Great place, great host. Franks concern for everything really shows in his unit. Even putting up some Christmas lights outside before our arrival. Great walkable area. And 4 places close by - Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Island Provisions and D'Allesandro's. Great food all at different levels. And 1 street over from King St so close enough to walk but far enough away that you don’t get the craziness. So - perfect spot. You’ll enjoy Franks place.

Our stay was great! The space is well laid out and worked perfectly for our family of 5. Would totally stay there again.

Joseph is great, very responsive! House is cute. It’s on a very busy street across from an Elementary School. Backyard is HUGE and is great if you are traveling with a dog. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are very high off the ground. This may be an issue for young kids or small dogs. Walking distance to downtown Park Circle. Lots of great places to eat. Many trains go through the sub at all hours. We would stay again!

Corrie’s place is amazing and very unique! I highly recommend it and we would love to come back for another stay.

We had the best time at this house! It was a beautiful setting and great location. Jayne was extremely helpful when it came to recommendations and navigating Kiawah Island. Her house is fully stocked and very comfortable. We chose to heat the pool which was worth it. Some of the days were very miles in temp so we were happy to have a heated pool. The pool was awesome! Very big and my kids loved it. We hope to come back to Kiawah and would definitely stay at this house again!

First off, I’d like to immediately mention that Steven was super responsive and quick to reply whenever we needed to message him for anything. He was kind and considerate and even gave us recommendations for different areas around Charleston! The neighborhood is pretty and secluded as well as homey, making us feel right at home. We also made use of the pool and grill where we had a nice time outdoors. The king bedroom also had its own unique barn door for the attached bathroom which I thought was so cool and special. Thank you for hosting a great place for our spring break trip. Would definitely recommend :)

Great host! 6 of us stayed at the airbnb and it was spacious, clean and we felt right at home. Super easy to community. Close to shopping, food and activities. We will deff stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing week in Lecien's condo! The condo was absolutely perfect for my family of five and was decorated and appointed so well. The beds were so comfortable and there were new TV's in every room. We loved having access to the Seabrook Island Club, and enjoyed horseback riding, fishing, working out, and golf! We rode the bikes she provided everywhere and will most definitely be returning!! FIVE STARS!!!

Mauri was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend her for rental properties. She’s extremely attentive and responsive. I live locally but rented this property for my sister and her friends. The house is in a great location and perfect for hosting a group. Thank you again for having us!

We had an amazing week with our three adult kids and their significant others! The home was beautiful! Comfy, clean, crisp ... everything we had hoped for and more! We were able to relax (plenty of comfortable space) and come together and enjoy our time together making meals, playing games, and watching movies. The location was excellent. Close to beach and town, yet quiet and private nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Many memories were made with the family. We have already passed along our experince to interested friends and hope to have our family return again in the future.

My family was in IOP for a wedding and stayed at Doug's place. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and was very comfortable. The home itself was very clean. We enjoyed coffee every morning in the screened in porch and even had a few chances to walk to the beach. Doug was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay at Doug's home again.

We had a great first trip to Charleston! This was a great location. The house was lovely, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and with a great fenced yard for our goldens! The host was responsive and friendly!

Ginger replied quickly and gave great details. the first place that I felt I actually got my money's worth for the service and hospitality waiting for us. The kitchen was charming and fun. A blessing to us when we were in a pinch to find a place to stay for the family visiting my grandmother in the hospital. Would stay again!

Contacted the host about an extended stay while here for work and received a prompt response. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order and occasionally checked in to make sure my stay was going well. 5-stars! I would definitely stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay was very comfortable. The charming ranch is updated with marble counter tops and backslash in the kitchen, easy glide doors in bathrooms and a powerful shower heads. No odor, no carpeting and clean throughout. Should we have to be in the Charleston area again, if available, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Sand.

Wonderful location right off King St. Amazingly well equiptd with thoughtful details everywhere. Beautifully renovated with 3 large bedrooms each with a small but adequate bath. The courtyard was a peaceful place tp have you morning coffee with all the supplies (even creamer!) provided. The 3rd floor playroom even had a full bath with tub. Very spacious for a family.

Location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. The place was very nice and comfortable. Very clean, well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Very relaxing. Nice porch with swing. Parking is great as well. We would definitely return.

We appreciate that we were able to bring our dog and the front yard was very open and kept up. It was nice that the home had a garage under the house to secure our car as well. It was very quiet all around us the whole week. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great place, great hosts! Very tasteful, new, and very homey place. Comfortable,, convenient to everywhere. . Extremely walkable. Furnishings are just like the pictures, and beds are AWESOME. hosts are terrific. Nice touches like a big Costco size tub of Folgers, sugar, Splenda, make waking up stress free. There’s construction 🚧 in the neighborhood but there’s construction everywhere in CHS. If the noises of a growing city bother you, I recommend a weekend in the country. If you want a downtown hidden jewel this is it! I’ll definitely be back.

Thomas's place truly felt like a home. It was well stocked and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet very centrally located to easily get to downtown Charleston. I was really surprised by how much Mt. Pleasant had to offer and am really glad we chose to stay in this area. Thomas's house rules are very easy to follow and he was quick to communicate when I needed something. Highly recommend!
