A great spot for sure! Our family of 8 including 5 children had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and inviting and so convenient to the beach, pool and all Wild Dunes has to offer. We appreciated the pack and play and high chair, stocked kitchen and extras like beach chairs, games and towels. We would love to return!

Simply put; the best option in ALL of Charleston for a big group to stay, both from a space and price perspective.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crab Chateau on the Isle of Palms. The house was very comfortable and conveniently located. I appreciated Dustin's quick communication and the ease of making arrangements. Thank you.

We loved our stay at “The Sand Bar”! The ocean view and beach access were unbeatable. The house was very clean and stocked with many supplies and amenities. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and always friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

Maryellen’s place was the perfect spot for our quick weekend trip! The space was fantastic and within walking distance of the beach, shops, and lots of restaurants. We had a great time!

Value was great. Home was even nicer in person than in the pictures which was a welcome surprise! They really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Full dishes, pots and pans, AND kids dishes. Comfortable beds, amazing front/back porches, and a short walk to the beach. House was spotless upon check-in and communication was great - always proactive, and also quick to answer texts with quality information when we had questions about the area! Tons of beach stuff for the whole family was provided, books and toys for the little ones, as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and great service from AvantStay. Can't wait to get back down there!

A Perfect Beach Getaway – Our Home Away from Home This was our second stay at this wonderful Airbnb, and it continues to exceed our expectations. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation—cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The home is spotless, and the attention to detail is fantastic. The location is unbeatable. We loved peaceful walks on the quiet beach, spotting dolphins offshore, and breathtaking sunrises. At night, the soothing sound of waves made for the perfect sleep. The ocean views from the front porch were ideal for morning coffee or unwinding with a book. It’s also incredibly pet-friendly! The patio gate, vacuum, dog bed, and even food dishes made traveling with our dog stress-free. To top it off, our hosts went above and beyond—even treating us to dinner one night. Their hospitality makes this place truly special. We love it here and can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a peaceful beach retreat, this is it!

What a gem. Cozy. Convenient. We immediately felt at home here. While it’s a smaller home it has everything a family or a small gathering would need. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, Tupperware, etc for cooking. They had beach gear and even swings our little kids enjoyed. Fire pit for adults and a level short walk to the beach. We enjoyed sunrises with coffee and breakfast and evenings playing cards on the screened porch. Beth communicated seamlessly. Amazing host. We will most certainly return next year.

The home was beautiful and furnished very well. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Bed was very comfortable. The home was very clean. We appreciate that we were able to bring our dog and the front yard was very open and kept up. It was nice that the home had a garage under the house to secure our car as well. It was very quiet all around us the whole week. Would be happy to stay here again.

Jamie’s house was lovely! We had so much space for my family of 6 to spread out. The kitchen is properly stocked with more than you need, the bathrooms also had plenty in case you forgot something. The pool/patio area is lovely. The walk to the beach took minutes, and the downtown strip of IOP is a 15 min walk. We enjoyed our stay & will most certainly be back.

Corrie’s place is amazing and very unique! I highly recommend it and we would love to come back for another stay.

We had the best time at this house! It was a beautiful setting and great location. Jayne was extremely helpful when it came to recommendations and navigating Kiawah Island. Her house is fully stocked and very comfortable. We chose to heat the pool which was worth it. Some of the days were very miles in temp so we were happy to have a heated pool. The pool was awesome! Very big and my kids loved it. We hope to come back to Kiawah and would definitely stay at this house again!

The home was beautiful. It was a very easy walk to the beach. The small pool was great for our grandkids. Loved the bike trails and easy walk to a playground. We had a great week!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Andy’s place in Folly Beach - comfortable beds with great linens and modern, clean bathrooms - the well stocked kitchen was also a plus. The selection of books/guides helped us learn more about Folly Beach - lovely views front and back as well!

Seth’s house has been wonderful! The house is a great size with plenty of room for everyone. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and this place was spotless! Easy walk to a gorgeous beach, running paths, and even the Isle of Palms marina is within walking distance. Seth is always responsive and one of the best hosts of any Air BnB we have stayed in.

Amazing House on the water . Beautiful pool , comfortable beds so peaceful and serene . Beautiful sunsets and stargazing from the dock . Kayaks were a blast . Sauna was great . Cold lounge was awesome Chris was super responsive and accommodating . Will be back for sure !

This was a beautiful ocean front property with gorgeous views . It was located at the 17TH Green and 18TH Tee. It was so relaxing to have coffee on the deck and watch golfers pass. There was a beach access just to our left. Loved having our own umbrella and chairs each day on the private beach!! The pool was lovely and convenient and offered an ocean view to one side at the 18TH Green. Family members enjoyed having the golf clubhouse just across the street! The large open family room / kitchen / dining was a wonderful daily gathering spot. Parking is single file and does require a lot of moving vehicles to accommodate daily excursions. Thank you, Michael, for being such a great host!!! We had such a wonderful vacation in a beautiful location!!

We were in town for a wedding and Todd’s was a great place to stay for all of our guests. The living room/dining/kitchen area is great for entertaining, the multiple balconies/porches were put to good use, and we all slept quite comfortably in the bedrooms. The location is great, the beach was beautiful, and the weather was perfect. This is a great place to stay!

Beautifully appointed cottage and extremely communicative hosts with super clear instructions. We were even greeted with a sweet treat and bottle of wine. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family was in IOP for a wedding and stayed at Doug's place. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and was very comfortable. The home itself was very clean. We enjoyed coffee every morning in the screened in porch and even had a few chances to walk to the beach. Doug was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay at Doug's home again.

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend in IOP. Very convenient 5 minute walk from the beach and very close drive to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. The space is even more beautiful in person with comfortable beds and linens as well. Lisa accommodated an early checkin and was responsive when asking about IOP conditions post Hurricane Debby! I definitely recommend staying here!
