only thing is there was like 1 laundry tab 1 dish tab 2 trash bags they want ya 2 clean up but nothing 2 do it with .....so it wasnt provided an it was waterer down this dish soap an laundry soap had water in them as someone had refilled the bottles an its was only $1 tree items 2 began with so make sure you have extra or go shopping otherwise everything was WONDERFUL peaceful spacious it was a great time had 2 weird times someone i think the owner came an stopped by 2 xs. an was watching us on the Camaras was a lil weird if i must say please let people know your stopping by before you peep your head around the corner even if your staying a few houses down

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

We had an incredible week in this lovely, inviting, relaxing slice of paradise!! Responsive and friendly hosts, lovely landscaping, private lanai with nice chaise lounge chairs and waterfall hot tub and pool! We were outside enjoying it every day. Comfortable sitting areas, beds, kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed to make several meals. Location was great for walks. It exceeded expectations each day! Look forward to returning someday! Thanks again Connie and Dale!!

Melanie's place was very clean and conveniently located to each place we wanted to go! We enjoyed the views of the canal and even saw a few local critters (turtles birds and an iguana). The hot tub was nice to relax in each evening. Thank you!

Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

Flawless experience staying at the Parsonage. Michelle was an incredible host. The House is nice and all full of cozy. Comfy beds. Hot showers. Everything you could need in the kitchen and the hot tub and pool are amazing. Location is perfect for getting about everywhere in Ft. Myers from the beach to the cape to the baseball facilities. 5 stars across the board.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Nanci’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Paul and Nanci were excellent host, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the observation deck – it was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! And as for the fishing, the fish definitely bite – we had a great time casting a line and even caught a few! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return on my next trip! Thank you, Paul and Nanci, for such a great experience!

The rental had all the amenities needed for our stay. Location was good. The rental was very clean and had good furniture. Highly recommend and Doris was responsive to our needs. Would rent again

Very niece location with easy walk to great restaurants. This home was private and well taken care of. Very kind hosts who were accommodating. Loved the private patio area.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

The house and location was beautiful. Exactly as described, the pictures are very accurate. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the whole place was, inside as well as outside. My husband had a good time talking to Sven when checking in. We spent every night and meal out by the pool/ patio area, very relaxing and a beautiful view of the canal. I got a kick out of the neighbors turtle dock, there are tons of turtles in the canals.

Well laid out home. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, pots, coffee pot and Keurig. Very clean home. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! I reached out prior to our trip to ask if there was a pack and play or high chair on the property as we were driving in with 3 small kids and the car was packed. They quickly responded that they will get whatever we needed. The pack and play was there upon arrival and the next morning they showed up with a brand new high chair for our baby to use during our stay! The pool heater was not cooperating so they sent someone out to have it looked over and the water was perfectly warm for the rest of our trip. The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more to enjoy our time there. Thank you Angelika and Harmut for a wonderful vacation!

We had been staying at another rental in Venice every year since 2020 and when it sold recently we thought we'd never find a house that compared. Not only did it compare but we think it may be our favorite vacation rental ever. We found ourselves not wanting to leave several times and instead hang out in the beautiful backyard area. We appreciated being able to bring our pups and allow them to relax in the living room when we did take a trip out. Thanks Greg for trusting us with your beautiful home and we look forward to coming back next year!

The home was very spacious and comfortable. Because I do a lot of cooking, I was grateful the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking glassware, and lots of cooking utensils. The rest of the house was also well-stocked--plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai area had plenty of seating and was a great area to hangout around the pool. We had family visit for a week and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Jennifer was great to work with--good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful.

We really enjoyed our week at Troy’s lovely home in Port Charlotte. He is a meticulous host and everything is in perfect order & very comfortable. The location is close to my favorite Italian meat market as well as to an abundance of great restaurants. We also enjoyed the waterfront in Punta Gorda which is only a short distance away. We met several neighbors who were incredibly friendly & cordial. Wonderful place. Thanks!

This cottage was super cute—exactly what we were looking for! The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was perfect after long days at the nearby robotics competition. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Would definitely stay here again

Wir buchen sehr oft die Unterkünfte auf Airbnb aber Vickys Unterkunft war das beste was wir je gebucht haben! Wir haben uns vom Anfang an wie zu Hause gefüllt. Das Haus war makellos sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit unserem 4 jährigen Sohn unterwegs und waren deshalb von den vielen Spielsachen und Büchern im Haus begeistert. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, würde bestimmt auch für zwei Familien reichen! Vicky ist reaktionsschnell und ein kleines Problem mit der Pool Heizung wurde innerhalb einer Stunde gelöst. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und sicher. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Vicky!

Another wonderful stay at Diane’s villa.Everything anybody can want on a vacation ,lovely villa ,very peaceful location,driving distance to beaches and large choice of restaurants.We had our flight home to UK cancelled due to hurricane Helene but Diane checked in on us all the time and allowed us to rearrange our departure which was such a relief.Not an experience we wish to repeat but look forward to a return visit next spring.

Tom's place is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and spacious. It has everything you need to prepare meals. We used the pool everyday. Living on the canal was peaceful and relaxing. Tom is a great host and very responsive. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning next year.
