Place was perfect for my boyfriend and I for Valentine’s Day and his birthday! Nice and quiet yard was full of things to do in the yard. Bed was comfortable. Definitely will be coming back.

If you are looking for paradise, then look no further. This home is truly a hidden gem. It is located on a quiet street, tucked away from it all; overlooking the gorgeous marsh full of wildlife, yet, it still very convenient to shopping & dining. Brenda’s home is immaculate, nicely decorated, comfortable, & well-appointed. She has truly thought of everything & has the home so well-stocked with beach towels, bikes, fishing rods, etc. It was such a bonus to not have to lug those things down with us & have all of it readily available. The kitchen & appliances are top notch! This is my first time visiting Seabrook, as I have vacationed at Kiawah my entire life. I must say that I have absolutely fallen in love with this island! Seabrook is just as beautiful as Kiawah, however the “vibe” is so much more relaxed and low key. Brenda is the friendliest, most accommodating host that I have ever met. She is wonderful & did so many things to ensure we had a perfect stay! Thank you Brenda!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is very clean and within walking distance to a ton of good restaurants and bars. Town & Island Co. was very responsive and check-in was seamless.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sonnys! Oliver provided clear instructions in the days leading up to check in and it was very helpful. Everything was very clean and we loved the decor of the home! Beds were so comfy! The Cowboy Pool outside plus the other outdoor amenities kept my kids occupied while we relaxed on the deck. I really did appreciate that there was plenty of complimentary tea/coffee and state of the art appliances to make our stay easier. Thank you to both of you, our family definitely loved spending Spring Break at your house and will absolutely keep it in mind next time we come to Charleston. The huge playground nearby is an absolute must visit if anyone staying has children! Its the coolest playground we've ever been too! Cheers!

I normally don’t review things, but felt like I had to for this one. The house had everything you could need. Everything was very thoughtful and beautiful. I would definitely book this home again!

Eugene was extremely responsive and very accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked with any & everything I needed to prepare a meal. Great stay and would definitely recommend to other guests.

If you are looking for a quiet place to get away from it all, this is it! Sunsets are amazing. It is perfect for stargazing. And the silence seeps into your soul. We left rejuvenated. Her place was perfect for the 2 of us. I would stay here monthly if I could! Ps. I highly recommend getting some shrimp & oysters (if you come in the ‘R’ months) at Flowers on Hwy 174 heading to Edisto Beach.

This cottage definitely deserves all 5 stars! The cottage itself is beautifully designed with the most amazing outdoor spaces! It’s a quiet peaceful retreat but close to plenty of restaurants and activities if that’s what you want. We most enjoyed sitting on the front porch and just enjoying the tranquility! Pam and Oliver are delightful hosts and we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing spot close to the hustle and bustle of Charleston!

This stay exceeded our expectations! We needed somewhere close-by the hospital downtown, but also wasn’t in the city. This was heaven on earth - horses, bass fishing, our pups enjoyed the fenced yard and the peace that surrounded this place was amazing. Denise and Tanya couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating hosts. We’re definitely planning to come back!

This place is AMAZING! I wish we had taken more pictures. We had such a great relaxing time from the beautiful house and dock with it’s breathtaking views that we just enjoyed life and each other. The deep water dock was perfect for our boat. Only a short boat ride to the inter coastal waterway and beaches. Janie is a fabulous host. We couldn’t ask for anything better. She gave us excellent advice and recommendations for local restaurants and a close boat landing. Not only will we be come back again and again, but we have already started sharing this fantastic place with all our friends and family!
