Absolutely perfect. The private beach access was our favorite. Very private beach. I walked down around 6:30am for sunrise and had the entire beach to myself. Sunset is stunning. The neighbors were friendly and helped me find shark teeth. I highly recommend brining goggles and stuff to put shark teeth in. There are so many pretty shells too.

Matt was a great host, and the apartment was wonderful! He made it super easy to check in, and provided everything needed. The bed was very comfortable which is always important and everything was impeccably clean. I would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at Monica’s place! We had booked somewhere else on the gulf coast that ended up being terrible and we were unable to stay. I found Monica’s place and she was so amazing and communicated everything and answered all of my questions. She was a wonderful host. Unit C was extremely clean and up to date. My husband and I loved it for our 10 year anniversary trip. Manasota key was so peaceful! we loved blind pass beach for shells and sharks tooth hunting! We will definitely be back. We will stay with Monica every single time! Thank you!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing. Short, easy drive to local beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed everything about it. Mike was quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive and relaxing get away!

David and Natalie were awesome, loved their place, updated, comfortable and very clean. The area has much less traffic then Sarasota and Tampa so driving the area was much less stressful. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying with David and Natalie again. Cheers Chris and Susan

The house was very clean & stocked. Pool & Fenced yard was a plus. Very private and quiet. No issues at all & felt like home. Will definitely plan to return.

Absolutely loved everything about staying here. The house was spotless, the neighborhood quiet and friendly and the house was the perfect size for us. Christopher was very concerned about making sure we had what we needed in such a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again if he will have us.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

We enjoyed our stay in Rotonda and appreciated the clean home and safe neighborhood during our visit. We had no issues at all. The house is exactly as pictured…spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. The cooler, wagon and chairs provided made for an easy, fun trip to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly like the pictures. Very well appointed, very clean, the bed was the best mattress we have ever slept on, in fact we are most likely going to buy the same brand for our home. Centrally located, almost 100% fenced in. Pet friendly, we have an older dog who doesn’t wander, so it worked perfect for us. Would recommend this property.

My husband and I have the same birthday and this year we decided to rent a place locally and have a (stay-cation?). Mrs Yainley let me know that it was available for an early check-in and I happened to be right around the corner when I received the message, so i decided to go check it out. I showed up and Mrs Yainley was in the house preparing a birthday surprise for us ! She felt bad that she was in the house when I got there and I felt bad that I popped in and caught her setting it up the birthday surprises!! In any case, she was so sweet to do that and it just added another special part to our birthday trip. We were very happy with the home, it was well kept, the showers are awesome, I loved the feel of the master bedroom! There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and an espresso maker which was great. The pool table kept everyone busy and having fun and it was large enough for both our families to come by on our birthday for cake and ice cream. Expectations exceeded! Thanks again!

We enjoyed our place very much! The hot tub is very private and great place to soak and on patio play cribbage and have a drink. The theater chairs and TV was a wonderful way to enjoy movies!! Would highly recommend to others. Out Havanese dog loved it too😀 Joseph was a very responsive host.

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

This place was absolutely perfect! Our expectations were exceeded and helped us to have an amazing experience. The condo looks exactly like all of the pictures and is beautifully decorated and everything was in excellent condition. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and quick to respond. We spent our days at the wonderful pool and enjoyed being able to walk right across the road to the beach. The sunsets were amazing! Being able to walk to several fun restaurants and listen to live music every day enhanced our experience. It was the perfect getaway and we can’t wait to come back!

This place was exactly as described. It's always refreshing when you enter your Airbnb and it is exactly like the pictures and extremely clean. On top of that,it was very well organized. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again soon.

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.

We had a fantastic stay! Seth and Cheryl truly thought of everything—our experience was seamless. They were incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The entire condo was modern, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The layout provided plenty of space to relax, with a variety of seating options in the living areas. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially nice, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. A true highlight was the screened porch overlooking the water—the views were beautiful, and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect spot to read, exercise, get some work done, or simply unwind. We would highly recommend Seth's Place and would absolutely stay here again.
