We instantly felt right at home at Bird Land for our girls trip! Eric was super accommodating and attentive. The house is very comfortable with a lot of historic charm. The sunny window bed and bird watching area are so beautiful and peaceful. Gorgeous stained glass windows. There is so much room to spread out! The basement bedroom(s) would be great for kids to have their own space. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Great place right off the highway that felt peaceful. Great for my and my kids to sleep for a night. Would recommend!

Andrea was very accommodating for our family visit. It was a get together for my brother who is very ill. We had family and friends from Wyoming, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, etc. It was a wonderful time for all. My brother got to visit his childhood home and neighborhood friends. We had every single thing we needed. A well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels for the bathrooms, clean sheets, etc.

Courtney and Christian’s cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful and quiet, yet with plenty of entertainment options. Close to hiking, parks, the Cacapon River, and the quaint little town of Berkeley Springs. Staying in to enjoy the cottage was extremely fun too. Pool table was a hit! Sitting outside relaxing with the sounds of nature even better. A couple cozy fires and delicious pizza making was on point. We where very happy to enjoy it all.

Our recent stay at Guy and Sarah’s Airbnb in Harper’s Ferry was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout the house were immediately apparent. The Scandinavian design of the home added a sense of peace and calm that made our stay exceptionally relaxing. As a family of five, we thoroughly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, making meal preparations convenient and an absolute pleasure. The cozy rooms, accentuated by the tranquil interior design, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. One unexpected gem was the extensive book collection. I discovered several titles that captured my interest so much that I plan to purchase them for my collection. Guy and Sarah were incredibly responsive and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience with their attentiveness. We wish our visit could have been longer, but we are already planning our return. Next time, we hope to share this excellent find with another set of friends.

This place was a great place to stay with lots of amenities! The house looks even better in person. My friends and I all said we would love to come back again. Highly recommend for a nice quiet getaway where you just want to stay at the house and enjoy the surroundings!

This cabin was beautiful and clean, the furniture was so rustic, true cabin! Loved the creek, it brought a lot of wildlife to the area. The hot tub was so relaxing. This was one of the best cabins we have stayed at, the cleanliness and cute factor made it a favorite along with the seclusion. Directions were very clear and easy to follow. Our host was very friendly and helpful . Will rent this gem again.

Jacqueline and Nate were more than accommodating during our spring getaway. We encountered a flat tire traversing the WV mountains and needed to stay another night to have it fixed. Jacqueline was quick to respond and was able to grant us another night, which maybe we just truly needed :) would recommend place to any families with small children. Absolutely beautiful !

Her place was very clean and felt like home. She was very well organized and things were very well stocked. She was very responsive when talking to her. We are definitely staying there again. It was a great stay and getaway.

The host really came through for myself and some friends when we needed a place to stay for a wedding at Grayce Gardens. They helped us to book rooms side by side and was very responsive throughout the process. After check-out, they communicated with me immediately about an item we left behind and they’re helping to get it back to us. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the area!

We had visited “the creek” previously and have returned because the setting is so calm and peaceful and the apt is so cozy and comfortable. Kristy is quick to respond and very accommodating with any requests. The deck is wonderful although the winter weather made it a bit chilly to sit out. We did walk along the creek both mornings as it was sunny but brisk. This tranquil spot is very close to our son so we hope to return.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely return. The home is directly on the Potomac river with beautiful river views. The home is a split duplex and you have an adorable apartment all to yourself with a wood fireplace, 2 bedrooms, walk in shower, and direct access to the hot tub overlooking the water. You barely notice the upstairs apartment other than the occasional sounds of footsteps above. All tvs are smart tvs with steaming capability. The hosts are very friendly and have excellent restaurant recommendations! This is a hidden gem and a great deal!

As a single traveler ... this was a perfect place for me. It's clean, I found the bed comfortable, and it's in a great location. You're very close to the downtown hub of Frederick. The hosts checked in with me to make sure everything was good. I doubt I could have had a better stay somewhere else. The stairs getting up to the 3rd floor is the only thing I'll note - it's a tight circular staircase, and I don't have much experience with that - but I did fine on them for 3 days. Everything about staying here was good - and I will return.

We immediately felt at home. the bedroom is so cozy. We got the best sleep in our lives. The pitter patter of kids feets and beautiful piano was very endearing. We were able to cook decent meals. The bathroom was nice and roomy as well!

Jeff was an excellent host. From the get-go, he proactively offered to set up a second bed since he noticed we were three guests. I didn't get to meet Jeff, but his wife came to move his truck and she was very sweet. Jeff checked up on us an appropriate amount (not too often, not too little) to see how our trip was going, and the place was perfect. 10/10.

We recently stayed here for my wife’s birthday. We can not say enough good things about our stay. The building is stunning, the inside has so much character and is beautifully furnished and decorated. We tried to enjoy all the areas. Had a fire in the common room, enjoyed the hot tub while the snow fell and our room was comfortable! The bed and pillows in our room were the best we’ve ever slept on in a Airbnb before. So much so we read the labels and ordered the same set for home. lol the rooms are big and the bathroom and bath relaxing. We are already planning our trip back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The Hosts were always responsive and gave us great recommendations for the area. You will not be disappointed if you book your stay here.

We had a great stay at Jonathan’s place! We checked in easily the day after Christmas and were welcomed with the soft glow of a Christmas tree in the living room! Located on a quiet street, I don’t think I heard any cars drive by all night long. The weather was cool and overcast and we could not wait to come back to the cabin at the end of each day. Very cozy and warm. Highly recommend :)

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

Adorable, cozy space on a stunning property. Jeff and Sam were very friendly and they thought of everything. Downtown was 3 miles away and had everything you could ask for. Will definitely be returning to this property.

Mountain Mama is a wonderful place situated on the Potomac River with beautiful views. I needed a quiet retreat away from the city and this place was perfect! The Master Bedroom is large with a couch/sitting area, desk and TV. Well appointed and cozy, it's like a hotel suite. The kitchen is comfy with a private 1/2 bath. The rooms upstairs are cozy and one of the rooms has a beautiful overlook of the river. The open concept and living space is comfortable with wall-to-wall sliding glass doors and beautifl river views. There's a fire pit just outside with amazing views. I made a fire every day! I'll definately come back to visit this special home.

We had an amazing week off the beaten path, but not too far to feel we could enjoy fine dining or a night out. Beautiful surroundings, well stocked cabin, pristine and clean. High-end extras like adjustable bed, gravity chair, and great hot tub with surrounded deck to block the wind and watch the river.

Cabin on the Run was a lovely setting for a girls weekend. It was incredibly clean and very cozy. I’d definitely come back again!

Very clean and bedrooms were a nice size. Kitchen was vey clean and I had everything that I needed as far as dishes, pots & pans and utensils. We would definitely stay again!

Jim was a terrific host! Moss Hill is a lovely retreat - beautiful scenery and lots of quiet. It's only about 15 minutes from downtown Berkeley Springs, so there are lots of activities and restaurants nearby, but the cabin is just far enough away to enjoy some true peace. The cabin is exactly as advertised, and Jim thoughtfully provided extra amenities (toiletries, nonperishable kitchen items, etc.) to make my stay even better. He communicated all instructions (check in, check out) clearly, and provided a helpful list of local events/places to visit. The cabin was very clean. I certainly hope to make another trip to Moss Hill.
