Amazing place to stay

Lots of room. Big private back yard for our dog to run around. Fun games in the game room. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

This is the perfect place. Carolyn is modest with her description of her home. This is amazing. The view of the river is great. Home was decorated beautifully. My sister called it fancy. Carolyn gave total access to her home plus detailed instructions for access to the internet. She responds immediately and walks you through whatever you need. Although their are plenty of fish and crabs restaurants near, you don't want to visit one because you can catch your own right from your own private dock. The dock is screen, keeping buzzing insects out. The hom is located across from the public loading docks. I rented jet skis that delivered and picked up rather than meeting at the public dock. The dock is a bonus, especially since it rained. I could sit and watch the rain without getting wet. Probably the most amazing, I saw a dolphin. It came to the dock, looked at me, and swam away. I strongly recommend Carolyn's home.

Very clean home, great yard, everything was functional. We appreciated the stocked bathroom and kitchen.

Brian is an amazing host, very helpful, and provided everything necessary for the perfect stay. Highly recommend and looking forward to future stays!

House was fresh, clean, and comfortable for my family + 2 dogs (really appreciated the fenced in back yard). We did not have difficulty with the lock on front door as others noted, but the handle is loose. House was nicely decorated and well-equipped. We did not have any issues with the space during our stay but would recommend repair or replace of sliding glass door in back since the handle is missing so no traditional lock and security of door is questionable (only has a manual security bar).

Staying at Sarah‘s home is like living in a piece of art for a few days, such beautiful vibes and great atmosphere & creativity, kindness, new perspectives and a feel of community. I felt blessed to be welcomed at this special place, to meet Sarah and to see some of her brilliant art. It’s also the perfect location, super close to Folly Beach and Charleston downtown (do easy to drive there) and nature/ mystic swamps (and good coffee and super clean and a comfy bed, fresh flowers in the room etc.). Sarah had great recommendations for restaurants and unforgettable things to do and see. This is the best part of traveling: to meet inspiring people and experience a city/surrounding in a way you would never have found alone. Looking forward to seeing more of her fantastic art, and to hopefully coming back to this lovely place one day - much gratitude!

This is such a cute home! Very walkable! We really enjoyed walking from meeting street down to rainbow row area and to the harbor. Tons of bars, restaurants and shopping from the house. We would definitely stay again! The beds are super comfortable!

Can’t say enough great things about this property. Traveled with three couples and the setup was perfect. We all had a great time, and if we plan to travel back to Charleston we would definitely look to book this unit again!

We came for a girls trip and everything was perfectly within walking distance. Night life, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The house was clean, beautiful and we would definitely stay again. The host was gracious, kind and responded with any request quickly.

This place was perfect. It was my wife’s birthday and we decided to take a quick trip to Charleston. Not only was the place clean and immaculate but the bedroom was decorated nicely for my wife’s b-day with her favorite color, flower petals on the bed and a nice gift. She absolutely loved it. We felt at home during our entire stay and the host checked on us and provided excellent restaurants. This will be my go to chill out spot when I visit Charleston.

really glad we stayed here. it's a nice apartment with good amenities. Akira is really communicative and has easy instructions for everything. this was a much better value than local hotels and we got more with it. we will be back here next time we're in Charleston.

We had a lovely stay at Joseph’s. It was the perfect size for my husband, my parents and I. The kitchen had just about everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. If we ever return to the Charleston area, we’d consider staying here again.

Quiet, private, great layout, very cute. Loved how quiet and private it was yet in walking distance to King Street and the downtown tourist sites. Very clean and well-appointed, bathrooms larger than expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place close to great coffee and food! Easy drive to downtown and beaches. Never heard a noise from the family staying in the adjacent unit. Thanks for having us Joseph

Rob and Zack were perfect host! The house the breakfast the company was beyond high expectations and would recommend to anyone staying in the area to visit this bed and fantastic breakfast! I can not recommend this place any more than this. #1 choice!

Beth and Joe were friendly, helpful, and great hosts! Made me feel completely at ease staying in a room in their home. They thought of all the things a traveler might need and anticipated questions you might have. Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Not an issue for me, but for others, know your room is upstairs. I was grateful to have access to their kitchen and food to make myself breakfast in the morning. A super stay that perfectly met my needs for this trip!

Believe the hype! This room was perfect for me and my dog. The bedroom and bathroom were as "squeaky clean" as advertised. The bed was comfortable, the host was friendly, and the room was stocked with every amenity imaginable, from toiletries to fresh fruit, bottled waters, and Biscoff cookies (yum). Parking was easy and the view from the dock is so serene. If you're thinking of booking a stay at Dan's place, don't hesitate.

Catherine’s place was very well stocked and she was so sweet to us! She gave us good recommendations and provided coffee and snacks in the morning, as well as snacks and toiletries in the room! It was a great stay and she is a wonderful host.

Words can not describe this spectacular house and Amazing host! Felt like we were at home! Beautifully decorated! The jam and pimento cheese were spectacular!

Such a relaxing place to stay! My boyfriend and I decided to do a “staycation” and this was the perfect choice. My favorite part is that it was pet free, I couldn’t find any other bed & breakfast in the area that was pet free as I have allergies:) The host is amazing and so sweet…we felt right at home❤️

Christy set the bar high. Although we didn’t partake, we appreciated all the extra touches, the breakfast and late night snacks of cookies and microwave popcorn. Our room was sizable with lots of windows. Shower was to die for. We enjoyed easy access to downtown and Berts- always a great stop for anything you might need. We would rate our stay a 10 out of 5 if we could. This is Folly’s best kept secret :)

easy spot to stay in charleston. Bit of a walk downtown but a beautiful walk and appreciate everything done to help us feel comfortable there.
