Highly recommend this vacation home! My family and I enjoyed our 6 night stay. The owners responded within minutes about any questions we asked and were always polite. The house is up to date, the beds are super comfortable and the pool was very relaxing! We would love to stay at this location again in our future! It was worth the 15 hr drive there!!!

This is a beautiful, clean, well decorated home in a safe private neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious with lots of storage space. The patio was private with a beautiful pool that was well heated for this time of year. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home.

The house was lovely and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the screened in lanai and pool and hot tub. We were able to eat and play cards/games out under the over-hang in the lanai which was one of the highlights of the house. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Access to the beaches was still limited because they were still cleaning up from the previous hurricane.

Great spot. Super nice and quiet neighborhood- seemed very residential. Easy 10-20 min drive had you at a few different beaches/ popular restaurants etc. host are very responsive.

The home itself was amazing - separate in-ceiling speaker systems both upstairs and downstairs in the outdoor kitchen. The lights were dimmable and adjustable to a color. Jessica accidentally ordered groceries to this property and then let us keep them! Super responsive host. Only issue was getting on and off the island - there was a decent amount of traffic both ways (even as early as 7a)

I would love to give this home a low rating so it wouldn’t be so popular- but that would be very dishonest! This was the best house we have stayed in! So well decorated, very homey and comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing and just what we needed! On top of that, Diana was very quick to respond to messages and questions, especially when I arrived back at the house and realized I had locked the handle the night before and left through the garage that morning and was now locked out! I messaged her and she responded in what seemed like under a minute and gave me the code to the garage! The surrounding area is very quiet even though there are homes nearby. We are flagging this house as a fave for when we return to visit family!

Great place! Clean and comfy. I would stay again if in the area! About 40 minutes to wonderful beaches. All around great place

only thing is there was like 1 laundry tab 1 dish tab 2 trash bags they want ya 2 clean up but nothing 2 do it with .....so it wasnt provided an it was waterer down this dish soap an laundry soap had water in them as someone had refilled the bottles an its was only $1 tree items 2 began with so make sure you have extra or go shopping otherwise everything was WONDERFUL peaceful spacious it was a great time had 2 weird times someone i think the owner came an stopped by 2 xs. an was watching us on the Camaras was a lil weird if i must say please let people know your stopping by before you peep your head around the corner even if your staying a few houses down

Beautiful home on Cape Coral canal. We did have an issue with the pool and spa (out of anyone’s control) but Andrea was very responsive and had multiple people out to help fix it. House was very clean, quality towels/linens, comfortable beds. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes/utensils etc. plenty of storage/closets/drawers. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Cape Coral was a bit further from beaches than desirable, but the house more than made up for that to enjoy our warm/sunny stay in Florida. Pros: Outside area (pool/hot tub, large table, games for kids) with a huge sliding door to the living room/kitchen were perfect for 6 adults + 4 kids. Felt very comfortable with the cost. Andrew & Michelle were responsive with every question we had. Cons: lack/lower quantity of some common items: paper towels, toilet paperb, Kleenex, air hockey didn’t work (we replaced), pizza cutter, beach towels, etc. Would highly recommend for a large family focused on quality pool time, a very nice home and responsive hosts.

Wir durften zwei Wochen in der Villa Egretta verbringen und sind absolut begeistert. Wir verbringen schon seit vielen Jahren unsere Familienurlaube in Florida und haben schon etliche schöne Ferienvillen in Cape Coral, Naples, Bradenton erleben können. Pete‘s Villa hat uns so überzeugt, dass wir sie in unserem Ranking auf Platz 1 setzen. 😊 Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass Pete ein toller Gastgeber ist, bei dem man sich einfach nur super aufgehoben fühlt. Ansonsten guckt euch doch die Bilder vom Haus an…es ist genau so und noch viel schöner, wenn man dann vor Ort ist.

Marijuana was great to work with! She was proactive with instructions, responsive to questions and very pleasant. The house was in great condition, very clean and had all of the things we needed. They even had a bin of beach towels for the pool! It was a very relaxing location in a very quiet neighborhood, yet two streets away there were plenty of restaurants and things to do.

This property is absolutely perfect for families! The house layout with a master suite wing, multiple living rooms and two additional bedrooms is ideal. The pool, hot tub and back patio area is a great hangout space! Even watched NCAA March Madness from the hot tub. The house is very well furnished with all kitchen needs, fun games and beach necessities. Five beach chairs, coolers, beach bags, beach toys and a wagon to make beach days very easy and fun. Our family felt at home and made lots a memories!
