The home was comfortable in a minute I walked in it. I did not want to leave? Well definitely rent again.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We had a sweet time in Ojai over spring break at Jennifer’s house. It was plenty spacious enough for our family of five and I appreciate that she has put thought into the simple design of the space. It was a quick drive to town, which was very convenient. And there was a great pottery sale just down the street which was a fun surprise. The house sits on a pretty busy road (by Ojai standards), so it wasn’t really feasible to walk or bike with kids from the house. Other than that we had a great visit!

The home was very cute and cozy. It was clean when we arrived which was very nice. Bathrooms were spotless, trash emptied, beds clean. The kitchen was full sized, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and there were friendly horses as well. Angela was responsive and helped with any questions I had before and during the stay. We will be back!

The space was a great deal! Spacious rooms, cook-ready kitchen, and the house itself is in a quiet neighborhood just a couple minutes off the freeway, very accessible and easy parking. The morning of our check-out day was a bit noisy due to construction in the back, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. I would recommend this rental to anyone planning to spend their day exploring this fun city, the house is close to everything!

Our family of six had a great time staying at Karen's house for over a month. It's spacious, beautiful, and in a great location. Karen was always quick to respond and kind in her recommendations and messages. We highly recommend staying here!

Mary is such a kind and considerate host! She was so flexible with my friends and me. This was my second time staying at her home because I had such an incredible experience the first time. This time was just as peaceful, lovely, and wonderful as the first. Mary was kind enough to send me local recommendations and respond to my questions before, during, and after my stay. Her home feels like such a magical sanctuary that for a moment made me forget I was even in LA. My friends and I found comfy spots outside to meditate and listen to the sounds of the frogs, coyotes, owls, bees, and the other gorgeous sounds of Topanga. I truly cannot recommend Mary’s Airbnb enough and I will absolutely be staying here yet again in the future.

Wir sind sehr dankbar dass wir die Zeit in der Hummingbird Retreat verbringen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Kinder wollten gar nicht weg, sie möchten Karen sehr gerne....die auch wirklich ein sehr netter Mensch ist. ich finde die Unterkunft in wirklich noch viel schöner und größer als auf den Bildern, Topangas Flair hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen... wir würden gerne irgendwann wieder an diesen Ort zurückkehren.

George did a great job with instructions both on the app and listed in the home. Beautiful area, and we had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Orchard House. It is a beautiful home where we all felt comfortable and able to relax and breathe. Both the home and the yard are set up wonderfully for full enjoyment. And the neighborhood is charming too. Todd was responsive and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. This place was a fantastic get away from LA for me and my family. The amenities and location made this the perfect place for us to get some rest and rejuvenation. We are definitely coming back.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. We truly enjoyed our stay... it felt as though we had escaped to a secret hidden oasis. The attention, details and care Nathan and Humberto put into their home is what made us appreciate it more. Extremely warm and thoughtful host. Every amenity is right on hand in their full Chef's kitchen 😍. Perfect for a couples getaway or a solo R&R. What a great place! Check-in was seamless with the Smart Lock. Home was just as pictured, and the backyard absolutely perfect! Why has no one mentioned the beautiful gardens? And the amazing Lime & Orange Trees? And all those succulents? 😍 Sitting in the backyard among the mature gardens made it feel like a private oasis! We enjoyed the yard even in the rain - and the artificial ‘grass’ and hardwood/tile floors made it a perfect, stress free set up for traveling with pets. The home is quaint and full of character, exactly what you expect from a 1950’s home. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and made us feel very safe. Onsite parking was a huge bonus! Location was perfect! Just a short drive to everything you could ever want to do while visiting! Courtney was very helpful with her recommendations and quick to respond and so friendly and kind. Our only complaint is that we wish we were able to stay longer!!!

We had a great stay here in lovely Topanga. Secluded yet central to cycling and hiking. Host was very responsive and flexible. Would stay again!

i have stayed in this incredible property- my favorite home in topanga- before, but this time i arrived during the wildfires and the area was evacuated. they were immediately responsive and concerned about safety and gave me a full refund. i hope that the house wasn’t destroyed and that everyone got out in time.

We had a great stay! They were very accommodating of my special request for dogs. We had just enough space for a couple large crates. The place was clean and well organized. I loved the information and everything was well labeled. Overall very peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood seemed nice.

Karen's place was a great last minute stay for us while visiting family just a half mile away in Thousand Oaks. The big yard was great for the dog and made it easy to pull our truck into. The cottage is super clean and devoid of clutter which is nice. Bed was comfortable...though wish it was a queen size bed, but I totally understand that would be a tight fit. Washer/dryer worked well for us. Had one minor hiccup with some contractors who showed up to work on installing a new gate. Karen was quick to apologize and check-in with us. I appreciated that and it was a no harm, no foul item. On the plus side...the new gate to get into the property is a nice upgrade!

Thomas was so accommodating and responsive. His place is wonderfully decorated and the bed is so comfy! It is a great yard for a dog- there is a whole side yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Would love to stay at Thomas’ place again :)

Nancy is a wonderful hist and the B's Hive was a perfect nest for us to rest while visiting family in Newbury and Oaks. Make sure to make time for hiking trails accessible only a block away.
