We had such a wonderful stay for our Mother-Daughter weekend! The home was spacious, worked beautifully for the six of us! Sitting on the beautiful front porch watching the sun come up over the river was amazing! Great place for a family stay!! ❤️❤️❤️

Me and my girlfriend found this place for a little weekend getaway. The house was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The view from the bed in the morning made it hard to get up and moving. The pictures of this home don’t do it justice, the area is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. I will definitely be going back if I ever need a place in the area. Erik was a wonderful host gave us all the information we needed for an easy and smooth check in/ out. I would highly recommend staying at this house!!

Dani is very kind and responds almost instantly to any question! The instructions are very thorough and the home is well-kept. Definitely a 10/10 experience for someone like myself that was visiting Virginia for the very first time! Dani is the best in the game for sure!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

Felt like home. Spacious bedrooms and nicely updated bathrooms. Beautiful country setting for our family’s holiday visit to southern Maryland. Loved it!

This house was great! It had everything we needed while traveling with a baby. Jacqueline was so helpful, friendly and such a pleasant person. Very caring and was available everyone I reached out to her. The house was very comfortable. Our group of 10 had no complaints. I would 100 percent recommend this house to friends and family. Megan is an excellent host. She was immediately responsive to an issue we had with the internet. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It was perfect for our extended family to stay and have other family members visit and share a meal with us.

Our family traveled from South Carolina for a funeral in LaPlata MD (a short drive away from this home). Jane's property was just what we needed to accommodate our family of 6. The house was clean, comfortable and well equip with everything that was needed. The ping pong table in the garage provided much needed entertainment when we had down time. The views were absolutely beautiful and we can not wait to come back. While there we enjoyed crabs at Captain John's crab house a couple of miles away. I would totally recommend this home to anyone that is traveling for business, leisure or just a peaceful, quiet getaway. Thanks Jane for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Simply beautiful place, from the spotless interior to the breathtaking view. Brittany was the best host I’ve had! She was incredibly friendly and accommodating with check-in, and communicated regularly to make sure all my needs were met—even left a handwritten card! Even through cold and rainy weather it was a beautiful, relaxing retreat with everything I needed and more, including great restaurants right below. Would love to visit again!

Pictures don't do this basement apartment justice, it was very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean! I was excited to arrive to a lovely warm fire in the wood stove, as others have stated in their reviews... a terrific and very comforting touch. With an ample supply of wood close to the stove I was able to keep the fire going during my 2 day stay. Gaining access upon arrival and signing onto the Wi-Fi was a breeze which helped keep me in touch with my work while traveling. The apartment had everything one would need including a coffee bar with snacks, toiletries and more. I would come and stay with Pam & Chris again in the future if available.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at this beach house. The interior was pristine and clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We loved the lighting in the living room and private bedroom, which made the space feel even more inviting. The house was very spacious, perfect for two people but could easily accommodate more. Highly recommend!

I had a good stay here. The space is comfortable and cozy, and I enjoyed the thoughtful interior design / decorations. You can tell the host puts a lot of care and thought into the place. Everything was perfectly clean. Location is in a peaceful, safe, quiet area. Good communication, friendly host. Very nice place overall, recommended.

We had a great stay. Isabella's place is just as described. The condo is cute, comfy, private - loved the relaxing porch which overlooks the river. Isabella's check-in instructions are clear and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

My best friend and I had a wonderful time at The Beached Whale. It was clean and cozy. The towels and bed linens were soft. We had a great view of the Potomac River. Several restaurants and shops were within walking distance of the place. We definitely want to return when it is warmer.

Robin was a terrific host. She’s easy to deal with. I would rent from her again.

I've been here before and got what I came for - a quiet, cozy place to focus and relax. It's clean and organized and the instruction book was just right to answer any questions I may have had --- plus the host is very responsive and even proactive about communicating. One heads-up to guests --- during this sleepy winter time, many restaurants are closed on Mondays here, and we had a predicted snowstorm Tuesday afternoon which meant several shops didn't open on Tuesday. I knew all this and brought plenty of food. (Bann Thai next door WAS open Monday and I ate there for dinner --- very good!) It was SO pretty watching the snow fall from the couch next to the huge window. This is my favorite place to stay of this host's Occoquan AirBNBs because of the view from the couch and how light-filled the loft is.

This place worked wonders for our family vacation. the place is very new and updated with 2 full bathrooms that were clean and spacious for beach time and baths with kids. colonial beach is a hidden gem in a historic little town that seems as though at one point was hustling and bustling but isn't quite as popular as it once was but trying to come back. if your a family looking for a uncrowded beach and some activities to do in the area then this place is great! we actually read about this place being in the heart of historic downtown. only thing we would have loved to see with this place is some outdoor patio spot at the home directly to be able to sit outside together. the location does not really have any night life during the week, not even on 4th of July. we went out at 9 pm and the bar closed at 10 pm which seemed way too early for a Thursday and holiday and being on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. Located in the quaint historic town of Occoquan, it was the perfect stop on our drive from NY to SC. It was spacious and well equipped. My husband, an artist, really liked the large green painting in the living room. Thank you!

After a little miscommunication on the arrival time, everything was at it should be or better. Great location, clean, responsive well worth it. Great experience and will be back regularly.

Had an amazing beachfront experience! I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival.
