Great location! Hosts were very responsive. They sent us to a local wine shop to pick up a bottle a gratis and found some other great goodies there to have with the wine. This was a nice bonus. Location is very walkable to downtown Charleston amenities.

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Perfect for a couple. Arrived to find it was very clean. The place may be cozy but we were just fine with that. Had everything we were looking for. Loved the location as well. We are walkers so didn’t mind wandering the city on foot and the neighbourhood was residential and quiet at night. Had no issues with questions or communications with the host. Prompt and helpful responses when required. Would recommend staying here to others. We really enjoyed Charleston.

I could not be happier with our stay at this home! The place was adorable and so unique. The host is extremely responsive and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay! 10/10 recommend and I will absolutely be staying with this host next time I am in Charleston!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Important things for me are, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, we had good water pressure, and the place was clean. We did not have coffee, but we survived -The beach access is nice, we enjoyed the screened porch and having a bed that faces the ocean with double doors that open made for a spectacular view. We would absolutely book this venue again. Enjoy your stay!!! RJ

My group and I had a blast visiting Charleston and CHC Vacation Rentals made everything extremely easy! They were responsive, very clear and overall a pleasure to speak to. We enjoyed the walkability and close proximity to King Street!

What a beautiful Airbnb! In a perfect location, located a couple blocks from restaurants, shops, and bars on King St. Amazing amenities and easy parking if you bring a car. They had beach chairs for use in the closet, supplies for coffee/tea, and a handful of board games for a rainy day. The only minor problem I noticed was that our bathroom sink did not have hot water. However, we didn’t really care, as we still had hot showers and hot water in the kitchen. Overall loved the location and whole apartment was very nice, comfortable, and clean! Everything was true to listing! Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

We helped our daughter and her nursing friends plan a long weekend and the property was perfect. Here's their combined review: "We had a phenomenal time in Charleston and CHC Vacation Rentals contributed to our trip. They were more than accomodating when our plane landed early and we arrived to a spotless apartment with an additional gift bag welcoming us (so very thoughtful). This location is just a 5 minute walk to all the action King Street has to offer. But since it's all located just around the corner from the action, we never felt unsafe or like there was too much noise! Very close to all the cute shops too. We were able to cook breakfast in the apartment with the full kitchen and supplied cook set and dishes, etc. This allowed us to have a few meals at the apartment when we were not ready to start our days. We could not say enough good things about this amazing apartment and the helpful team at CHC Vacation Rentals. Thank you for helping us have a perfect stay!"

Extremely comfortable beds, spotless home, tons of extra towels and linens, well stocked kitchen, excellent wifi and tvs, super great location, and very safe for a family with kids. This is the best Air bnb I have ever stayed at . 100 percent perfect stay!

Group trip to Charleston with 4 couples. The house was excellent and exactly as billed with spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen, huge hot tub and beautiful marsh views. Less than 10 minutes to downtown the location is a no-brainer. Would highly recommend for group trips. Of note the bunk bed room doesn’t have its own bathroom and the only other bathrooms on the floor are in the 2 other bedrooms so just have to be comfortable with that set up (probably best for kids but worked for us!)

Absolutely amazing place to stay if you’re looking to have a quiet & cozy retreat to SC, but still want to be close to the fun. Downtown Charleston is about a 15-20 min drive most hours of the day and Sullivan island is about equal distance. The house itself is extremely cozy, with my favorite part being the backyard which is very relaxing as it’s accompanied by a fountain and a little fireplace. It has all the amenities you need and a lovely host. Highly recommend!

We chose this home due to its proximity to JBC while we waited a few days to move into our new home. It is located on a very quite street with friendly neighbors who waved to us as total strangers every night on our walk. We had a great stay with absolutely no issues. The home was very spacious with TV's in each bedroom. The WiFi was also very fast which worked out well as I still had to work from home during the days. The washer/dryer was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with whatever you'd need to cook. We would definitely recommend this home!

Great home very snug and tidy

It was perfect for us. A few very little things…like no soap for the laundry and no bar soap. The parking area has a potted plant that is empty…looks a little sad. Little things…we loved it mostly because we love Folly! Thank you

We were a small group of 7 business owners, that came together for a focused retreat, and to enjoy a few days of fun and comeraderie and Can’t say enough good things about our groups experience. Beautiful home, equipped and stocked with everything we needed. Paras and his on-site manager Emily were very responsive to the few questions we had and we would highly recommend this property to anyone with a group seeking a luxurious home in a private, serene setting.

We had such a lovely stay at Peaceful Haven! It's in a perfect location and in close proximity to nearby attractions and restaurants. It was a cozy home with a perfect backyard! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The hospitality from our hosts is what made our stay so charming! They went above and beyond with providing everyday essentials you would need and more. Their communication was great, and their recommendations were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Charleston.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this location again! The view was perfection! It was very very clean, we had everything we needed. We are sad to leave.

Everything was perfect! We even got to check in early! The resort has so many activities to do! The condo was perfect, pool was right behind it. Not a far walk to the beach and indoor pool was on the way! Would definitely stay here again! We had fun and loved it!

We took a winter getaway with our adult children. The location and views were great! We could walk to many shops, bars and restaurants, and did a bike ride one day. It’s About 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and the ocean view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We’d highly recommend!

We had a great experience with the place. Everything was easy to access and Dawn was a wonderful host.

Liked the easy walk to Presley's seafood restaurant and beach access 37 for sunset walks with dolphins! Waking up with the hot tub right there was a treat. Info packet had helpful sheets like a tide chart, local dining and sights to see.

Lovely and cozy place! Shellie was an incredibly friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean, comfortable, and had a warm atmosphere. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Shellie, for your wonderful hospitality!

Great property with lots around! Great amenities and nothing beats the peacefulness Edisto brings! The host was responsive and friendly. All around great resort and experience.
