Sherry has a beautiful home with a large pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The interior was spacious, clean, and well decorated! It felt like a trip to the beach without leaving the mountains. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a vacation around Fayetteville.

This place was an amazing winter get away! Still did some hiking and enjoyed the hot tub. Made the trip easy for pets with the fenced in yard. Walkable to restaurants. We loved the Gaines estate and Erin’s place we definitely want to come back!!! 10/10 review

Absolutely amazing Airbnb, wish we could give it more than 5 stars! Not only is it an incredible stay in an actual airplane hanger, but Ashley and her husband have included every amenity you can think. From the indoor fireplace, tvs, and stellar decorations, to the outdoor pool, hot tub, grill, and fire pit, you’ll never be short of things to do. We loved watching planes come and go on the private airstrip, we can’t wait to come back and book a flight on the biplane! Highly, highly, highly recommend checking this place out for yourselves !

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

We were in town visiting family and had a great stay at this house. We really enjoyed the open space of the living room - to-kitchen, sitting on the deck, and walking the large lot of land. Beth is a great host with a clean beautiful property. Glad we were blessed to experience it.

House was exactly what we expected. We had a fairly large group and there was plenty of space for us. Christina was great and kept in communication with us throughout. Just wish we were there in the summer to use the pool. Highly recommended.

The Pool House exceeded our expectations! It was larger than the photos indicated and everything was so clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend this stay!

This was a beautiful and peaceful getaway in the mountains! I was able to relax and unwind after a hectic start to the year. Bedding was the most comfortable and I actually forgot to look at the mattress name before I left because I wanted to buy one for myself! The bathroom was really pretty and the soaking tub was great! The kitchen was very accommodating and had everything I needed! My favorite part was curling up with a good book in front of the gas fire place and watch the snow fall outside. There is a keypad to enter the home, which died in the middle of my stay. I called Nancy and they came down right away to let me in and change the batteries. I highly recommend having a 4x4 vehicle to get up and back down but still possible in a front/rear wheel drive. I will definitely be back!

Such a great stay with a beautiful, peaceful surrounding. I enjoyed coffee on the back porch watching the birds and enjoying nature multiple times. The house is very easy to find, and the photo instructions make finding the enterance a breeze. The parking area is large enough I could have turned my Corolla around in the driveway if I'd needed to. The drive up to the house is your typical West Virginia back roads, but if you take it slow and pay attention you'll be just fine. Scottie was quick to respond to any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the stay! If I end up back that way I would for sure stay again!

We had a great time bringing our dogs to April's place on our trip to Lewisburg. She was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. I would absolutely recommend her place to future friends/guests!

Stayed while on business. I nice older home. It was a quiet place with nice extras like coffee, creamer, snacks, laundry detergent, etc. Communication was excellent. On street parking was no issue. Hope to stay again

The space was clean and there was plenty of room for 7 people! We enjoyed sitting on the porches, the area was quiet and we had great neighbors.

The Little House was the perfect stay! If you’re looking for somewhere reasonably private but still close to amenities this is the place to book. It truly was a beautifully historic fairytale. I couldn’t get enough of the original art around the house and the antique furniture was absolutely stunning. I loved finding all the little notes around the house and seeing the wildlife right outside the windows! I accidentally left a scarf and Mary was so proactive about helping me with that. Looking forward to staying again!

We book many Airbnbs and Heather’s worked out great! We went to hike New River Gorge NP and surrounding SP. Her home is very close to Canyon Rim Visitor Center and Thurmond Historic District. She is a little further from Grandview, and Sandstone Visitor Center, but, all are drivable and worth seeing. She provides excellent binders of hikes, waterfalls, and overlook tours. We felt at home in her duplex. We were able to cook meals and enjoyed watching the birds out the kitchen window. Heather provided all the kitchen and bathroom necessities. She was very responsive when we had a couple of questions and even stopped by when we asked her. It was nice to meet her. If you are looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay that is convenient to a host of activities, this should work for you. We highly recommend and would stay here again. We traveled to the area to explore New River Gorge. Easy access to the park. Traveled with my elderly parents and the accessibility features were perfect. Easy to get them in and out with their walkers. Relaxing space and quiet street. It was perfect for us! My Dad mentioned they were the most responsive hosts we have ever had at an airbnb.

I can't recommend this place enough! Not only was the space clean and comfortable... but Rhonda was amazing! She left detailed messages to ensure I found the right place! The check-in process was facile, and the guest book had so many suggestions for local food and things to explore. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of thought that has obviously gone into this place. The kitchen was my favorite. Well-stocked with almost any piece of cookware you could possibly need, and I was stunned by the spice selection! The views were a perfect mix of rural and urban alike, which only got better as the sun went down... the lights only added to the truly incredible experience this place has to offer. I enjoyed myself immensely and have every intention of returning.

This is our 2nd stay here, Ashley has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Definitely will return! Great part of town to get to many hatfield trails and outlaw trails! Great restaurants around as well.

This was the perfect weekend getaway! The house is beautiful - the charm of an older house with all the modern amenities. The house was spotlessly clean, beds comfy, and kitchen well stocked. The views from the house were stunning 360 degrees around. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We plan to come back next year!

This beautiful home is warm and welcome get-away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The pond, deck, swing, and beautiful scenery made our stay perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and feels just like home. We love the fireplace, kitchen, bathrooms, and comfortable beds. I’m so glad we found this wonderful place to stay.

I would like to say this place was great. It was exactly as listed and more. The house smelled amazing when we first got there. Clean and comfortable from start to finish. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils etc. and even had a crockpot and an indoor grill/like a George Forman. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and it was convenient to the trails. Matt and Jodina were great at the communication through the whole process. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone. Thank you so much!
