Chris’s guesthouse was great! The location was convenient to so many things and the space is perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay here very much and thought Chris did a great job hosting. The listing is as described. The only things I’d mention are that the pillows on the bed were pretty uncomfortable for both me and my wife - one option was almost totally flat, while the other was extremely firm and very very thick. We aren’t usually picky about this, but wished we had brought our own pillows. The cookware in the kitchen is also pretty limited, which was surprising considering how well stocked everything else was. We would for sure stay here again and very much enjoyed our stay, but wanted to mention those things in case they are important to anyone else traveling here. Great location in Charleston!

Brett’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway. She was super responsive and flexible with letting us check out late. Cutest little apartment and had everything we needed. Only 10 min from downtown Charleston, so very convenient to everything! 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I enjoy this little gem tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood! Will definitely book again for any stays in the area ! She was very helpful and sweet to all the needs we had. Recommend for any future stays!

Roomy clean and comfortable studio in a location that made it easy to get to all of the attractions surrounding Charleston. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay on Daniel Island. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive with miles of walking or biking paths. Beautiful pond 1 block away. The apartment is clean and bright, bed was super comfortable. Be prepared for a fairly long flight of stairs going up. The Charleston area has many great historical attractions plus many nice restaurants. We would recommend David and Shirlie’s place to anyone!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cottage. It was convenient to downtown Charleston and to James Island. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

If you’re looking for a unique place to stay, that’s well situated between the beach and downtown, this is a great option. Anything this place lacks in square footage, it makes up for in character, charm and overall vibe. October mornings with the outdoor shower are not for the faint of heart, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. My wife loved the decor, outdoor lighting, plants in the shower, windows looking out to green-spaces. The bed is super comfy and cozy. Kokomo is awesome, we want to check out Roatan.

The property was just as described in the listing. It’s very beautiful and extremely clean. Katie was an exceptional host. She proactively communicated with us on time and also quickly responded to questions we had regarding things to do in the area. I’d highly recommend this unit. It was also very close to restaurants.

Lovely tucked away carriage house within walking distance of King Street, College of Charleston and very close to Colonial Lake. Wonderful stay very cozy and comfortable.

John was a wonderful host and I would definitely stay at John's place in the future. John's guidebook was spot on, terrific recommendations! Charming little neighborhood, walking distance to so much and a short ride downtown.

Welcoming, spacious, comfortable and everything you need. Enjoyed the natural, peaceful surroundings only a few minutes from historic Summerville. Perfect for our family of four with everyone having his/her own space. Easy drive to Charleston if timing is right. Jessie & Robin were PHENOMENAL hosts. Our stay wasn’t long but it was peaceful, clean and just what we were looking for. The space was exactly as described. They were quick to respond and were proactive at check in and check out. Our time in Charleston was wonderful and the stay only added to that! If we find our way back to Charleston I will be booking with them again.

Fantastic host. Sue's Outback really is a little slice of heaven. The Outback was well equipped, as shown and very tidy. The pool was a HUGE bonus for our daughter. We can't forget Mr. Dobby, he's a wonderful pup with lots of personality. Thank you again for all your hospitality, Sue. Our family will be back soon.

It’s a beautiful place! Terry was so responsive. We lost power for a bit due to a storm and he had a generator hooked up in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely stay again.

The Happy Place was fantastic! It's super cozy and so peaceful! There is an amazing outdoor space that is perfect for a relaxing evening after dinner. Everything was clean and well kept. Kimberly is a perfect host! She is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend these accommodations!

The James was the cutest place. Looked exactly like the pics! We visited the area for a concert on my husband’s bday. Caitlyn had a sweet note for us along with a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate his bday. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. The outdoor area in back was a nice peaceful setting for us to sit at night. Never got to take a bath outside though. 😢 Communication from the host was quick- we had questions about Uber and Caitlyn immediately replied with their own Uber experiences which held true when we ordered our own Ubers downtown. Location is perfect- only 15 min downtown and about the same to Folly Beach, where we relaxed on Sun afternoon. A pleasant surprise- you can bring your pups to this cute place- our pup has one more set of shots to get so we couldn’t bring her this time. Plus, check in is 3:00 (most places are 4:00) and check out is 11:00 (most places are 10:00) and the icing on the cake- no check out chores to be done! We will be bac

Lovely compact space in an attractive, quiet and walkable residential neighborhood. Trader Joe's, a pharmacy and many restaurants close by. Downtown Charleston a quick 10 minute drive. The perfect location from which to see all that Charleston and the surrounding area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Charleston.

Dottie’s place was as described and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely come back when visiting the area.

This is our second visit at Jake’s. It’s perfect for two people, and the hosts pay a lot of attention to details and comforts you won’t find at most hotels. You immediately feel at home. West Ashley is a great location with really good restaurants and bars, and it’s a quick drive to downtown, beaches, and other attractions. We hope to be back in the future.

John and Leah's apartment was a wonderful place for us to stay during our visit to Charleston. It was very clean and bright with very attractive furnishings. It was about a 20 minute drive to the center of the city but was a nice, quiet respite when we weren't touring. John and Leah very very responsive to our questions and very accomodating to our needs. We would love to stay there again.

Such a great stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and had all the little touches that make you feel right at home. The location is perfect—an easy walk to everything in downtown Summerville, which made exploring super convenient. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay here was incredible! Perry and his wife were extremely responsive and the place was beautiful. It was close to everything we wanted to do and being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops was so nice. We will definitely be back!
