I had a nice stay at the condo. Comfortable bed. There is also a desk in the bedroom that would work for a laptop. Internet was about 90mbs down. Great location if you would like to explore the Phrom Phong neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The apartment and its facilities are divine, really comfortable with a fantastic view. Plus, the amazing owner!!! Alex was so nice and always available to answer questions and help. Our stay was a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Bangkok.

Amazing deal for a beautiful modern airbnb in an amazing location. Literal under one minute trip to the 7/11 and prime location for many modern malls and places of interest in Bangkok. Very spacious condo and comfortable! The host was very responsive and checked us in smoothly as well. Highly recommend this airbnb!

Great location and great stay! Just a 5-minute walk to Sukhumvit Road where you’ll find endless bars, restaurants, and massage places. The apartment is comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos, and well-equipped — perfect for both short and longer stays and working remotely. I stayed for 2 weeks. The workspace is spacious enough for a laptop, keyboard, and additional screens, and the WiFi is stable and reliable. There’s also a rooftop pool, plus useful facilities like a washing machine, fridge, and iron. Ken and Emmie were great hosts — responsive, helpful, and even recommended a driver for airport pickup. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Everything was perfect except the walking part to Sapan Khwai BTS station. My friends was wishing for a gas connection rather than induction heaters in the kitchen with more utensils. We enjoyed shoping at the local fresh market and cooking ourselves for eight persons. Buay and her sister Eng was very very helpful with excellent communication skills. Everything we needed and asked was provided for.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Nita’s townhouse. The house is really nice, cozy, and had everything we needed, plus the location was great. Nice, local neighborhood and easy access to everything. The BTS is in walking distance, and there are plenty of food options nearby. We would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Nice place to stay outside of city center, much calmer neighborhood. Apartment looks like it’s presented on the pictures, we stayed for a month and it was perfect. There are 3 different pools and 2 gyms available. Many coffee shops/restaurants around. It is on 21st floor so you get nice view of the skyline. Host is great and friendly :)

Spacious place with close by 7-11, bars, and restaurants. We didn’t get to the pent house until 2am and Bersiwan met with us with no issues. Highly recommended!
