Traveled to Mahomet for a bridal shower and stayed here. It was a really nice, quiet place to crash for us! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This was a great find! Cozy apartment with tons of little comforts and interesting decor that made my stay even more enjoyable. Ideal location by Westside Park and downtown Champaign.

Definitely the most unique property I’ve tested at. It was very evident a lot of care went into this rental. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. I will 10/10 rent again.

We stayed at Damon’s condo for 6 weeks after our twin granddaughters were born so we could help out the new family. We chose it for its convenient location and amenities - it was exactly as described, immaculate condition and very comfortable. The view of the lake is very peaceful. We also appreciated the well appointed kitchen and extra supplies for our stay - very thoughtful.

We had a great stay , house was perfect. We will be back !

My husband and I had a somewhat unique situation for requiring a place to stay. We live locally to the property, and needed somewhere to go while our plumbing was being completely replaced. We also needed to find somewhere that allowed us to bring all our pets with us during the work. Phillip and colleagues were extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs, and were especially helpful when I had some confusion about the check-in. (This was 100% my issue, and they were under no obligation to fix the problem I created, and yet, they did, for which I am VERY appreciative.) I hope to not require these services again in the future, but I know we can count on this host to make it all work!

The stay was wonderful. Would recommend to everyone with a big family or even small. Everything you need and in place. Worth the money.

My three old college roommates and I had a great weekend stay at the squirrel nest, visiting for an Illini football game. Very clean and comfortable. We made great use of the basement foosball table as that was an important pastime of ours back in college many many years ago. We would definitely stay again.

Fine place to stay at

The place was very clean and cozy. Plenty of parking spaces and comfortable beds. The location is very close the University of Illinois and plenty of groceries store to choose from. Amit and Sydney very responsive, helpful and informative. Definitely, would stay again during our next trip to Champaign.

We had a great stay! Very clean and comfortable home. Excellent location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to campus, parks and restaurants. Susan was a fantastic host, friendly and proactive communication, appreciated the local recommendations and nice amenities (coffee bar, snacks, filtered water, toiletries, board games). Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for 3 couples (and more) with need for 3 bathrooms/showers. It was in a great location. Easy access to nearby grocery store and all of the friends/family we were in town to see. Antoinette was super responsive whenever we need her. The house kept us nice and warm when it was very cold (0-15 degrees) outside. We would love to stay here again if the need arrises.

Damon was a very responsive host, and was flexible with me when I had to change my check-in time. The apartment is in a community, but toward the back so there was little through traffic. The apartment was very clean, comes with all the amenities I need, and just the perfect size I need. The attached garage is a great feature as well.

We love staying at Barb's place. She provides a clean, safe, well-equiped place to stay with full-size fridge and microwave. We cook our breakfast there and have lunch and dinner with our daughter's family at their house. Barb's place is super convenient to the freeways, shopping, parks, etc. We really appreciate the off-street parkiing and easy access to the apartment. Barb is always easy to communicate with and very quiet. We don't hear any noise from upstairs at all. Nice hot shower is great. Also, Barb provides a heater that quickly gives us a bit of extra warmth. We see she has fans available in case you're too warm. There is central air which is usually quite comfortable. However, we enjoyed some extra heat because we are from the south and not used to Illinois weather. Thanks again, Barb!! You're the best!!
