Rob and Zack were perfect host! The house the breakfast the company was beyond high expectations and would recommend to anyone staying in the area to visit this bed and fantastic breakfast! I can not recommend this place any more than this. #1 choice!

First, let's start off with the real gem, the real treasure that this place offers. Jan & Tom are lovely, kind, thoughtful, resourceful and wonderful hosts. You will feel VERY welcomed in this very peaceful, very clean and beautiful home. It's exactly as you see in the pictures. And, you can't go wrong with staying here! I absolutely love it (especially near the beaches), and would without a doubt, stay here!

We really loved staying here! The house was beautiful, spacious and the views were spectacular. It accommodated all 7 adults very well, everyone was comfortable! We look forward to going back soon! ☺️☺️

The host was amazing! Very responsive and the property had everything and more! The proximity to where we needed to be to family was perfect and we even fit in a beach day! Beds were oh so comfortable and worked well for all ages of our family. Sitting outside and gazing and the pond after long fun filled days at the pool, perfect! We cooked almost every night in and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home! Thank you so much, we appreciate y’all and will forever remember our trip there!

We had a lovely time staying at Steve’s casita. For February we got stunning weather - coming from northern VA, we expected warmer, but this week was fabulous, warmer than the locals expected too. Everything in the unit was as shown, the couch was super comfy, as was the bed. The neighborhood was quiet, view from the back yard is so serene, yet it’s close to stores and restaurants (we tried CudaCo seafood and Martin’s BBQ, both super close to the house and very good), and less than 15 minutes (even with traffic) into Charleston proper. We had a great time downtown, parking wasn’t too bad and we found some great ways to pass the time and fill our bellies - try Legend Deli or Bodega for lunch, the Swamp Fox for dinner, they’re all outstanding. Captain Steve took us out on the first boat ride of the season, a little chilly but so worth it, so beautiful around the marshes of Folly Beach, and we saw a wonderful sunset along with the dolphins. Loved our week, and we will be back!

No complaints whatsoever! Very beautiful home with a great scenery. Matt is super friendly and accommodating, 10/10 reccomend!

Jane Ann, Lisa, and their friends were all great! Wilbur, her dog, is absolutely adorable—a small dog with a big personality! Wish I could have stayed longer, but would definitely love to come back for another extended stay

My husband and I loved this place on Goose River Reservoir. I picked it because it was on the water. It was peaceful and relaxing on the enclosed back deck. It is close to great stores and eateries. About 20minutes to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. There is plenty for kids to do at the house. The Master bed was comfy and warm. Shower was awesome. What I liked: The house felt warm and cozy. I liked being on the river and listening to the bugs, squirrels and birds. We loved being on the back deck relaxing and drinking our coffee. House rules were not overbearing, but to just clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes left in the sink, take out trash and bring the towels down to the washer. I tried to sweep, but I didn't find a broom. I spilt coffee grinds, but was able to clean it up. Communication with the owners was great and quick response! We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

The place was as described plus added gracious touches by a thoughtful host. We had a long drive, arrived at 1:45 am and we checked in easily with oranges, cold water, ibuprofen, some candies and a cozy bed waiting. It was beyond appreciated. Would stay again.

Dan was a great host and the room was just as advertised -- comfortable, quiet, clean, equipped with everything one needs, and conveniently located.

One of the most unique homes we’ve ever been in! Everything was wonderful from the private lake, to the multiple decks, to the quick walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic stay for my Dad’s 60th birthday weekend! Beautiful sunset, wonderful sun room with a double sided fireplace and plenty of space for our whole family to spread out. We will definitely be back!

We loved this place. The home had all the creature comforts and close to plenty of local good spots to eat and explore. The best part was the backyard for the pups. They could run around and watch the geese. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. If we’re back in the area we’ll definitely book Michael’s place again! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The house if very comfortable and beautiful. Everything you need is there unless you’re a chef who needs some xtra fancy stuff you could literally make do with what’s there. Just bring your toothbrush!!

We needed a spot to overnight in our long drive home from Florida. Dan’s had a great room available on short notice. Dan messaged back quickly once we had booked. We were pleased with the room and would come here again for a future stop in the Charleston area.

Erica and John were wonderful! They were extremely accommodating with our check-in time. They were great at responding to messages and gave great recommendations on places to eat/explore in Downtown.

Daniel’s place was clean and exactly as pictured. It was more than enough space for me and my BFF for a Galentine’s weekend in Charleston. We felt safe and at home here. Daniel was flexible with check-in and very responsive. Would stay here again!

Great stay in a beautiful neighborhood.

Talk about a perfect location! We loved the quiet neighborhood and being able to walk to restaurants, old Mount Pleasant, and the Pitt Street Bridge. Ideal location to get to Sullivan's Island and downtown.

Denise and Tanya were the most cordial and accommodating hosts! We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside the door. The Triple Crown House was extremely clean and comfortable. The farm is beautiful. Feeding the horses and fishing in the lake were a treat. Denise and Tanya went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. We hope we can return in the future. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, Eden Wind Farm is the perfect place!

My second visit here, and I plan to return when possible. This is an outstanding oasis on Edisto! A roomy property for strolling, great neighborhood for biking. This cabin has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check out Botany Bay Beach. Happy travels!
