Fantastic place! This was our second time staying here and we’ve loved it both times. Very close to ski hills and convenient to get to downtown harbor springs or petoskey! Perfect for our family vacation.

The house was exactly what we needed for a ski trip with 5 kids and 3 adults. All the kids were able to play pool, ping pong, and basketball in the basement while the adults relaxed upstairs after a long day of skiing. No issues. Chip was easily reachable before/during/after our stay.

The home was absolutely perfect for our larger family! We had zero issues the entire time we were there. Would definitely stay there again ☺️

Nicest property I have ever rented. The rooftop deck was incredible, including the container plunge pool. Super awesome. Best place to watch sunrise in Charlevoix.

We were in town to snowboard at Boyne Mountain. This was a great location with some great dining options near by and a short 10 min drive to Boyne City.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. The linens/sheets were fabulous. The decor and art was superb. The small touches of fresh lavender, beautiful flowers on the porch and toiletries in the bathrooms were great. The location is fantastic. Would love to stay there again. It’s a special place. Our stay at Kathy’s place was perfect! The rental was spotless upon are arrival and Kathy was extremely flexible with check in and checkout. Her communication before and during our stay was outstanding and prompt. Kathy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during are stay. I would definitely recommend her place and happily rent from her again in the future.

Great location and plenty of space for a multifamily adventure. This unit was comfortable for four Moms and 8 kids to sleep, cook meals and relax. The location was perfect for younger kids to take a mid day break from skiing.

100% awesome place to stay! Super cozy, quiet, right next to Bay Harbor and the highway being right there makes getting to Petoskey easy peasy. This makes Walmart or Meijer runs a breeze should you nee provisions and downtown is around the corner for local eats. I was there for a couple days of snowboarding and will totally investigate availability when I come up next year or if the wife and I drop in over summer!

Great location and beautiful view. Very spacious condo. The elevator made the condo extremely easy to access. Has all the amenities you would need.

Great place for big families, host was very responsive and condo is in a great location. Our only comment is that the condo can potentially hold 14 but there are only 2 bathrooms and one is in the master bedroom so a little hard for everyone to access at all times, other than that a great place and kitchen is fully equipped.

We had a great stay. This place is very nice and has everything you could possibly need. Also in a fantastic location. We will be back!

We loved this place, it was perfect decor our skiing weekend as it was only 10 minutes from nubs nob. The place was spotless and beautiful, we would definitely come back!!
