Great stay in the middle of Richmond very close to Carytown with lots to do. The backyard is gorgeous and expansive, with a trampoline, pool, and a firepit. We all enjoyed the games in the game room. The hosts are extremely responsive to any questions you may have, which was super helpful! Overall we felt very well taken care of.

I have stayed at another property run by Tara and this experience was just as great. The set up is perfect for our family.

We really enjoyed Shannon’s place. It was better than the pictures. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we felt right at home. The beds were comfy and the showers were great. The coffee bar was fun to try all the flavors. We realized checkout was on daylight savings. Shannon was awesome and allowed us a late checkout. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was an AMAZING stay! A group of us came to Richmond to celebrate my 30th birthday and our plans consisted of staying in, cooking, watching tv, and playing board games. We wanted to feel at home and be comfortable cooking and spending time together. This Airbnb certainly delivered! The rooms were big and spacious, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE and we immediately felt at home. If we needed anything, it was likely already provided and if we had any questions, the hosts were very quick to respond. They certainly went above and beyond. It was well worth the money we paid and we enjoyed ourselves so much. The photos came out beautifully too! What an incredible house and even better facilities. We can’t wait to return — this time in the summer!

Beautiful property and very comfortable. John was very friendly and helpful. The tour was definitely needed as there are many, many light switches in the house and neat features we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Great place to stay and would definitely come again!

The cottage was clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable, from the table to the couch to the beds. It had all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. It was in a safe and friendly gated resort neighborhood. As a group of four adult women, we loved the four bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and four comfortable beds.

Anna was very accessible…never had an issue while staying there. The home was very nice and clean. As advised ! Would definitely stay there again the next time I travel to Richmond !

Perfect location. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. If we weren’t at Busch Garden or Water Town, we enjoyed the pool and did some fishing right from the back yard. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway with the girls! It is 20 minutes away from touring the wineries and within minutes of Williamsburg shopping and spa recommendations. It is very cozy. You can fish the chickahominy or sit by the camp fire. The deck views are amazing and the wildlife is all around. Definitely returning!

My family had a wonderful stay at this adorable airbnb. The place was clean and the layout was perfect for keeping our active one year old safe and entertained. James was a great host! He is friendly, communicative, and accommodating. We accidentally left something in the dryer and he was able to coordinate with the cleaners for us to pick it up instead of having to pay the $50 shipping fee. We would definitely stay here again. :)

Hutch’s Bluff is a gem. It felt very serene and private. The amenities were top notch. There were plenty of supplies to cook with in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit with panoramic views of the river. 5/5

John's place is fantastic. It was extremely well stocked w/ some snacks and toiletries. Extremely clean with a nice TV and very functional kitchen it was easy to spend a snowy day inside. A bonus was the beautiful nature nearby-- we saw a bald eagle just across the street!
