great base to explore Madrid. Communication with Lila was excellent 5/5.

Lovely apartment, great location. Very clean, comfortable and warm at all times 😊 The only minor downside has nothing to do with the apartment or the host: unfortunately you can hear everything the neighbours are doing, quite late into the night too, which we are not used to, but I guess that's just big city life in a very old building. Otherwise, no complaints at all! We really enjoyed our stay and we were very happy with our host who gave us a lot of useful information and clear instructions, so it made our stay stress-free.
