Loved staying at Jake’s place! Really appreciated the children’s dishes that were there since we were traveling with our 5 and 2 year olds. Would highly recommend.

My wife, our cat, and I had an amazing weekend at this Airbnb in Colonial Beach! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host provided thoughtful touches, including a few pet-friendly amenities, which made our cat feel right at home. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and beautiful waterfront views. We spent our days exploring and relaxing, and the evenings unwinding on the porch, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, and reliable Wi-Fi. The host was communicative and provided great recommendations for local spots. Overall, this was the perfect getaway for the three of us. If you’re looking for a charming, pet-friendly stay in Colonial Beach, we highly recommend this Airbnb! We’d love to come back.

The place was absolutely perfect. She made it easy to get access when we arrived. She made us feel welcome with the home. Everything was in perfect condition. We had a great time and would recommend Judy’s place for the perfect stay. Beds were very comfortable and the bath towels felt new and fresh. We loved the place.

We loved the place. The pool and beach were the perfect place for the adults and the kids. The grounds were beautiful and we seldom left, other than to get groceries, because we had everything we wanted and needed there. Lauren and John were great hosts. We plan to come back for another family reunion soon.

Host was very friendly, very responsive and very helpful. Place had expansive windows with beautiful views of the Potomac river and it was very relaxing to be there. Only complaint would be that some of the place was a bit dated, but that did not significantly impact the overall positive experience for us.

We had a great family vacation at Three Minnows! The house is beautiful and well suited for a family with three kids! My kids were in the pool everyday and played at the playground many times. The restaurants nearby are very good, affordable, and so close - most are a five minute (or less) walk away from the house. We loved our time at Three Minnows and would definitely come back!

Me and my girlfriend found this place for a little weekend getaway. The house was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The view from the bed in the morning made it hard to get up and moving. The pictures of this home don’t do it justice, the area is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. I will definitely be going back if I ever need a place in the area. Erik was a wonderful host gave us all the information we needed for an easy and smooth check in/ out. I would highly recommend staying at this house!!

Peace, comfort, beauty with every possible ammenity. Outstanding in every possible way. Everything about this home, area, and host is "the best". Every room is decorated beautifully. The beds are extremely comfortable, all furniture is clean, cozy and perfect. Watching the water and associated wildlife/birdlife from the deck and/or kitchen/living rooms was amazing---swans, geese, ducks. We were here off season and the neighbors were kind, friendly and fun. We walked all around the island, again off season, so it was slow and easy to walk the road. Along our walk, we enjoyed the local farm life, as a few folks had turkeys, rosters, Emus and dogs. Just a perfect get-away.

Virginia's home was perfect for my family. Very spacious and offered all the amenities of being home. It was clean and nicely decorated. The back porch was perfect for relaxing and morning breakfast. She responded quickly when I had questions and gave detailed instructions when checking in to make the process very simple. When in town again we will definitely return here. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Dementria had impeccable communication! We had a lot of moving parts to our travel plans becoming delayed due to a big thunderstorm in North Carolina that prevented us from checking in until the next evening. Dee was gracious, understanding and cared about our well-being and comfort. We enjoyed our stay and her place is so AWESOME! Can't wait to come back!

We stayed at John's place in Colonial Beach, VA visiting parents in town. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. This time of the year (winter) there is not much to do in Colonial Beach but house was walking distance to the beach and to coffee shop and restaurants. One last note - loved the beds ... super comfortable. Plan to stay there again when we are in town.

My wife and I came into town to visit family members that lives on the same street as this Airbnb. This place was perfect for our needs! Nice and cozy, tastefully, decorated, clean, and well set up. Getting in and out was a breeze. The instructions for arrival and leaving were crystal clear and communication was timely. Also, the Wi-Fi worked great! If we return to Colonial Beach in the future, we will check first to see if this home is available! We highly recommend this house

Hashim's place is a true home away from home. Great for short and long term stays. Friendly host. Would recommend, and stay here again.

This place was just what needed. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, far enough outside of DC for privacy. Markos is a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. If we decide to go back to DC we'll certainly try to stay here again!!!

Very beautiful and spacious home, was able to accommodate 12 people without feeling cramped. Also responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

Had a great weekend celebrating with our family! House was in great shape and accommodated all of our guests.

We stayed for several weeks at Florentino’s and it met our needs very well as we had specific requirements based on medical issues. It had a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, no interior stairs and only 3 stairs from outside to front door. It was convenient to grocery & restaurants, shops, and post office nearby. Also convenient to Ft Belvoir. Though on a main road, we didn’t find the traffic noise to be a distraction and overnight traffic seemed minimal. Florentino responded promptly to any questions or concerns (we had few) and was always helpful. I would recommend to others visiting the area!

The house was amazing. Very spacious and cozy. The description of the house is very on point. There were even Christmas decorations up which added ambiance considering we traveled there for Christmas. We did have to move a few out of harms way(the little kids), but all in all the decorations added flair to the space. There wasn’t much interaction, because everything was great. But we were kept informed of the necessary information.

Dani is very kind and responds almost instantly to any question! The instructions are very thorough and the home is well-kept. Definitely a 10/10 experience for someone like myself that was visiting Virginia for the very first time! Dani is the best in the game for sure!

Thank you to John for a lovely stay at The River House! We enjoyed a gorgeous sunny sunset happy hour on the tiki bar dock and moody views of fog and mist rolling over the water all in one weekend. John’s place is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We had everything we could possibly need for a weekend of quiet, beauty, and relaxation. Can’t wait to come back!
