My husband and I stayed at Daphne's place in Kiawah Island for a spring break getaway. It was exactly what we needed! This was our first time in Kiawah; we knew we wanted easy access to the beach, and Daphne's place certainly made that possible. The villa is just steps from the beach via a boardwalk. The beach was both private and peaceful. While spending time at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch as we sipped our morning coffee. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

Everything was very well appointed with an attention to detail. Enjoyed being only a three minute walk to the beach in an area that doesn’t get as crowded as the pier area. Being just a short walk to Bert’s and the many restaurants was very convenient. A pleasant stroll home after dinner did us good.

Absolutely loved our stay. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy, as well as to center street. The house is so roomy and the bed is very comfortable, perfect for 2 people. Also, the house is located right next to Pirates Cove where there are public pickleball courts.

Clean space for our dogs and us to stay. Only a few blocks from the beach and all amenities such as an outdoor shower and kitchen supplies included.

We had a wonderful stay and would love to return someday!

I cannot say enough good things about this place, and these hosts! The space was small and cozy, but never felt cramped. The provided items are a huge bonus - full size bathroom products, extra paper goods, full size kitchen cleaning items, olive oil and S&P, half & half for coffee, coffee pods of all kinds, nuts and granola bites, and even homemade banana bread! The location is outstanding, incredibly walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops, only a very few minutes drive to the beach and several parks. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. But the absolute best part is the hosts. They are friendly, not intrusive, but extremely personable and clearly love people. Alex loves to share his knowledge about everything Charleston - what to do, where to go, what to eat. These hosts are one of a kind. Book this property - you will not regret it!

Overloaded with extras and fun spots around the property! Home was fully stocked with everything we needed, super family friendly. Our kids loved exploring and checking on the chickens. The location was great, super easy to get to/from Charleston and the quieter areas like Kiawah Beach. We’d be happy to return.

Trina responded to the need at hand right away and found a solution quickly. She was helpful and understanding. It was very easy to reach her. Great communication! The location is great. Quick access to the beach without the premium price. There is a shower outside to rinse off the sand.

Melissa’s place was a joy to come to. It was colorful and lively. It was like a celebration every time you stepped through the door. Melissa puts a lot of thought into hosting and pays attention to details. It is always nice to have beach and bath towels provided, and there were plenty. Also the little things like starter amenities. The backyard is a nice and comfortable place to hang out or eat. The location is perfect. Easy access to the beach and IOP little town. The neighborhood is great to walk around as well. Very much appreciated the cinco de mayo flair and the kindness of the gifts! Would definitely recommend and would return. Thanks Melissa!

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Excellent location with beautiful views. Perfect getaway for our family from winter weather.

I wanted a peaceful and quiet place to get away that would allow me to bring my dog. Ashley’s home was just that. I could walk across the street right to the beach and it was especially nice to be able to take my dog on the beach as well. We both had a great stay and Ashley was a great host Deanne

Beautiful house and great location, would stay again. One thing to note is that if you’re a guest using the amenity pass, the guest amenity pass only allows you to use the pickleball/tennis courts and book a tee time after 12noon. Wasn’t a problem for us but if you are trying to do either of those activities in the morning heads up.

We loved this spot! We had 8 girls and there was plenty of room for everyone. Such a cozy little vibe. We loved being so close to the beach and being close to some yummy restaurants. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend in IOP. Very convenient 5 minute walk from the beach and very close drive to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. The space is even more beautiful in person with comfortable beds and linens as well. Lisa accommodated an early checkin and was responsive when asking about IOP conditions post Hurricane Debby! I definitely recommend staying here!

The house was Amazing ! Definitely a southern charmer . The beach is across the street and very close to the club that has pools and restaurant on the beach . This house includes the access cards which is a great value . The beds were very comfortable , upgraded appliances and beautiful decor . The front screened patio was amazing and we spent most of our time there . Great experience with all Seabrook staff and we would definitely rent again .

Mona's place is a hidden gem in Wild Dunes. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and eating in if you want, and the washer / dryer appear to be new. The biggest plus is that the unit is only steps from the beach. We would highly recommend.

Cute condo close to the beach. Everything was as described. We enjoyed using the included bikes to ride around the resort!

Condo was perfectly located with beach access just across the street. We had a perfect view of the ocean and could walk any where we wanted. Everything was provided including beach chairs and towels. The elevator was close and parking was adequate. We will definitely choose this condo again.

We enjoyed our stay! Natalya communicated well and proactively. The condo was cute and well-maintained, and we appreciated the availability of a beach cart to help take our stuff over to the beach. We had everything we needed for several fun days at Isle of Palms!

The condo was perfect! Came down for a wedding and It looked exactly like the photos. Wonderful views and great location. Ron was very quick when getting back to me when I requested to come a day early and also help in getting my parking pass changed, they were coming to give me the revised pass while we were still on the phone! Loved that the bathroom was huge and had a big shower and closet, also that there was a separate entrance to the bathroom so people didn’t have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Could not have asked for a better stay would definitely recommend this condo and will rent again when heading to Kiawah.

Very nice place! Easy to walk to everything. Grocery store very close and multiple restaurants within a half mile to walk. Would recommend to anyone.

The view is WORTH it!!!!!!! There is an elevator to take you to the condo! The condo was very, very clean!!! It is decorated in a typical homey Southern beach style. The kitchen is small (it does a good job of not taking away the view) but it does have absolutely everything you need to have gourmet meals . Beach access is super close and easy! The beach was extremely peaceful and NOT crowded!!! Harris Teeter is approx 1 mile away~ The first floor is wheelchair/walker friendly. I would recommend for families or those enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets~
