Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Angel was very responsive and accommodating of our requests. Note: you need to bring your own bath towel and toiletries. But Angel also clearly states that in the AirBnB description.

The house was very spacious And clean. Very nice neighborhood. Lots of games accessories. The beds was very nice, bathrooms clean plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. we loved the screen in front and back porch. The back yard was very nice as well. Only thing missing was a grill. We loved it. And we will book this house again.

My husband and I have stayed at many places in the southern MD area, and Matt's home is by far our favorite. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket (including a bottle of wine, sparkling water and cookies!) The location offers stunning views of the Potomac, fantastic sunsets, and abundant nature (Ospreys and Eagles). The house is spacious with large bedrooms, a lovely gourmet kitchen, and several comfortable seating areas, both indoors as well as outdoors. The screen porch was our favorite place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunsets. Matt was a terrific host, very kind and super responsive. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We were sad to leave and will definitely come back!

The house was amazing. Very spacious and cozy. The description of the house is very on point. There were even Christmas decorations up which added ambiance considering we traveled there for Christmas. We did have to move a few out of harms way(the little kids), but all in all the decorations added flair to the space. There wasn’t much interaction, because everything was great. But we were kept informed of the necessary information.

From the moment we opened the door, it felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and well equipped to handle all our needs. Seeing the sun over the water first thing in the morning was absolutely breath taking. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We’re looking forward to returning. Amazing. Just amazing.

The stay was beautiful, quiet, spacious, and pristine. Diana was very responsive, accommodating, flexible, and easy to work with! She even printed out something for me. Amazing! Highly recommended.

Must love dogs! And bring yours!! ❤️ We had the most amazing and wonderful stay at Blue Crab Cottage the first week of February. The sunset picture, yes, it’s real, because I took it! Don’t wait for summer to book for a get away; it is perfect any time of year. We are local folks (20 miles away) who were getting our floors redone. My husband was able to telework perfectly from the cottage. I, on the other hand, had to commute to work and I was so sad to leave the cottage in the mornings. The cottage was super comfortable, well appointed, and the front porch is absolutely the BEST feature! ☺️ Our dogs loved the cottage and getting to know the neighborhood dogs who serve as ambassadors for the peninsula. Now, I gave “finding the place” 5 stars but this is ONLY if you actually follow Chris’ instructions and pictures, which my husband failed to do. 🤣 Chris and Lynda took amazing care of us; I can’t wait to return for a weekend to enjoy that river view - it is spectacular.
