Chantelle is such a great host. Very proactive and the nicest person you will ever meet. Her house boasts everything you need but with so much style.

Damon was a very responsive host, and was flexible with me when I had to change my check-in time. The apartment is in a community, but toward the back so there was little through traffic. The apartment was very clean, comes with all the amenities I need, and just the perfect size I need. The attached garage is a great feature as well.

Great spot just off U of I campus, easy to get around from here. Very clean and well kept apartment. Would stay here again!

The view of Green Street makes the apartment feel bigger than it is. The kitchen had lots of extras like teas and coffee and the bathrooms had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very well appointed with a modern feel and a location that can’t be beat.

I had a wonderful stay at Royse + Brinkmeyer at 520 N Neil St, Champaign. The host was very communicative and accommodating throughout my visit. The condo was impressively well-equipped with top-notch kitchen supplies, including basic seasonings and condiments. Quality linens were provided in abundance, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the furnishings were of passable quality, they looked good and new, perfectly sufficient for my needs. TVs in the bedrooms would be a nice addition, but I made do with my portable projector. An extra set of keys or fob, alarm clocks in the bedrooms, and more hangers would be helpful, but these are minor issues considering everything they did right. Overall, this was one of the better Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The building was beautiful, the rooftop views were excellent, and the gas grill was one of the nicest I’ve ever used. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay!!! We were here for a basketball tournament and this place felt like home. We had soo much space, very clean all the essentials. FYI, extra parking is in the back near the “ meters.” The directions were clear, JUST READ. Thank you again, we will be back next year and beyond.

This is my second time staying in one of Ryan’s apartments. My first stay was in Apt2 and most recent stay was in Apt1. The location is central to the university. The instructions for accessing the building, apartment and my specific room were clear and detailed. This place was very clean, had all I needed to spend several nights in town for a fast visit. The location was quiet and the amenities available for use were many. I will be staying again for my next visit to see my college kid.

This meet our needs. It was convenient to the event we were attending. We felt safe. This is an apartment in, I think, student housing. You have a bedroom with bathroom in the apartment. The space is functional. The water pressure in the shower is very nice. There were clean towels available that were regular sized towels, thick and absorbent. The space is clean and does look it's age. The kitchen was well stocked and had new appliances. There was Keurig coffee maker with a nice variety of pods.

I stayed here for a 2-night stay & only needed a place to sleep and shower. This place was clean and easy to locate and Parking was ample and just outside the building. There was a full size kitchen and living room area; however, I did not have a need for either. Instructions for access and check-in were clear. I will definitely stay here again.
