Perfect location. Great communication by the host. It was the ideal spot for my colleague and I for a business trip.

We stayed there for 28 days, because of we open our New showroom at Goldsboro as a Regency Furniture. Home was very clean and peaceful, harmonious area and close with everything (shopping canter etc…) thank you 💐💐

Loved our stay! Will definitely stay again and have recommended to friends and family visiting Cary NC! Spent a lot of time in the sunroom watching wildlife and enjoying the waterview!

My family loved their stay here! Truly an amazing location in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, the Durham farmers market, and parks. The backyard is lovely and a great place to hangout on a warm day. Highly recommended!

Nice quaint place in a quiet friendly neighborhood.

My children and I were participating in McKays 50th Birthday road trip! This house gave my kids a chance to have some fun before embarking on our 800 mile journey! We felt right at home and had a nice night.

I highly recommend staying here! It’s a clean, well-decorated home that has great amenities in a peaceful neighborhood. We had a great “staycation” and would definitely stay again. Umer and Sehar are great hosts and made the house feel like home.

We had a great stay in this tranquil setting. We saw deer and loved accessing the Bolin Creek Greenway. Very convenient to shops and restaurants and Kenan Flagler, which my son came to visit. We also went to a basketball game and the Heels won in a nail biter!

We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to stay again. The hosts are so thoughtful about the amenities- so many comforts of home. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

Great stay! The place was exactly as described. Matt was great to communicate with and had responded quickly when there was an issue with the WiFi. Appreciate the cleanliness and the eco friendly products in the bathroom and kitchen. Easy walk into downtown. We are enjoyed both of the food recommendations offered.

Our family of four stayed in Stephen’s apartment during a trip to visit family in the Raleigh area. After we arrived , Steven greeted us, took us into the apartment and showed us around. The artsy apartment is decorated with lots of music and theater history items that Stephen was a part of. Everything was so comfortable, and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The kitchenette provided a Nespresso machine, microwave, teapot, and also the small fridge had lots of breakfast and snack items. We didn’t have to bring a thing. The beds were extremely comfortable, we all fell asleep immediately and had a good nights sleep, which is very rare away from home. We got to meet the two cats, Susan and David. They are extremely friendly so if someone is a cat person, they will enjoy sitting in the carport interacting with the cats. We did not get to meet his dog Boomer unfortunately, but we hope we will next time. We would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the Durham area!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had some awesome features like a zipline that goes straight into the pool. The hosts were kind enough to let us sleep in with a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

A cute/ clean studio space. Perfect size for my family of 3. We only stayed 1 night but I could imagine that this would be a perfect couples weekend getaway. Host was very quick to respond and was helpful.

Very nice place in a great location. There's an early-morning train that can be heard from the smaller bedroom, but the other bedroom is nice and quiet. I had a wonderful stay!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. We saw a show at DPAC, which was very close by, and then after check in were able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Antonio's place was spacious and in a great location- perfect for our needs.

This place was perfect! So nice that each bedroom came with full bath. Everything was spotless! Andrea was communicative. Great place to stay especially if visiting UNC. The Bolin Trail was such a treat and waking up to the sound of the birds was just lovely. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful place!!! Cleanliness is a BIG deal to me and this place was practically spotless! Huge shower/tub, huge tvs, beautiful bedroom and living room and free of clutter. They also provided extras like soap, floss, qtips. A plus was it’s a gated community!!! I felt very safe at night and my kids and I walked to several restaurants with no issue! There is even a Publix in walking distance. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe which was also important to me and even the neighbors were friendly as I had to ask a few some questions The only thing was the shower head is too far up. I’m very short so it was hard to get and the angle allows water to come out the back all on the floor . Also even with pictures it still took me awhile to find the keys - it’s a black pouch and not a box and it was tucked behind the drain pole which was hard to see… but I get it’s for privacy. Otherwise this is a 10/10 spot !!!! I will definitely stay again if I come back to Raleigh !!! ☺️

This place was clean , quiet, and close to downtown shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking at the complex and it’s easy to get to downtown by walking. I would highly recommend this stay.

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Awesome stay in a very spacious apartment. Plenty of room, and comfortable furniture. It was nice to have coffee on the deck in the morning, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
