A great stay at Daphne’s. Location was perfect- a few feet from beach access, and a driveway away to the bicycle paths. The unit is warm, comfy, and the screened in porch is fantastic. Also, the bed may be the most comfortable Airbnb bed we’ve ever slept. This is a great, relaxing, friendly place. And Daphne’s service is remarkable, - stellar. She responds within minutes, and seemed extremely concerned that our stay was better than we hoped. Thank you.

Our trip was last minute, but worth it. Everything was top tier.

We had a wonderful stay at Tyler’s place. The house was a beautiful mix of old Charleston with all updated features. He made us feel right at home. He left us snacks and a bottle of champagne. So thoughtful! It was an easy walk to the top of king st. We walked and was a 5-10 minute uber ride to the end of island. I would definitely recommend Tyler’s house.

The spot was very spacious and clean. It was the perfect place to hide in plain sight while being productive and getting some work done.

We received a warm welcome prior to our arrival date offering up a local travel guide and announcing that snacks and a bottle of wine would be there to welcome us. The apartment was perfect for us with very nice modern upgrades throughout with the warmth of real wood floors. The private driveway and personal side entrance was a plus. All this made for a restful retreat after a day of sightseeing. We highly recommend this quite comfortable apartment and our host for your next stay in Charleston.

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. My husband and two kids stayed comfortably in this 2 bedroom home. The host greeted us with a sweet note with fresh fruit along with fresh flowers. The neighborhood was charming and we felt very safe. Very close to downtown as well. The upstairs was a tad stuffy with airflow but the just left a fan in the closet so we were able circulate the air. That wasn’t a problem because we just opened the window a bit in the evening. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Charleston!

Great little house away from downtown. Plenty of amenities nearby and just what we needed for our stay. The yard was nice and the home was clean. Easy to check in and out. We would stay here again for sure. It did say it was walking distance to shops and restaurants but I wouldn’t consider what we found near by to be as close of a walk as we imagined. This didn’t affect our trip in anyway, however.

The home is in an older, well-established neighborhood that is safe enough that neighbors leave bikes unattended in yards overnight. There are saggy spots and chips in the kitchen floor, but it was spotlessly clean on arrival. The wood floors in the bedrooms, living room and hall look original and are beautiful. There is a lovely fenced yard. We'd have enjoyed sitting out there if it was warmer. It would also be a great place to turn a dog out to run and play. The kitchen is huge and well-equipped, with tons of cabinet and counter space, and everything needed to prepare a meal, including a good selection of basic spices and seasonings. Mattresses were comfortable; there were small dressers in each bedroom, so we didn't have to live out of suitcases. Note: The listing says cotton sheets; the ones on the king bed were 100% polyester--not bad in winter, but would be hot in summer. There were plenty of towels for our group. Washer and dryer access was appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay! The whole house was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds. We loved the pool area though we had colder weather and only one polar bear guy took a dip

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

Condo was perfectly located with beach access just across the street. We had a perfect view of the ocean and could walk any where we wanted. Everything was provided including beach chairs and towels. The elevator was close and parking was adequate. We will definitely choose this condo again.

The condo was great for my family's vacation. The secondary bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the main bedroom giving teens and parents privacy. The patio is well furnished and comfortable to hang out on in the mornings and evenings. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk or quick drive to golf and other amenities (if you buy the pass, but it's worth it). Overall, great stay.

We had an incredible week-long stay at this beautiful condo, which was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 young children. The condo was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views of both the ocean and the golf course. All three bedrooms were generously sized, and we never felt crowded. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the beach and even closer to the pool, which provided endless hours of fun for our entire family. The easy parking and short drive to Charleston made exploring the area a breeze. Plus, there are fantastic restaurants both nearby and in the city. Steve was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
