Charlotte County : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

We loved our two week stay. The unit is small, but perfect for us. We were looking for a "less busy" location with quick access to other locations ... we were close enough to Sarasota, Siesta Key, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda. Some good restaurants options close, some within walking distance ... if you didn't want to venture too far. Everything was, as described ... no surprises. Our needs/questions were few because all was communicated well ... but, for the few questions we did have the host and the maintenance crew were very responsive. We plan to stay here again.

I was in town for a fundraiser and will recommend to out of towners. I’m familiar with the area. I lived on a boat near Palm Island on weekends. All my friends are rebuilding after the hurricane and I needed a place to stay. I packed up a lot of things that she already had available air mattress, blankets extra pillows. she thought of everything. I brought my sister and a friend last minute.

Nicole place was nice and clean , plenty of room except bathroom a bit to tiny !

This place is so amazing. Relaxing atmosphere and great people! The pictures don’t do it justice. The host was very friendly and responsive! Definitely recommend and would come back!

Dez was a great host. He bent over backwards to make us very comfortable.

David and Natalie were awesome, loved their place, updated, comfortable and very clean. The area has much less traffic then Sarasota and Tampa so driving the area was much less stressful. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying with David and Natalie again. Cheers Chris and Susan

This place was everything as advertised! The walk to the beach was 3-4 mins with the kids and a wagon! So super easy! From our understanding the downstairs people are helping rebuild the homes next to this one and they are soooo friendly! We also brought our 2 dogs and everyone around was so friendly with them as well! The dogs had a blast! The place is well kept, the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed for cooking, the grill was great to cook at while we would watch the kids in the pool. We walked to dinner a couple of times. When magnolias re-opens it’ll be even better to walk next door haha! Publix was super close and getting on and off the bridge was wildly easy compared to Anna Maria where we have been before! All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely come back again!

The place was beautiful, it’s clear that the host has made an effort to make your stay very comfortable. The Home had everything we needed for our stay. The area was beautiful and the beach was very close. I would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect, clean, and accurately described. Great proximity to baseball parks and to the coastal towns for dinner. Very nice and new, modern, and spacious. Easily fit my group and all utilities and amenities worked perfectly. Quiet area and great hosts. Would stay again!

This is the right place if you want to disconnect. We brought enough groceries for our week’s stay and were able to truly unplug and relax, which is what we needed.

What a cute, little space. Perfect for the two of us. VERY close to the beach and it was an easy walk to the restaurants and bars. We loved how quiet and serene the location is. Highly recommend!!

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

This stay was everything we were looking for...quiet peaceful location, beautiful pool and spacious rooms. The hosts thought of everything. The garage was packed with bikes, beach chairs, coolers, a wagon, toys for kids, etc. There were plenty of towels and throw blankets as well. We were greeted with balloons, flowers and an amazing bowl filled with fresh fruit. The area was close enough to everything but also very quiet. We rarely saw any neighbors or people outside so it made for a super relaxing vacation. We would definitely book again!

We had the best and most relaxing time staying at the condo. Everything was so clean and the view was AMAZING. Being able to walk across the street to the beach was an added bonus. We had everything we needed and John was a very responsive host. We were even able to check in a little early and after driving through the night from VA we were very grateful. The only "small" issue (and it was not an issue for us and absolutely no fault of John's) but there are local bars so music and singing is constant from mid morning till late in the evening. You only hear the entertainment if you are sitting on the balcony. You can not hear anything inside the condo and we slept very well on the very comfy bed. I would highly recommend this condo. We were there for 7 days and it has everything you will need. Thank you John for being a FANTASTIC host. We plan to stay again!!

Clean place, close to everything, exactly as described.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

I don’t have anything negative to say. It was a great place and everything was what I expected. Would come again for sure.

This was our first time staying at Jim's place, though it's our second visit to this lovely condo. Jim's home truly feels like a slice of paradise. The apartment is cozy and perfectly suited for our small family. The sunrises from the back and the sunsets on the beach are simply breathtaking. The heated pool is a fantastic amenity, and Jim generously provides plenty of beach and pool gear, making our stay even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness in the chat were greatly appreciated, always making us feel welcome and cared for. Jim's hospitality and the serene beauty of the location make this a perfect getaway spot. We can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque retreat!

Our stay at Steps to the Beach was great. The unit was clean, well stocked with essentials and great location. Anna and Rick are very informative and have everything set up in the unit so it’s easy to unwind. They are also very responsive to any questions. We hope return again next year if the dates work out.

Perfect stay for my family! It had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, mats & cooler made our beach days more enjoyable. Washer and dryer worked great and kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t have time to use the paddleboard but it’s an awesome bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Sara was awesome and gave us great ideas and recommendations for our girls trip stay. The condo was super and recommendations were spot on for what we wanted.
