Having to attend a funeral in the area, we opted to go with this home to fit our needs. It was such a warm, inviting, comfortable home. It was clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this hostess and this home if you need a roomy, comfortable place to stay!

Exactly as described in the listing. Three families stayed here comfortably, and Xiang was an excellent host! The kids (14, 14, 11, 7, & 5) had plenty of space to play, and the grow ups had plenty of space to relax. A great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing!

Rene’s home was breathtaking. From early morning sunrises to witnessing full moon rise over the horizon. Beautiful and peaceful much needed from the chaos of life. Easy access to Williamsburg from the ferry small restaurants scattered throughout the county. Friends and family love the place so much that Rene‘s information was passed on for future stays. Thank you for reaching out with clear instructions, door codes along with prompt communications during the stay. I look forward to booking again this beautiful home.

Excellent location right on the Chesapeake Bay, and fantastic communication. Host always responded within an hour or even less, even a month ahead of our reservation. I echo all the other positive reviews for this property and how exactly it matches the photos. Couple things to note for future tenants 1. The two private piers/docks (shown in listing photos) beside this property are not accessible by guests. Those belong to other houses. 2. Running water has a yellow tinge. Host explained that it is due to mineral deposits in the entire neighborhood but it’s completely safe for drinking and other use. However, I have chronic GI problems and often get constipation from mineral rich water. So I bought cartons of drinking water from the nearby Food Lion.

This is my second time staying at this place - I typically rent over the winter break. The owner keeps it in good shape. The basics are available and in good working order. I appreciate that there is plenty of space yet feels warm and is easy to heat up so you’re always cozy in the winter. It easily fits 6-8 people without a need for couches. Folks have plenty of space to spread out between bedrooms and the eating/dining room. Good space for movie night (tv is large and two couches are comfortable). Provides some board games and the outdoor space is huge so lots of room for kids and pets to run around, or deck space to get in some early or sunset yoga /meditations. While it is on a main road, it’s set back and incredibly private. Sunlight comes in so well but at night, I felt safe! Doors lock tight and front has bright lights so no one can hide. Plenty of parking for 4-6 cars though without any pulling out /double parking, easily fits 4. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Check-in was smooth. Deluxe 2 bedroom was very nice and large enough for my entire party. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the resort amenities - but had a lovely stay. Would stay again.

The Holiday House was perfect for our family visit to the Williamsburg-Yorktown-Jamestown triangle. The location is between Jamestown and Williamsburg with convenient connections to everywhere on the Peninsula. The kitchen is extraordinarily well stocked for preparing meals. Great sleeping arrangement. Lisa is a wonderfully gracious hostess and provided Christmas presents and s'more for the kids. We loved our stay!

Cody’s Airbnb was exactly like the pictures and it was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Everything was super clean and I appreciated the easy instructions. Cody was super responsive. It was definitely the cutest house in the entire neighborhood. It was about a 10/15 minute drive to downtown Richmond. Would definitely stay here again!
