The backyard with the tennis/ basketball court was perfect. The kids had plenty of space to play. We really enjoyed the 4 different living spaces, provided ample amount of room and space for everyone. The smart televisions in the rooms were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again! The nearby shopping plazas put everything at our fingertips.

Just as described, quaint but very cozy and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to local attractions.

Char is truly an excellent host. Very responsive, proactive and communicative. The entire space was very clean, well arranged and decorated in a very calming and welcoming manner. The back deck is very beautiful and many hours can be spent bird watching from there. Everything was as described. This is truly a very special place to stay and it was a privilege staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Orchard House. It is a beautiful home where we all felt comfortable and able to relax and breathe. Both the home and the yard are set up wonderfully for full enjoyment. And the neighborhood is charming too. Todd was responsive and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. It's a wonderful place to stay, very clean, excellent location and great amenities. As an added bonus, there is a orange tree in the backyard that we were able to pick from. Lisa was flexible for us in on time of arrival, and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived.

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

BH We’ve been trying to get away for a long time, and we’re looking for the right place, somewhere off the grid, scenic, and relaxing. Boy did we score big! The stunning views of the “boulder river”, the entire property to ourselves, with every small detail warm and inviting, we were thrilled and would recommend this anyone in a heartbeat. Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

Great location and view from apartment

We have stayed in many places in the Reseda/Encino/Tarzana area over the past year. This location was convenient for a quick, affordable stay. The only issue might be that shoes are not allowed in the rental so if there are a lot of things to unload into the unit, it isn't convenient to have to take shoes on and off. It also is a second story unit so it would not be the best for anyone not able to easily climb steps to enter, or exit, the unit. It is a minor inconvenience, but notable if anyone has a lot of luggage or supplies for their stay. We have rented multiple times from Joseph and he is very attentive and responsive to any issues or inquiries.

Merci pour tout l’appartement était vraiment magnifique et super bien placé , la piscine est vraiment agréable et le quartier est vraiment très beau et propre la résidence et superbe les personnes résidentes sont super accueillante, l’hôte est très réactif et nous as beaucoup aidé malgré que je ne parle pas anglais c’était vraiment génial je recommande ++++

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Definitely a well paid for stay. The view was beautiful. The suite was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, will definitely book in the future.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

The places was amazing! My husband and I felt in love with how cozy and pretty was. If you are planning on visiting Six Flags Magic Mountain this is the place for you since it is very close and amazing! ✨

Sebastian’s place far exceeded our expectations! What a gorgeous, peaceful space to relax in with incredible views. Great location, central to Malibu and easy to access a multitude of beaches. We watched dolphins pass by the last morning of our trip. I didn’t know the PCH was closed when we booked, so we drove in via Malibu Canyon from LA. It took a bit longer than anticipated but not bad at all. The people in Malibu were absolutely amazing and I am hoping this wonderful community gets back on its feet soon. Don’t hesitate to stay here!
