only thing is there was like 1 laundry tab 1 dish tab 2 trash bags they want ya 2 clean up but nothing 2 do it with .....so it wasnt provided an it was waterer down this dish soap an laundry soap had water in them as someone had refilled the bottles an its was only $1 tree items 2 began with so make sure you have extra or go shopping otherwise everything was WONDERFUL peaceful spacious it was a great time had 2 weird times someone i think the owner came an stopped by 2 xs. an was watching us on the Camaras was a lil weird if i must say please let people know your stopping by before you peep your head around the corner even if your staying a few houses down

What a lovely place to stay! Sandra and her daughter were always warm, welcoming and helpful. My dog loved the yard, and the surroundings were so peaceful. The apartment has everything we needed and more.

We loved our stay here! Leslie was very easy to communicate with. Beach is not walking distance but a very short drive with nice amenities. Home had extra beach chairs, and pool/beach items such as noodles and boogie boards. Home was everything we expected and more. Beds were super comfy and AC extra cold. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful home! We could not have asked for anything more. Close to beaches and shopping. Perfect home to enjoy the Florida sun and your own pool. Check in and out was simple and Dave was super easy to Correspond with. Hoping to make this a yearly trip.

The place was perfect! We absolutely loved the pool and pool area was amazing. We would definitely come back. The pictures don’t do it justice!

Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

Another wonderful stay at Diane’s villa.Everything anybody can want on a vacation ,lovely villa ,very peaceful location,driving distance to beaches and large choice of restaurants.We had our flight home to UK cancelled due to hurricane Helene but Diane checked in on us all the time and allowed us to rearrange our departure which was such a relief.Not an experience we wish to repeat but look forward to a return visit next spring.

Debi was great to work with! No glitches! Response times were short and she followed through with everything promised. We would recommend her and be glad to work with her in the future.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

lovely house Vladimir gave my family and I few recommendations about places to see and beaches to walk on. the house was amazing along with the pool. Vladimir made us feel welcome and went beyond our expectations.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Close to the beaches and wonderful restaurants. Kamila was a great host and her home is beautiful and clean. The bathroom was remodeled the kitchen was well stocked. We loved it!

Well laid out home. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, pots, coffee pot and Keurig. Very clean home. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Velký dům v klidném prostředí se vším potřebným vybavením. Nejlepší byl vyhřívaný čistý bazén, kde děti trávily spoustu času. Hostitel se snažil o maximální čistotu, ale je fér zmínit, že dům rozlehlý, je se starším vybavením a pet-friendly, takže čistota nebyla všude úplně dokonalá. Dům bychom určitě doporučili pro rodiny s dětmi. Oceňujeme též starostlivost hostitele, který se opakovaně ujišťoval, že je všechno v pořádku.

My family of three and two other couples stayed in Mark and Claudette’s place. We had plenty of room the house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and watching gators pass by in the river. The area is peaceful and the locals are friendly. If you eat anywhere check out the Lighthouse bar and grille. Culture coffee is delicious. We took the Gasparilla tour and it was worth every penny. We can’t wait to come back next year and stay at Mark and Claudette’s beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time staying at Turtle Nest retreat. It was nicely furnished and fully supplied with items needed. The view of the water and sunsets were amazing. Dana was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Turtle Nest Resort!

It was just like it was advertised. Super nice maintenance guy. we had a few questions, and he always answered his phone. Would stay again..

We felt at home, the place was warm and cozy. The instructions were all laid out about everything. The kitchen had everything! We spent most of our time in the pool. It was a great vacation. Pam did an awesome job in communicating and was very responsive. Highly recommend, we would stay again if we have family in town!! Kudos to Pamela and George for extra linens for all the beds, lots of bath towels and everything you need to go to the beach, including towels!

We are snowbirds who stayed two months. Place is exactly as described. Clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, bed comfortable and location perfect. A very quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Host and property manager were both always very responsive when I contacted either of them. The pool was lovely and maintained well. I would definitely stay again if we come back to this area.

This is the second year in a row that our family stayed here for Christmas break. It's spacious for all of us with 2 young boys. My son loves the fishing in the canal and we all love relaxing on the lanai while the kids swim. It is the warmest pool we have ever had for swimming. We eat all our meals outside also when weather permits. Thanks again , Jo, for making Christmas break 2022 another wonderful time. The Carman's

Great location! Beautiful home. Love the outdoor pool area it was a plus for the kids. Home is has Great family layout.

We had a great stay! The pool was great and the kids had a blast playing! The beach was an easy walk and we loved watching the sunsets! The house was bigger than I had expected, which was great. There is a master suite that is sort of separate from the rest of the house. This was great for us as we have a baby who we could put down for a nap without requiring everyone to be quiet. You can see all the damage that Milton caused in the area, but restaurants have reopened and the beach was in great shape.

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

Sam's place is the real deal! Great location with peace and serenity in the neighborhood. The location is only minutes away from many cool things to do. There is a caretaker who is very responsible as well. They are very responsive and considerate to their guests with great communication should it be needed. I would stay here again anytime. Wayne
