Josh's place was exactly what I was looking for. It was immaculate throughout, with easy parking, and walkable to my Richmond destinations. He provided everything needed for the trip - well-stocked kitchen, towels and linens, and plenty of room for the four of us. The area was quiet, with just the sound of an occasional train a couple of hundred yards away which was more relaxing to me than intrusive! Checking in and out was extremely simple, and Josh checked in to ensure our stay was going well. This will definitely be on my list of places to stay for my future trips to Richmond. A+++++

House and location were absolutely wonderful. Close to many places but also peaceful. Will definitely book again when back in the area.

It was a nice place. Enjoyed listening to the birds and looking out at the river at from the balcony. Good price for the area.

Katie is a lovely host! I was traveling for work & her place is so comfy, and it genuinely felt like coming home- which very hard for me to find on the road. It’s conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, etc. but set back so it’s peaceful and relaxing. Katie also goes the extra mile with communication and special touches to make you feel welcome- would totally want to stay here again!!

We stayed at Katy's for a small family gathering and to see the sights in Richmond. The property was private, peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the trains passing across the canal but others might not. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with quick and easy access to many parks, museums and other activities. We had no issues with the house or amenities and Katy promptly and helpfully responded to our questions.

We stayed at Sarah’s place for my bachelorette party and had a great time! She welcomed us with donuts and answered all my questions. This Airbnb isn’t in a super walkable area but it’s close to downtown Richmond and fits 7 comfortably.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found Frank to be a very responsive host! We loved the backyard pickleball court and swings. The dogs enjoyed having a fenced in yard. The mattresses were very soft and we felt like we had plenty of space. We would certainly reserve this house if we're in Richmond again with a group!

This was one of the best stays we had in Richmond. Very easy going, and exactly what was needed.

Perfect for a weekend stay. Walkable to some great places to eat as well some fun bars. Quick to drive to the VMFA and other things to do.

The host did a wonderful job of communicating with us! This is the perfect location for my family as i have a daughter who lives nearby. The back yard is great for kids, and there were some surprise toys my grandson loved!

Great airbnb exactly as described! Looks just like the pictures. The host gives great recommendations, and the Airbnb was very comfortable. If I had to give a criticism it’s that the area is not the best, but the Airbnb itself was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time! Very spacious for the two of us, but still worth the price. Nice little courtyard. Wonderful neighborhood - so easy to walk to tons of restaurants and bars, as well as an easy walk to Belle Island. The spiral staircase is lovely but would be tough for anyone with mobility issues. Spent 4 nights over a long weekend and very happy with our choice. Located at the junction of the Fan and Carytown neighborhoods. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance and many more within a 5 minute drive. Nice safe neighborhood, easy parking right in front of the house, lower floor with the owners on the upper floor, easy access to Richmond sites - Hollywood cemetery, VMFA, Canal walk, Grand Kugel, etc. Unit was very clean and tidy with good kitchen layout. You will hear city noise but mostly a residential neighborhood so definitely quieter after 6pm or so. Easy to find and access and good communication both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a Richmond getaway.

Sue is the perfect host, very responsive and flexible with our later than hoped for arrival and providing a friendly welcome with helpful recommendations. The space is lovely and in a charming neighborhood with cute restaurants and historic sites within walking distance and very close to drive to other area attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would return.

We stayed at Catherine's place while visiting VCU. Great spot, easy walk to campus, shops and so many restaurants. It's comfortable and charming, fit our needs perfectly!

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

I'd highly recommend Chandra's place if you plan to visit Richmond. Lovely, spacious space with very cool art. Primo location with convenient street parking that is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and venues. She's a great host and we had enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

This was a great place for a weekend In Williamsburg. Lots of comfy beds, functional kitchen, plenty of places to sit and chat.

I have stayed with this host several times, she is always so kind and accommodating! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our short trip to participate in a local running event in Colonial Williamsburg. The condo was spotless and had plenty of amenities! Our host was flexible with our check in and out to accommodate our race plans!
