I can’t begin to describe how beautiful this house was and how well kept it was. The scenery is also beautiful and quiet. The neighbors are also so nice and welcoming! The house was perfect for our golf weekend. We enjoyed the game room, the spacious kitchen, and the comfortable beds. Would have loved to have a little more time to enjoy the lake.

Quiana house is like a dream come true and it was a pleasure staying here. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed out. Amazing for big groups. The house has everything you need to make you feel like you’re at home. 5 star all across the board. I recommend this house to the world. I will be back for sure.

Our whole family had a great day at Kathy’s place. There’s plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, including a place for kids great restaurant right across the street and a park with easy access to the Greenway.

This was the perfect place to stay for a large group. There was so much to do, and plenty of room for everyone!

We had 10 adults and 7 kids and this suited us perfectly. All the amenities. Very clean. Location is perfect walking to local restaurants or great jump off location for other places to explore. Shirley was extremely responsive to all my messages. Would stay again.

Helena was extremely responsive and helped us with an unexpected need during our stay. The upstairs was great for our family and downstairs was perfect for sleeping kids while the adults hung out at night. Sunsets over the lake were hard to beat!

It’s a very pleasant stay and I particularly liked the backyard.

Rafael’s place was perfect for a visit to see family in Fort Mill. My family members who stayed with me in Rafael’s house were stunned at how beautiful, clean, and stylish the home and furniture and decor all was. From the moment we walked in, it smelled delightful as though the cleaning crew had just left. There was an abundance of space for my party of 5 and could’ve easily slept twice the number of us. Rafael was super accommodating and we would definitely stay here again upon visiting family in town. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful house! Right on the water, nature everywhere, and peaceful tranquility. The house looked just like the photos but the size of the rooms aren't conveyed well in the photos. The bedrooms were huge as was the kitchen and living areas. The most well stocked home I've ever stayed in, with everything you can think of and more. We booked it for a girls weekend and never left the house for anything but food, and only because we had already decided we weren't cooking. Many great restaurants near by, so that was a plus. Will definitely book with Dean again!

Perfect home for a stay-cation! Well stocked kitchen and Keurig coffee bar were appreciated. Home gym, hottub, firepit, basketball goal, and pool a welcomed plus! Plenty of space. Home is older, but the decor is adorable and the bedrooms and living areas were spacious enough for our large family to spread out. Communication with hosts was extremely warm and helpful. Would stay here again!

I highly recommend this property! It was spacious, clean and had wonderful amenities for us to enjoy in the free time we had at the house. It was perfectly as described and the pictures were spot on. There was more than enough parking for our group and the house was nicely tucked away from the street. Our host was proactive with communication and very responsive with any questions we had. If you find yourself needing stay in this area, this is the place to book!

Amazing house. Perfect for me and 11 friends on a golf trip. Michelle was very responsive and helped fix a broken thermostat immediately after me alerting.

I had a event in the area and stayed 3 days with guest. Everyone enjoy the peaceful and visually appealing surroundings. The place was clean well decorated and spacious. Definitely would recommend and return again

We absolutely loved the property and location as it was in close proximity to all venues we had to attend. Besides the pollen on the roof top and pool area the house was immaculate, we will definitely be returning. The area is extremely quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. A Truly Amazing 🤩 Park like retreat in the city; forest 🌳, wildlife, stream, birds 🦅 singing (Grandkids loved 🥰 seeing deer 🦌 on the grounds). Extremely spacious inside and outside, everyone had their space for privacy when required. A gourmet Kitchen, gas stove, double oven, coffee and tea bar, upgraded appliances and utensils 🍴, surprisingly ample supply of spices and condiments. The pool 🏊🏾‍♀️ was great 😊 and a few floats provided. The Family is already coordinating schedules for a return visit next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯👍🏾.

Thank you for another wonderful stay in you place! What we love the most is the open gathering space of the kitchen dining room and living room. We like to all be together when we travel with multiple families and this is the place to do it!! I love that I can be preparing a meal AND I don’t miss anything because everyone is right there ! Comfortable beds, great linens, clean spaces and large rooms to hang out in. The communication is top notch - I have never waited more than two minutes to get a response to a question. I highly recommend this rental to a large group !

What a wonderful stay we had. The photos do not do it justice; the house is gorgeous and you immediately feel at home. The pool and lake combination meant we had everything we needed! We will absolutely be back. John proactively brought an outside fan when the temperatures got hot outside, and along with the beautiful shade from the deck it was perfect. Kids and adults and our pup had an absolutely perfect stay.

Tracy’s home was amazing! Our family enjoyed everything it had to offer, from the heated pool and hot tub spa to the spacious kitchen, where we whipped up some delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely book again if we are ever in the area. Tracy was a wonderful host. She was very quick with responses and worked with us on extending our stay!
