Charlotte, Rochester : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

We had such a fantastic stay at this Airbnb on Lake Ontario! The lake views were stunning, especially at sunrise, and the whole place had a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The kitchen was a standout—modern, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed to cook great meals during our stay. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept really well each night. One of our favorite parts of the house was the downstairs hangout area—perfect for movie nights, games or just chilling with a drink after a day by the water. The hosts were welcoming and easy to communicate with, and the property was clean and well-maintained. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the lake, this place has it all. We’re already planning our next trip back!

We’ve used many Airbnbs in the Rochester area for college visits and my husband and I have declared this our favorite. Everything thing you need is in this space and more. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet not far from everything in the Rochester/Henrietta area. Lots of coffee and things to drinks on hand. We ate out but there are lots of kitchen staples too. I maybe can’t even quiet put my finger on why this was our favorite; some places just give a feeling of peace and comfort and this stay did that.

Our second visit to Hamilton House and we just love it here! Beautiful historic house in a trendy neighborhood full of shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It’s on a side street off the main road so no street noise at night. Large well-appointed kitchen, comfortable communal spaces, tasteful decor, everything very clean and tidy. Big driveway which will accommodate three or four cars. Christina is a super responsive and accommodating host. First choice for lodging in Rochester, will definitely be booking again.

This was our third time staying and we highly recommend. What we like is how there are two bedrooms on the first floor, making it ideal for elderly parents. There are also two small beds upstairs, but we didn’t utilize that. Brenda is very communicative and kind - leaving desired breakfast items and even snacks and water for use. The house is well equipped with all sorts of things if you wanted to cook all your meals there. We would come again.

Thank for the wonderful stay. It was our first time in Rochester for a sports competition. We will return and stay with you again for fun next time.

We had trouble with checking in when the door code provided didn’t work for an extended period - but Linda was so proactive and very helpful in adjusting our booking so we could still stay at her incredible home the next weekend despite our own schedule constraints and needs. (We are all local and celebrated our friend’s engagement with a photoshoot for fun for us girls - her home is so incredibly gorgeous, it was perfect for our shoot and was so fun to stay in! We had a blast!). We had a beautiful time and I will absolutely be renting her home again in the future!

Roger is a great host. He is very friendly and I could have talked to him for hours, but we had wedding events to attend. When we needed something and could not find it, Roger quickly responded to let us know where we could find it. The house is charming and remind me of my grandparents place with quanlity workmanship of yesterday. Even though the place was historic it had all the amenities and comforts of home. Gina is very responsive, and her place is as described—even better in person. It is very comfortable and homey. The kitchen is a plus; it allows me to cook home-cooked meals for my son, who is in college and wants home-cooked meals desperately. The place is not just clean, it's immaculate, and she has items available that a person might need but forget when travelling. This is my second time staying at Gina's; as long as her place is available when I travel to Rochester, I will stay there each time.

My partner and I had a great stay at Courtney‘s Airbnb. We found the home to be very comfortable and in a great location close to some coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very walkable. The home was also very well appointed and we had more than what we needed in terms of amenities. I would absolutely recommend.
