This Airbnb stay was truly fantastic. The guest house is situated in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything one could need and then some! We cooked several meals during our stay, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. The coffee and tea bar was a delightful touch, complete with a variety of snacks. The level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional. The Host’s Guidebook was filled with great recommendations, and the restaurants we visited were outstanding. We’re already thinking of reasons to return to SoCal and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Mani’s place was the perfect place to stay with my family. Even though it’s an attached unit, it still felt very private. The size was just right for a family of 4 plus 2 medium sized dogs. The location was also good as the freeway entrance was close by and one of our fave restaurant, The Local Peasant, was a walkable distance. Would definitely book again.

Great stay at this house! House location is perfect, the place was clean, and the property management company was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and absolutely love the Pierpont area.

Great stay in Ventura, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice outside area by the pool and hot tub. Cute and well stocked home.

This beautiful home was everything my family and I needed. My “6 month” old son loved it as well. Beautiful ambiance, such a zen vibe, relaxing and felt right at home. Much needed family time and I would recommend this beautiful home again, and again. The hosts were very sweet, and answered all questions. We appreciate everything.

An absolutely fantastic stay at this hidden gem! David and Nino are the best! The private natural setting surrounded by forest, with private nature walks, brooks, tiered patios in a deluxe private vintage resort setting is quintessential Topanga. Beautiful property and grounds: the picture of tranquility. Wildlife was ever present (owls, birds, mammals). The interior is even better than the photos! Amply cushy seating, great beds and couch, a vast world-class antique record collection. A musician's paradise! We all had the best, restorative sleep! The entire place has peaceful and fun vibes. The decor is both modern and bohemian. Great blankets, heaters, pilows and seating for ultra-comfort! David's team, specifically Nino & Hope are such a blessing. Nino was extremely professional, dedicated, accommodating, attuned to our privacy needs, and solved everything that we needed efficiently. Smooth check-in/out. We had the best 2-week vacation, with much sunshine and soothing rainstorms!

Great and convenient for Malibu. When we arrived, property did not appear to be clean but the hosts quickly responded and had it deep cleaned the next day. We would definitely stay here again!
