Just as described, quaint but very cozy and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to local attractions.

The home was comfortable in a minute I walked in it. I did not want to leave? Well definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lost Shaker of Sea Salt! Lisa and Morgan were exceptional hosts and very communicative and caring throughout our visit. They ensured we had all the information we needed and frequently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views and all the amenities we could ask for. It was a perfect getaway, and we felt right at home. The home was very cute and cozy. It was clean when we arrived which was very nice. Bathrooms were spotless, trash emptied, beds clean. The kitchen was full sized, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and there were friendly horses as well. Angela was responsive and helped with any questions I had before and during the stay. We will be back!

Our family of six had a great time staying at Karen's house for over a month. It's spacious, beautiful, and in a great location. Karen was always quick to respond and kind in her recommendations and messages. We highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Orchard House. It is a beautiful home where we all felt comfortable and able to relax and breathe. Both the home and the yard are set up wonderfully for full enjoyment. And the neighborhood is charming too. Todd was responsive and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

We truly enjoyed our stay... it felt as though we had escaped to a secret hidden oasis. The attention, details and care Nathan and Humberto put into their home is what made us appreciate it more. Extremely warm and thoughtful host. Every amenity is right on hand in their full Chef's kitchen 😍. Perfect for a couples getaway or a solo R&R. The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

What a great place! Check-in was seamless with the Smart Lock. Home was just as pictured, and the backyard absolutely perfect! Why has no one mentioned the beautiful gardens? And the amazing Lime & Orange Trees? And all those succulents? 😍 Sitting in the backyard among the mature gardens made it feel like a private oasis! We enjoyed the yard even in the rain - and the artificial ‘grass’ and hardwood/tile floors made it a perfect, stress free set up for traveling with pets. The home is quaint and full of character, exactly what you expect from a 1950’s home. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and made us feel very safe. Onsite parking was a huge bonus! Location was perfect! Just a short drive to everything you could ever want to do while visiting! Courtney was very helpful with her recommendations and quick to respond and so friendly and kind. Our only complaint is that we wish we were able to stay longer!!!

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed or stay very much! We loved the peaceful neighborhood and walkable distance to the beach. We also loved using the fire pit in the evening and hearing the waves crash at night. Though we only stayed a couple of nights, Kristi and Karen were very responsive throughout our stay!

i have stayed in this incredible property- my favorite home in topanga- before, but this time i arrived during the wildfires and the area was evacuated. they were immediately responsive and concerned about safety and gave me a full refund. i hope that the house wasn’t destroyed and that everyone got out in time.

Karen's place was a great last minute stay for us while visiting family just a half mile away in Thousand Oaks. The big yard was great for the dog and made it easy to pull our truck into. The cottage is super clean and devoid of clutter which is nice. Bed was comfortable...though wish it was a queen size bed, but I totally understand that would be a tight fit. Washer/dryer worked well for us. Had one minor hiccup with some contractors who showed up to work on installing a new gate. Karen was quick to apologize and check-in with us. I appreciated that and it was a no harm, no foul item. On the plus side...the new gate to get into the property is a nice upgrade!

Thomas was so accommodating and responsive. His place is wonderfully decorated and the bed is so comfy! It is a great yard for a dog- there is a whole side yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Would love to stay at Thomas’ place again :)

Nancy is a wonderful hist and the B's Hive was a perfect nest for us to rest while visiting family in Newbury and Oaks. Make sure to make time for hiking trails accessible only a block away.

Larissa’s place was awesome. Nice secluded location that is not far from the coast. The two separate bedrooms along with the sofa bed worked out well! Kitchen was well stocked with stuff if you want to cook. Everything was extremely clean. Check in and out were a breeze with easy to follow instructions.
