A nice place to stay. We had a couple minor problems and Karen quickly resolved them.

Jeremy’s place is perfect for one person for a short or extended stay. I enjoyed my time here, I stayed for a month for work. The place was nice and cozy, the perfect size for just me. The walls are extremely thin so be prepared to hear the neighbors conversations. Additionally the plates, cutlery, and shower curtain were dirty when I arrived so make sure to clean everything before using it. Other than that I would say the place was wonderful to stay at for a month. Thank you again for hosting me!

Traveled to Mahomet for a bridal shower and stayed here. It was a really nice, quiet place to crash for us! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful spacious unit, very clean, and a wonderful, homey stay. Loved staying here and would definitely recommend to others looking for somewhere close to UIUC campus!

We (married couple) were very pleased with the "Cozy Home!" Location was convenient, place was immaculate and comfortable...it suited our needs very well. We felt safe there. The real bonus: Martha is a caring, conscientious host who truly went above and beyond for us, sharing her time and knowledge with us about an area to which we are considering a move... a huge life decision, and she was kind enough to help us gather information (she didn't even know us!!) She's very responsive and was friendly both online and in person. She's a 20 out of 10 in our book, and we would absolutely book this place again! Thank you, Martha, for helping make Anna and Keren's reconnaissance mission comfortable and worry-free!

Great location and comfortable

We were in town for the weekend with two of our kids, the home was perfect for us. The location was great, very close to the University where we were playing basketball. Would stay here again!

I will try not to rave disproportionately here, but Holly is a great host, and her place is WONDERFUL. I've had a handful of AirBnB experiences so far, and this has been the best HANDS DOWN. Beautiful little house, creatively decorated, well-equipped kitchen with welcoming (and much-appreciated) snacks, interesting books, comfortable bed, VERY QUIET neighborhood, off-street parking, Nest thermostat. I felt at home from the moment I walked in until the moment I (sadly) departed. I hope it's available the next time I visit Urbana, but wouldn't be surprised to find it booked. Thank you Holly!

This place was great for us. We were in town for state high school wrestling and it was easy location that was close enough. The extras that they left were wonderful ! This place we would stay again.

We stayed here with another family for the IHSA Wrestling Individual State Finals, great location, a straight shot from the State Farm Center. (About 15 minute drive). The house looked and smelled clean. Beautiful kitchen upgrades. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. For anyone planning on cooking meals in this beautiful kitchen. There are limited kitchen amenities, no microwave or toaster. No baking sheets. No wine opener ☺️. There are a couple pots and pans and basic utensils. Plates, cups, and coffee mugs were also available.

Damon's place was perfect for us! Really nice and cozy and had all we needed. Damon was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Damon was a very responsive host, and was flexible with me when I had to change my check-in time. The apartment is in a community, but toward the back so there was little through traffic. The apartment was very clean, comes with all the amenities I need, and just the perfect size I need. The attached garage is a great feature as well.

We love staying at Barb's place. She provides a clean, safe, well-equiped place to stay with full-size fridge and microwave. We cook our breakfast there and have lunch and dinner with our daughter's family at their house. Barb's place is super convenient to the freeways, shopping, parks, etc. We really appreciate the off-street parkiing and easy access to the apartment. Barb is always easy to communicate with and very quiet. We don't hear any noise from upstairs at all. Nice hot shower is great. Also, Barb provides a heater that quickly gives us a bit of extra warmth. We see she has fans available in case you're too warm. There is central air which is usually quite comfortable. However, we enjoyed some extra heat because we are from the south and not used to Illinois weather. Thanks again, Barb!! You're the best!!
