Perfect location for exploring Channel Islands Nat’l Park! Appreciated the full-sized washer and dryer. Walkable to many great restaurants! Great stay with a great host!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

We stayed at Sarah’s beautiful property at Silver Strand for our wedding, and it couldn’t have been more memorable. Sarah was an amazing host—her clear communication, warmth, and hospitality truly added a special touch to our experience. Though it was pouring rain when we arrived and on our wedding day, the cozy atmosphere of the home made it a perfect place to celebrate. On our last day, the sun came out, and we finally got to enjoy the stunning ocean views from the rooftop balcony—it was absolutely breathtaking. Our dog, Obi, also loved it here! He had a great time walking around and lounging with us, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in the area. Thank you, Sarah, for helping make our wedding stay so special!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed or stay very much! We loved the peaceful neighborhood and walkable distance to the beach. We also loved using the fire pit in the evening and hearing the waves crash at night. Though we only stayed a couple of nights, Kristi and Karen were very responsive throughout our stay!

We will miss our two minute commute to the big beautiful sandy Silverstrand beach. The place was nicely updated with comfortable beds and modern appliances. Highly recommended.

Incredible view of ocean waves, sunsets and Channel Islands from your own private perch. Stylishly remodeled with high end appliances and lots of sliding doors to open and take in the sound of the waves. Daniel could not have been a better host!

Another amazing stay at Chase’s beach house! We had an wonderful stay. From the sunsets on the beach, relaxing in the spa and exploring the local restaurants, this vacation was exactly what we needed. Thank you so much Chase, we look forward to visiting again soon!

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Melody's place at the Malibu Outrigger is a total gem - peaceful and private, with the sound of crashing waves. Access to the clean, private beach couldn't be easier (head down to the ground floor and it's steps from there), and the pool, jacuzzi and lounge area on the grounds are all well-maintained and comfortable. Great jumping-off point for exploring Malibu (a plaza about a mile down the road has a ton of great shops and restaurants, including Howdy's and Taverna Tony).

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

To say we had a great time would be an understatement! The instructions to everything were so clear and all of the amenities were amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's thinking of booking!

We rented this house for an intimate 5-person retreat. The house was absolutely gorgeous, well appointed, and looked exactly like the pictures. The space was huge and the incredible ocean views provided a perfect setting for the work retreat. Jayne was a fabulous host. She was very prompt with her responses and was super helpful when we had questions. Check-in was a breeze and the helpful communication was greatly appreciated. One of our guests from out of state loved the house so much that she plans on renting it for future vacations! From beginning to end, Jayne was so accomodating and ensured we had a great stay. I had such a great time staying at Kyle’s Air B&B! Since it was my very first Airbnb experience, I was a little nervous at the beginning, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the start, she provided all the information I needed, which made everything smooth and reassuring. What really stood out was how accurately everything matched her profile description. Every little detail we were hoping for was already there, just as promised. The space was not only beautiful and clean, but also incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing and comforting stay in Malibu. It was truly a memorable experience, and I would absolutely stay again!

Excellent accommodations for up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master suite and bath are huge and very comfortable. Rooftop deck and sitting area is great to unwind and relax. Kitchen is beautifully remodeled. Lots of things to do and great restaurants in Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai and Santa Barbara. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend staying here! The host is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had with how well she communicated, going above and beyond with helping us find things to do and our check in, as well as her detailed manual of everything. The place was very comfortable, super close to the beach for a beach getaway, and we loved how many things were within an hour of Oxnard. My kids loved the game room which saved us on the windy days we had in. Would love to come back!

This house is such a gem and the hosts were fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The house is bright and charming, and though there were some quirks (like with the hot water), the hosts were so incredibly responsive and resolved the minor hiccups. Other reviews mentioned the slight noise from PCH, the sparse kitchen and no TV -- that's all true so if those are important to you, this might not be your place... but if you want peaceful home that is cozy and feels like an oasis and a short walk to a stunning quiet beach, this is your spot. I can't say enough good things. It really felt like home away from home, and I was grateful to be here.
