I had a great time, my daughter enjoyed the jacuzzi. Only issue I had was with the fridge it wasn’t cooling as it should but other than that it was fabulous and I would definitely book again.

Place was nice and quiet

This little cabin was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. It was quaint, private and located on a calm lake where it was easy to relax. The whole team replied in a timely manner and they were very attentive. We also loved the hot tub and hope to come back again!

Lisa’s place was wonderful. It was exactly as described. We love being able to fish off both docks. Having access to them row boat and the kayaks were really great. My son was out on the water in the kayaks every day for hours exploring and fishing. The outdoor area was so beautiful and serene and having the ducks being around you at all times was great. We also used the tiki hut a lot, which was another great amenity. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come again in the near future. Thank you Lisa for such a wonderful stay, it was a great and memorable experience for my son and I.

Hot tub was great. The wildlife was beautiful and the little babbling brook on the property was such a welcome sound. Very quiet and relaxing!

Lina's place was wonderful. We were just in town for the weekend and the room was affordable and very clean. Easy access, and check out was straightforward. Even as a Private room, it really felt like we had the place to ourselves, which we loved!

This was our 2nd stay and once again it was what we needed! It was so peaceful being away from the city and gazing up at all of the stars at night on the deck. The cabin is very spacious and clean. Every morning, I enjoyed walking my dogs up and down the gravel road surrounded by blueberry bushes. I loved the farmer stand at the Botanist & Barrel which is self serve 24 hours. We would get popsicles, breakfast sausages and root beer without having to drive anywhere. The cabin is close enough to Burlington and Hillsboro with just a short 20 to 25 minute drive if you need restaurants. We will be back again soon! :)

The cabin is a true gem. It’s perched at the edge of Duke Forest, close in and yet very peaceful. It is beautifully restored and decorated, very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need. And the back porch is a wonderful place to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This little cabin is SO CUTE and perfect for our college reunion weekend. We found it comfortable, and full of many perfect extras like spare charging cords and lots of usb-b and usb-c outlets all over the property. That was *wonderful*. You had all of the supplies we needed in the house, and that was fantastic. Thank you so much.

Very convenient location to downtown, grocery stores, an amazing park and great restaurants. Peaceful and private which makes it a bonus!

Robert was a great host from beginning to end of our week stay. A beautiful property with a very accommodating host. Next time we are in town this will be the first place I look for availability on. The house had so much character and if you’re willing to take a walk the property speaks for it self.

If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay this is where to go. My boyfriend and I stayed for his birthday and we’re already looking for when to come back. There’s a nice fireplace to sit at and make some smores (there was firewood already there as well), a sauna to sit and relax in after going on trails, fishing poles were provided, and if you’re into cooking Anne had everything you need to make a great meal. We also have a puppy and i appreciated that pets were welcome he loved his stay too:)

My son Henry, aged 16, and I enjoyed Diane’s lovely little hideaway in the North Carolina woods tremendously. It’s a sweet and roomy cabin, furnished with a charming vintage mix and a great, spacious slate-tiled bathroom. Just a hop, skip, and a jump to all the action at UNC Chapel Hill, where my daughter is a freshman. Highly recommended!

Mya was extremely responsive and helpful! Beautiful house, the best stocked place I’ve ever stayed in. It really felt like home.

This cabin is in such a beautiful spot! Drinking coffee while sitting on the back porch overlooking the creek is magical.

This cabin is bright and cozy, the environs idyllic, and Daniel was extremely responsive and went the extra mile checking in on us when snow was predicted before our stay and making sure the steps were de-iced and the boot tray was handy. very comfortable and convenient!

Great location! Loved the property and peacefulness of the River and tranquility of every view and fire pit.

Roy’s place was great. My grandchildren didn’t want to leave. they had so much fun. I set up was nice and all the activities was the best. I know where I will be staying when I come back to NC!!!

I was absolutely obsessed with the cabin from the moment we drove up to the moment we left. It is a beautiful property and a beautiful little rustic home. It is even cuter in person than in the airbnb photos! The property itself is just gorgeous-- big mature trees that were changing colors and dropping leaves while we were there. The location was incredibly convenient to a wedding venue just a few minutes away where I was participating in the wedding party. Camille was a lovely host. She was communicative, responsive, flexible on our check out time, and invited me and my husband to a "Pickin' Party" that was being hosted in the beautiful barn next door to the airbnb. My husband got to enjoy an afternoon of bluegrass music and delicious North Carolina BBQ-- and I got to sneak in for a few minutes before my wedding party duties. It was entirely quiet and peaceful at night, and felt extremely safe. Definitely in my top 3 airbnbs I have ever stayed in, and a great value for the price!

The cabin was just as described and better. Every morning I was able to watch a herd of deer eat in the front yard. The cabin itself is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, WiFi worked great while I worked from home and the boys played on their PlayStation. The location was really everything though. It was quiet and peaceful and the deer really made my days. Anne was a great host and very responsive to messages. Would definitely book again if in the area.
