Heather's place is wonderful for a stay in Champaign! The house is clean, charming, cozy, and has everything you need! Convenient location to get anywhere in Champaign! Heather was so great and responsive. Excellent host and went above and beyond. My friend left something behind at the house and Heather is happily making sure it's sent to her. Do not hesitate to book this house! All around excellent host and house! Will definitely stay again. 😊

Jennifer’s placed surpassed all expectations. It is beautifully decorated with such attention to detail and completely spotless. So cozy and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again when I am in town.

My family and I had an amazing, comfortable and absolutely welcoming stay in this home. Not only was everything absolutely beautiful, to say the house was squeaky clean is an understatement. I have kids ranging from toddler age, grade school, teenager and young adult and all 5 of them felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be staying again in the future and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Might I add, having snacks upon arrival, and complimentary coffee was amazing. We are all looking forward to our next stay!!

I booked the Depot for my daughters and a couple of friends (all in their 20s), who stayed over the weekend. They were extremely pleased with their stay and would gladly spend more time there. Although they are not history buffs, they loved all the Depot's unique history and historical touches. It was the perfect place for them to stay and hang out for a girls weekend!

Everything about the listing was accurate and well represented. Place was clean and matched the listing photos. Don't let the fact it's over a business or two deter you. Everything is quiet and feels safe (the town is safe in general). It's about 3 minutes to the interstate for fast access to Champaign-Urbana. There are several restaurants within 60 seconds to 8 minute walks away. Only issue you may have is the entrance to the second floor requires about 20 skinny stairs. So if someone in your group has some issues with stairs it's something to consider.

This is the third time we have stayed at Matt & Morgans place. It suits our needs very well when in Champaign. Enough room to spread out and enough room to gather, which is great with a larger group. Plenty of parking too. Easy entry. Matt very responsive to a special request we had this time. All in all, a great stay.

This was our first experience with Airbnb and Stephanie set the bar pretty high. There were more supplies in the kitchen than I anticipated. Fenced yard was great for our dog.

Ericka’s stay was more than expected. I felt right at home as I walked in with tons of amenities making it even more cozy during the stay. Ericka was very open in communication being responsive, helpful and friendly with easy and clear instructions for a self check in. There are supplies for the four legged fury friends as well. Full kitchen and living supplies you should ever need along with labels making navigation to comfort a breeze. This place is a favorite in the area

Tyler's place was exactly what we needed after 1000 miles on the road. It was everything he the listing said! We felt right at home and so did our little 3 pound yorkie mix. Hospitality was great; friendly fast responses, clean and updated. Loved it! We were only four but this space easily and comfortably serves six adults. If we were saying longer, we would've had a campfire in the backyard! What a fabulous location and space!
