Been there for 3 times and never disappointed. This place is very clean, comfortable, private, and everything just feels like home.

Rathana nous a permis d’arriver en avance c’était bien pratique, le Airbnb est plus spacieux que sur les photos, un peu privé à l’écart, c’est paisible. Tout était propre, la chambre un peu en mezzanine. Légèrement éloigné du centre-ville cependant, mais ça coûte pas très cher en tuk tuk. Rathana est super disponible tout en vous laissant de l’espace.

The place was exactly as described in the pictures and the location was excellent. Tuk tuk's just waiting outside willing to take you anywhere. They are very friendly. If you like Indian food the restaurant next door is the best Indian food I've had and the service was excellent. I didn't make too much use of the rooftop swimming pool. the View was amazing. the temperatures are just way too hot for me. but that pools were very clean and inviting.

This condo was very modern and clean. The furnishings were nice, linens were spotless, and bathrooms/kitchen all brand new. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely amazing. You could see all of Phnom Penh and the different rivers on all sides. The location was convenient,.. easy to get to everything and easy to find transportation. We never waited for more than 2 minutes for a Grab ride to arrive. The building was secure with guards out front and a keycard required to enter the lobby and elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive, friendly and kind. We stayed for 2 weeks and they arranged for a cleaning mid-way, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were responsive and met my requests in a kind and flexible manner. Great location & the rooftop swimming pool is a plus. Good washing machine and clothes dry quickly on the balcony. Kitchen has the minimum in terms of cooking utensils but I was able to improvise so OK. The Yogurt App on the TV is decent and you can watch live Premier league football as well as watch live International News. The best nearby supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away and is called Lucky Supermarket. Using the local SIM that the hosts leave for you, you can become a member of the supermarket by downloading the Lucky Reward App. You don't only get bonus points which are redeemable but you also can benefit from huge discounts. Some wines were at 50% discount. I will definitely be returning later this year. I found the Cambodian people to be charming and super chilled.

If you want to be close to everything in Phnom Penh, this is a great place. Just a heads-up: sidewalks are often nonexistent, so tuk tuks are the way to go. We never had to wait more than a minute for one -- they're everywhere, and they make getting around easy. Plus, the area is packed with great spas and eateries. Now for the hotel: The suites are huge and fully equipped with everything you need. They're also soundproof, so you won’t hear the city noise. The AC held up perfectly, even in 42°C heat. And the bathroom? The deep soaking tub overlooking the Interior Ministry is incredible. The gym is excellent, whether you're a casual mover or more serious about training. It has solid cardio machines, Life Fitness equipment and a Smith machine. Great views too -- but the rooftop pool steals the show. Special shoutout to the staff: super friendly, incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even arranging drivers for out-of-town trips and answering a million questions.

As we had hoped, this was the perfect place to stay for the start of our Cambodia trip. Frances and Soeun are so welcoming and helpful - we felt totally reassured while we got over jet lag and explored Phenom Penh. The flat is lovely (and cool!), with great attention to detail - so fresh drinking water (to refill bottles), beautiful coffee in pots in the freezer, a fruit platter and fresh bread delivered for breakfast. It really feels like home. It isn't very central - but only a 10 minute ($2) tuk tuk ride from the palace and riverfront areas so really easy - plus the area around the flat (BKK) is lovely, with nice restaurants nearby. They also have a great market at the end of the street and the flat has a kitchen so you could also cook there and I imagine this would be a brilliant place if you were staying longer in the city (we only stayed 2 nights). Anyway - we totally recommend staying here. Really lovely.

My friend and I had a wonderful two weeks at Reasey's place. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. It was very clean and well-equipped and she left little extras (coffee, tea, instant noodles) for us which were appreciated on arrival. The building is fantastic as it has a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city. There is also a cafe/bakery, mini mart, and gym/swimming pool on the 4th floor which were super convenient. The neighborhood is completely safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There are tuk-tuks always around too which make it convenient to get around the city if you don't feel like walking. Reasey checked in on us and was always super responsive. She is a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying at her place. If I go back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for everything Reasey!

First off, I had an enjoyable stay at the Mangrove. A couple of things: I had trouble finding the lock box and getting in. I do realize it was most likely because it was 2AM (delayed flights) and I was already frustrated and tired. But lock box is small and on the wall outside the office area and I had trouble seeing it as I thought it was ‘in’ the office and of course because of the late time, no one was there. Once inside, no issues at all, place was as described & spacious. Thick walls so I didn’t hear when others were moving about in common space. Host was responsive; came right away to give new batteries for remote control & again when 2 of our keys stopped working -luckily we had three of them. Fixed keys straight away. The cleaning crew came but didn’t give fresh towels -maybe that is usual in an Airbnb stay? I was there 11 nights so it would have been nice, but I didn’t ask for new ones so that is my fault. Would consider staying here again.

The cocoon was centrally located and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is a concierge on-site should you have any questions. There is an in-unit washing machine. Right across the street is the mall with a great food hall and a massive grocery store should you need to buy supplies. The Celeste rotating bar is worth the visit, especially in the evening. Tyta is very responsive should questions come up during your visit. Check out her host book, which is chockful of local recommendations, all in the neighborhood.

The accommodation was easy to find and the self check-in was simple. The place is well located and in a quiet building. The apartment is beautiful and feels like home. No windows in the bedroom, so you will get a nice long night of sleep in the blacked out room. There's a small balcony and comfy couch if you want to Netflix and relax. The gym and pool access is not free though ($3 for a day pass) but totally worth it.
