Chantepec : locations de maisons de vacances

La casa de Marcela es BELLÍSIMA!! Las habitaciones son amplias, cada una cuenta con baño propio. Había baños para zonas en el exterior. Las amenidades super completas, la cocina contaba con todo lo necesario para cocinar y había hasta de sobra. Pudimos hacer carne asada sin ningún problema. Hay muchos muebles para poder pasar una tarde muy amena en los exteriores. Alberca y Jacuzzi disponibles!! Aunque se agradecería si antes de la llegada pudieran tener agua limpia, pero en general, todo bien. Toma en cuenta que el agua de la alberca no está templada.. En general, una grata experiencia.. Por su puesto que regresaría!!

Una casa rústica a la orilla del lago, si con eso pudiste imaginar la escena te sorprenderá es mucho mejor. Todo perfecto para pasarla de lujo. Invitar familia o amigos. Pide que te pueda ayudar Mary es muy amable y siempre atenta, así se descansa como se debe. 10 de 10 ya estoy viendo que más invento para regresar.

Todo estuvo perfecto ,instalaciones muy limpias ,muy equipada la casa ,la alberca limpia y el agua de la alberca muy calentita , las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias y la atención de Myrna fue exelente

Hola.!!! La casa es muyy grande y bonita, supero mis expectativas, Lo único que no había suficientes ollas para cocinar, entiendo que muchas personas no cocinan pero en nuestro caso si. Todo limpio, en buen estado Volvería sin duda alguna

Estancia muy agradable y amena. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. La casa cuenta con una bocina potente y juegos , un futbolito , billar y Ping pong. La recomiendo.

Diego’s house is an oasis of tranquility where every detail has been thought through. It’s an architectural delight, with every amenity imaginable including your very own cinema auditorium with gigantic leather armchairs you sink into. The bedrooms are yummy and cozy. The oversized art on the walls is playful and beautiful, all the sofas are extremely comfortable and make you feel that you are in a home away from home. Furthermore Maria Elena the house keeper works tirelessly to ensure the house is spotless without you ever noticing her there. She even waited for us until 1100 pm because of the very late arrival of our plane. It’s a dreamy peaceful retreat from the traffic and hustle and bustle of Guadalajara, and the perfect place to relax in Lake Chapala…..a home away from home!

Muy bonita casa y buena atención. Quisiera sugerir que revisaran la manera de poder regular la temperatura del agua de las regaderas.

We enjoyed our one week stay. The location is great, easily walkable to centro. The kitchen is well equiped and the water pressure is strong. The outdoor space is nice and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. Our first night we didn't have a way to turn on the AC the remote was missing, the property manager returned it the next day, but you may want to look for it when you check in. As others mentioned the mattress is extra firm and the sheets are synthetic and cheap feeling. Internet was out for one day and very slow another but he gave us the password to the neighbors wifi. Overall good stay.

Martín estuvo siempre pendiente, muy amigable, respondía muy rápido los mensajes dándonos instrucciones y recomendaciones de la zona, estuvimos muy tranquilos y cómodos en su alojamiento

Alojamiento cómodo, excelente ubicación, zona muy tranquila, cerca de todo, la plaza de ajijic, el Malecón, zona de restaurantes, todo a unos minutos caminando. Tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca bien surtidas. La cama excelente, cocina bien equipada, un hermoso jardín.

Estuvimos agustísimo en la casa de Daniela! Siempre hubo alguien disponible para atendernos y proporcionarnos lo que necesitábamos. La casa está impecable, muy cómoda, limpia y bien conservada. Los jardines bien podados y cuidados y la alberca con calefacción. Pasamos un excelente fin de semana!

You couldn't ask for a better host than Juan. This is a huge home for a large family or two couples with all the necessities. If you enjoy pickleball, it's half a block away! Everything is virtually within a 10-20 min walk - so no car is necessary unless you want to explore further. With the perfect weather we spent most of our waking hours on the patio and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing environment, apart from the music from the hotel on the lake on weekends - though probably not an issue for most who don't go to bed at 9 😉 My wife and I spent 2 months here, and we're still trying to figure how the time went by so quickly. You will not regret choosing this wonderful home to explore the uniqueness that Ajijic offers, and that is from a couple that have traveled extensively around the world.

La temperatura de la alberca fue muy agradable, la planta alta tiene una vista increíble. En total hay 3 habitaciones, cada una con 1 cama grande y 1 sofa-cama (el cual cuenta con almohada y cobijas), cómodamente caben 9 personas, aunque ya apretadillos podrían caber los 12.

It's a beautiful stay! It was perfect for our group of friends. Everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. Do not underestimate the convenience of having service staff: they provide delivery, clean the house, and even cook for you, I mean wow, it's so helpful and it's included, but gratuity is appreciated. This is a location where you need reliable transportation to get down to the town and near the lake: Malecón for restaurants and shopping. The views at night are stunning and the pool is very well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and wish to come back soon. Although, the view my change, the next door neighbors are building an ass big wall next to the deck and it might ruin the view.

The house is beautiful and full of unique artwork. The whole house is very private. Our family loved the pool and the rooftop deck; the views are gorgeous. Cassandra is a responsive and helpful host.

La casa está muy bonita, muy limpia. La decoración cuidada, da un ambiente tranquilo, relajado, familiar. La ubicación excelente, fácil acceso a todo, con vista a la laguna de Chapala

Great LOCATION. Large 2 story house (do not share with others) CLEAN, no-frills. A/C (Air Conditioners in upstairs bedroom and living/dining area) + space heaters. I believe this is a typical Mexican family home, basic needs are provided (dishes, etc.) COMMUNICATION with Hilda (Airbnb contact person) via the Airbnb Messenger is fast and effective.

The place is very comfortable for you a large group of friends. We used four of the five bedrooms available; all of them clean and with a full bathroom so it was nice. The fifth bedroom is not very usable given that's rather small in comparison with the others and the top bunk bed is too close to the ceiling (and fan). This did not impact our group given get w didn't make use of this room. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool just beware there's no shade so it may be a little too sunny for some people. We also made use of the grill, we used the the deck's dinning table the most because it has a great view of the lake. Overall it's a cool place.

This is a very comfortable home within a beautiful, peaceful setting. We enjoyed the walk into the center of Ajijic and there are enough amenities in the immediate area that you don't have to wander far to go to a great restaurant or grab some simple groceries. The Tuesday organic market is a five minute walk and well worth a visit. Casa Linda restaurant is just down the street and is excellent.

El alojamiento es lindo, agradable para pasarla en familia, la alberca está templada en todo momento, el jardín es amplio y está en perfectas condiciones, el fogatero junto con el cielo estrellado te hace desconectarte y disfrutar el murmullo de la naturaleza. Los cuartos son cómodos, los baños perfectos para familias grandes pues todos cuentan con regadera. Sin duda volveríamos.

Beautiful contemporary home with complete privacy and absolutely beautiful landscaping. Communication with our hosts was excellent. A few things others should know are that the pool is solar heated so we learned to draw the cover over the pool at night and by early afternoon the water was warm. The neighborhood dogs and roosters make noise throughout the night, but we became used to it. Finally, the master bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I had hoped, but overall you can't go wrong here and I would highly recommend.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay. We loved the screened in porch, beautiful grounds, and pool. The home had everything we needed, we felt very safe, and it was close (even walkable) to many of the places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity!
