We had a great weekend stay with family. PJ was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Apartment is located in popular Plaza Midwood with lots to do and great places to eat very close to uptown. The unit is a large second story corner unit with lots of space and storage if needed and a great comfy covered balcony to relax on. There were games to play and a nice big flat screen in living room and both bedrooms. Plenty of clean fresh new linen, full kitchen. Very secure building with a gym downstairs. It was a girls weekend and we felt safe and at home. Building is only a couple years old and nicely maintained, feels and smells new. PJ was flexible with both check in and check out which was nice as we had family flying in. Excellent stay, would definitely recommend and come back. 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Great spot walkable to restaurants and short drive/uber to south end / uptown

Craig is very friendly and personable He went out of his way to check me in and out at odd hours of the night when my Train was coming in (so I didn't have to wait at Waffle House, a Hotel Lobby, or the Train Station) that was priceless to me - the place is walking distance to a Whole Foods so you can get healthy options, soups, salads, sandwiches, etc you won't regret choosing this location at all parking can be a problem if weather is bad (you have to walk to the garage) but it's close by. TK’s place was the perfect spot for a quick anniversary get away! Would definitely recommend for solo traveling or a couple. I was able to reserve this home very last minute and it couldn’t have been better. While we enjoyed how peaceful, clean, and very “at home like” TK’s place was, but the best part was honestly the location! You’ll be literally 10 mins away from everything you need. Thank you for being such great host!

Great stay! Felt like you’re at home! Bed super comfy!!! Communication was great and very timely! Smells amazing inside. Would stay again! It’s not a bad thing at all, but just for future people wanting to book you do have to walk up a few flight of stairs to get to the unit . :)

My stay at Trenell’s place was nothing but perfect. My boyfriend and I need to a place to stay for Valentine’s weekend and this is the perfect spot. It is walking distance from restaurant, grocery, and etc. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay again.

This was a great find close to many walkable amenities that Charlotte has to offer. The place was clean and comfortable and the host was extremely responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place while exploring downtown Charlotte.

Alles super. schönes, kleines Apartment in Uptown. Alles ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, selbst nach Southend nur 25 Minuten zu Fuß.

I had an amazing time at this location. I came down here just to get some space from NYC and this was the perfect staycation vacation. All the amenities were included, very easy access, and wonderful views of the city. Chris was responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book again if i decide to book an Airbnb the next time I return.

What an amazing space! Linda’s listing was filled with everything you need for a smooth and effortless stay. The home is pristine, free of clutter, and even more beautiful than pictured. It’s also in a great location and very accessible to many nearby attractions. As a host, Linda was extremely proactive and gave some of the most clear instructions I’ve ever received. I had a wonderful extended stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our needs, clean and decorated very nice! Loved visiting the farm animals on the property! The hosts Grayllie and Michael were very responsive. We plan to stay again!

Rory and Tatiana's beautiful property was the perfect backdrop for our family's stay in Charlotte. Tastefully decorated main areas and bedrooms provided plenty of room for four adults and two small children. The park-like backyard was a total hit with our 3-year old! The owners and their business partners are very responsive, which was extremely helpful. A lovely stay!

We loved our stay. This house is even more beautiful than the pictures. We were here in the winter so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake but it was still beautiful. Great hot tub, nice fire pit with firewood provided. The house had so many fun things to do. There were games, karaoke, pool table, workout room, big screen movie area, and great outdoor spaces. The decor was beautiful, the kitchen functional and the beds were great. There were Plenty of towels, soft linens and comfy blankets. Definitely recommend and would return.

Our family of four had a wonderful time. The home was exactly as it appears in the photos. Plenty of room, the beds were comfy and all of the necessities for an easy stay. We enjoyed the majority of our time out back relaxing around the dock, playing many of the board games, kayaking, paddle boarding, and using the peddle-boat provided.

My stay was great quite private location able to bring my two dogs clean in and out only one complaint add an antenna to the TV so you can get local channels

Caleb’s place was awesome although I didn’t get to use the fire pit. Everything looked so welcoming and cozy. Entry was very easy and the two rooms were very nice. I did make use of the gym which was super cool. The rest of the house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

I got tickets to a show at The Fillmore in Charlotte for my boyfriend. We came with two other guests and everything was perfect. I was very specific in booking an Airbnb with a hot tub and it was already warm and ready to go when we arrived. Hunter was a fantastic host! Very communicative and welcoming and he even provides you with a house manual. Clean up was easy and allowed us a simple check out. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we visit Charlotte next!

Rafael is a great host. The home was beautiful, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s conveniently located to restaurants and other local activities. Rafael is rather quick at responding. Had no issues while we stayed here, would definitely book again in the future.

Amazing host! Did not hesitate to stop what they were doing and help us with issues (on OUR end, not theirs). We had a large group of 9 adults to attend a local convention, fit us great. Perfect amount of extra space for your own king size air mattress. Amazing area, close to nightlife and downtown. If you’re looking for a spacious house, nice peaceful area, and a cool chill host, this is the ideal place for you.
