We had a great stay! We loved the apartment - lots of space and felt very Parisian. Very close to Gare du Nord for easy access to all the sights. We felt totally safe walking in and out with kids at night, just stuck to the busy streets. Mina was very flexible with check in for us which was very helpful - thank you 😊

Best of locations to be found in Paris. Walkable to the Lourve , Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, etc. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, cafes, and shops; easy metro and taxi stand. Stephanie's place was very clean and adequately furnished and supplied. Stephanie's was great in quickly responding to any questions. It's a great value, we were comfortable and greatly enjoyed our week-long stay.

Magnifique et spacieux appartement en duplex. La décoration est hyper cosy et avec les poutres apparentes on a vraiment l'impression d'être dans un petit cocon parisien. Merci à l'hôte pour accueil chaleureux. On reviendra avec plaisir et nous le recommandons pour un séjour parisien dans le marais !

This was a great location, nice apartment and Fabric was super nice in communicating with me, and sending someone to personally check me in. I can strongly recommend this to anyone wanting to visit central Paris!

Marie's sweet, tiny apartment is a gem! Only a few stairs away from Sacré Coeur in a bustling neighborhood, the apartment itself though is quiet and a perfect place to stay. We loved it and would definitely come back, not least because Marie has been absolutely generous with the check-in and check-out times, which made our short trip so much more comfortable. Thank you, Marie!

Logement très bien agencé et décoré avec gout. Hote très réactif et qui sait recevoir(Petites surprises agréables pour le petit déjeuner) Lieu calme et très appaisant avec des petits lieux très bien aménagés (terrasse, sauna) La literie est d'excellente qualité, la salle de bain faite avec gout. Un seul mot: BRAVO

Loved our stay with our 2 small children. Everything was just as described. It was great being able to open the windows. Everything was incredibly clean. Great location with lots of locals. Simple walk towards the louvre, Notre dame, the Seine.

Fabulous bohemian apartment within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Two metro stations nearby to get wherever you want and lots of restaurants within walking distance too. Road is bustling in the day and evening but up on the sixth floor it is a peaceful haven. My 80 year old Mum managed the stairs well so don’t let that put you off. Very well equipped and comfortable beds. My room had a fantastic view of the Paris rooftops and the Sacre Coeur in the distance which was magical when lit up at night.

Apartamento muito limpo, água quente, secador de toalhas funcionava muito bem, o secador de cabelo era muito bom, roupas de cama boas, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom, janelas que vedavam bem o barulho de fora (a rua é bem movimentada e aprendemos no segundo dia a vedar bem as janelas). Arredores com muitos restaurantes, muito próximo a estações de metrô. O ambiente era quente e confortável, recomendamos. Ótimo para duas pessoas que vão turistar, ficar fora o dia todo e precisam de cama boa/chuveiro bom/ambiente limpo

Parfait pour un petit séjour. Environnement agréable et calme.

We came back to the apartment with the location ~en rose. This was the second time in two consecutive years in this apartment for us. This time Inna met us, my last time it was Jean-Marc. Both beautiful people who felt personally engaged in making our stay a pleasant one. Being well acquainted with Paris, la plus belle ville du monde, this apartment is located inbetween most of the things one could want, in my opinion. Three metro stops in easy/very short walking distance, Moulin Rouge, Rue Lepic and La Butte as your closest neighbors. The Opéra, Sacré-Coeur and les Grands Boulevards in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, bars, a colourful street catering to fun for adults are part of the closest neighborhood ;) The best features are the gardens, entrances, the size of the apartment, Jean-Marcs attentiveness and its location in this beautiful estate, tucked away in magic Montmartre. La vrai vie en rose ~

The Appartment was good and price was fair. The location is not ideal but it is close the train and metro station.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. Everything was as described, the place was clean and I’d definitely stay there again. The road the Airbnb is on seems to be going through construction or something but that wasn’t an inconvenience. The neighborhood felt safe enough during the day but I didn’t feel so comfortable to leave the apartment at night when I was alone due to the location. It’s a bit removed from the buzz of downtown so there were many times I found myself nearly walking alone with not many others in sight. The co-host was very accommodating to a request I made to add a guest for one night. She found a way to make it work despite Airbnb not being able to make the changes on their end which was very much appreciated. The co-host did however seem a bit sensitive to my questions when I had them (defensive), which was slightly awkward, but at the end of the day every inquiry I had was answered timely and efficiently. Thanks for the good stay!

Fantastic apartment. Clean, comfortable, great location, amenities, price and hosts all were great. I would recommend to anyone staying in 5th arr of Paris.

je recomende vivement ce logement car on a sejournée du16/03/25 au 21/03/25 et on a etait tres satisfait que ca seoit au niveau de logement et au niveau de la hote Jeanne

Quoi dire de + a part incroyable ! Une propreté impeccable, une odeur de propre vraiment agréable, même sur les draps !! Par rapport à l’eau chaude après avoir rempli le jacuzzi aucun problème pour avoir de l’eau chaude dans la douche après ! Un univers vraiment reposant et immersif ( la douche est très belle !!) L’appartement est situé à 10min de Disney en voiture c’est vraiment un gros + ! Encore merci c’était super

Walid est un hôte très gentil et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans son logement, qui était propre et conforme au descriptif. Sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Belle expérience, je recommande !

Appartement très propre et bonne communication avec l’hôte qui est agréable on avait des enfants avec nous et tout était mis à disposition lit bébé jouets couche ect… franchement rien à dire merci !
