Un appartamento accogliente, pulito e curato a Dinan. Luminoso e ben fornito, in una zona facilmente raggiungiungibile. Non adatto a persone con ridotta mobilità o per trasporto di grandi bagagli per via dei quattro piani di scale a chiocciola abbastanza ripide.

We had a wonderful short break whilst visiting family in the area. The property is very well equipped and homely, but unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy all that was on offer due to being so busy exploring. The town is lovely and with easy parking outside the property, we were able to make the most of the location. It will be our ‘go-to’ for future visits.

Petit studio tres bien agence, il ne manquait rien, situation privilegiee a Vitre face au chateau, et aussi place de parking prive. Tout peu se faire a pieds, nombreux restaurants et tres jolie petite ville Laura nous a donne tous les renseignements necessaires pour notre arrivee tout a ete parfait

Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement de Raphaël. Idéalement situé à pieds du village et de tous ses commerces, il est parfait pour visiter Perros Guirec et ses environs. Très bien équipé, très propre, fidèle aux photos, il est parfait pour un court ou long séjour. Merci à Raphaël et à sa maman pour leur accueil et les gourmandes attentions ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Notre arrivée fut facilitée avec l’arrivée autonome. L'appartement est très bien localisé, propre et au calme. Beaucoup de bars et restaurants autour.

We had a fantastic visit!! The property was really well finished and lots of great touches that made us feel right at home. The fixtures and fittings throughout were excellent with careful attention to detail (which was not expected). Having the hot hub was a wonderful touch which we will really enjoyed using. The views were exceptional and the outdoor space with gas BBQ was lovely. The level of communication by Susan was exemplary, as were Susan’s clear and concise instructions on how to access the property. Would highly recommend to anyone.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Lovely home, with every amenity we could wish for. Beautifully clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Many thanks for a great place to stay - which was close by our daughter and her family.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt Carteret! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und direkt am Leuchtturm, perfekt für lange Spaziergänge. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende vor dem gemütlichen Kamin. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben bei jeder Frage sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank nochmals, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and it was great. Having your own private pool is amazing, and the kids absolutely loved it. We also had our one year old spaniel with us who loved all the outdoor space. You need a car to get around but there was plenty of things to do. We did struggle to find beaches that allowed dogs (due to the time of the year) but to be honest we had the pool so we weren’t bothered. Ophelie and her husband were excellent hosts and were flexible and understanding with us with our late arrival and early departure. 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

Un havre de paix dans un écrin de nature, vue sur mer 😍🌊 Maison, jardin, vue sur la baie et le manoir, station balnéaire, région... tout est magnifique ! La décoration est jolie et soignée. La literie est confortable. La maison etait impeccablement propre. Les hôtes sont de belles personnes, reactives aux messages. Nous nous sommes sentis "comme chez nous" dans la "petite maison du manoir". Merci Catherine et Edouard.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable and warm. loved the fact I got peacefullness with easy access to public transport, shops in walkable distance and public transport. The place is in a high position so you get great distant views. Decking and decking furniture was great. I had good weather and fell asleep on the deck and dreamed I was in the Carribean!

The Garden Retreat is a perfect sanctuary in Brixham. We were blessed with fantastic weather so made the most of the garden with stunning views over Brixham, bird song and church bells too. Moira has thought of everything to make this place a perfect home from home and we’d love to come back again in future. The Prosecco, beer, milk and supplies were very welcome. We loved our time in Brixham; fantastic restaurants, amazing views and the Fish Market tour and breakfast is not to be missed. Many thanks again Moira x

The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Clifford and Mary were the perfect host with a beautiful home. The property had everything we needed to meet our needs. It was spotless and well maintained. The property itself is set in a beautiful location just a stones throw away from a selection of little beach coves. We spent quite a few days with our children enjoying the beach, searching for sea glass which is there in abundance. It's als close to Plymouth which provides plenty of options to explore Devon and Cornwall. There's a lovely pub just down the road from the property which provides excellent food and a great local vibe. Clifford and Mary made our family honeymoon the perfect week away. Thanks so much 😁

Lockyer Street is central and walkable to most locations. Nice basement flat, conveniently located. Comfortable beds. Off street parking and dog friendly were helpful for our friend when she stopped by to pick us up for touring or dinner. Would stay again. Cheers!

The flat was very spacious & beautifully designed. It had everything we needed & was very close to the sea. All the furniture was really comfortable and Karen was a brilliant host

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

Beautiful flat - clean and with lovely decor - overlooking the estuary. Balcony off the sitting room has table and chairs to sit outside. Next door to a great pub Crabshell Inn and only short walk into Kingsbridge. We went to Start Point and Salcombe too. Would definitely come back again, Paul, Helen, Hannah and William
